Literally wish I could give you guys a zero rate...you guys seriously trying to charge me $500 for a vehicle that hasnt even been towed a day... they also couldnt show us the report they said there was no report. Dont trust this place already has bad reviews and for the same reasons as mine.UPDATE: taking this towing company service to court. If youve experienced the same make sure to do the same and take them to court.

Called and got my information then kept telling me they have a tooth ache so call someone else. Unprofessional could have just not answered if they knew they had a tooth ache and did not want to service people.

This company PPT Towing and PPI Towing are owned by the same low lives. Be aware they will follow you and wait until you step out of your vehicle to back into your car with you present with an unmarked tow truck and tow your vehicle away even though it’s parked on your own property and later say it was parked in a red zone... $675 later to get your vehicle out. The only good reviews on here are from his own family members.

Scams, thats how they are still in business.Please report your stories to the authorities as well. This is predatory towing at its finest. Credit Card machine is always down, but hey our fancy new ATM works for some weird reason! 🤣😂 Cant wait till you get whats coming...

Did you know that when a tow company tows your car illegally after retrieving your car and showing proof that they did tow you illegally you are entitled to 4x what you paid to get your car out back from the tow company that took your car in the first place????? I am going to sue the ass off this company. I disputed the tow on paper. I filed a complaint and dispute with the company in question and they never got back to me. So as to not be a FU***** pushover I am going to take them to small claims court.. Another FYI the private property that my car was towed from happened to have the wrong signs for the wrong tow company posted in their apartment property so did you know that in this instance you are entitled to 3x what you paid to get your car out; being that the wrong tow company signage was posted on the property and still has not been changed!!! Hooray for me. Ive got the small claims thing in the bag! If the statute has not expired on your car being towed SUE THEIR ASSES IM GOING TO! Dont get me wrong when all was said and done they were quite polite, but they are in the business of ripping people off at all costs and because people think they work with police they are afraid to dispute! Well I come from a long line of lawyers and police officers in my family so I am pretty well educated on vehicle code for not being an officer myself! If all of us sued maybe this company could go out of business and stop performing PREDATOR TOWS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT! THATS THE WAY IT IS AND SO IT SHALL BE!

These people owe me money. Took them to court, they were found guilty of illegally towing my car, and still have not paid up They are THIEVES.

Beware of this tow company they tried tow my vehicle from a private probably illegally i will be file a claim to the MDP and to the DMV as well to hope they get closed down. Also Beware of this private probably located at 1620 Crows landing Road they been trying tow vehicles illegally its a liquid store

If I need a car towed or assistance with hauling I can count on this towing company to be there in a pinch! Great at assisting with improperly parked vehicles, red zone enforcement, and rule violators! Thank you for your service PPT! My tenants park where they are supposed to now!

This is preditory towing and should be closed down!! They never get authorized signatures or even a managers name from the parking lots they tow from. It doesnt matter what type of vehicle you have...they will automatically charge you an excessive fee for dollys. They say they take visa or Mastercard but thats a lie cuz they only have an ATM machine for cash only. People really need to know the California Vehicle Codes! ! Know your rights!! If you feel youve been victimized. .please contact MPD. They need to know. Several people have already stepped forward. Stop this predatory company!!!

I parked my car on Private Property near the bar I was going to and I didnt pay attention to the posted signs. When the bar closed I realized my car had been towed. I was so pissed off I was yelling at the tow company guy on the phone I must have sounded crazy and he just remained calm while I was freaking out. Next thing you know he started laughing hysterically at whatever I was yelling about, I dont even remember what I said but I think I was calling him names or something but when he was laughing I was so serious and furious but it made me start laughing un-controlabley too. He had a good sense of humor and I realized what I sounded like and it was pretty funny. Anyways the workers gave me a discount and I promised to always read the signs around me because they are posted for a reason. Even if you get away with parking where you shouldnt a thousand times your gonna get towed sooner or later.... I did but I cant be mad at anybody but myself. It was probably best I didnt drive that night anyways. Blessing in disguise.

Worst customer service, they say open 24 hours then you call them and they say not open 24 hours mixed messages to customers. There phone messaging is always full.

Private Property Owners need a Towing Service like PPT to clean up their lot. Always there when needed.
