Great customer service

I was waiting 8 hours and they said we are paying detention no worries, just send us in and out times,after i drop the load, they said they will add money to my next load ,they are saying this to all drivers probably, anyway not gonna be next load for sure ,AVOID THIS BROKER ,THEY ARE BAD ,NOT PROFESSIONAL, DO NOT USE THEM!

This company is a model example of what is wrong with the broker industry. They do not pay detention time. They do not care about the carrier only lining their pockets.

Booked a load with them, had a signed rate confirmation with appointment times, rate, etc. I showed up 1 hour early before my appointment time, and before I could check in with the shipping office I was notified that the customer canceled the load. Their excuse for not paying truck ordered not used was because the load was canceled before my appointment time. According to the reviews on DAT this seems to be common with these folks, as they booked the load cheaper with another carrier after they gave me the load.
