It is inside the back of a small building next to doctors medical center called mchenry medical building. Parking is a pain. Still, check in was smooth. Had me in and out within 5 to 10 minutes with an appointment.1 month later waiting for results:I know this isnt the facility in charge of releasing results but still, Id give whoever was in charge a bad review. A month after the test, those in charge could not find a way to get my results on the online patient portal after several calls and emails. I had to go through a whole different process to get the results emailed to me. Very frustrating. Results are rendered useless.
After reading Some of these reviews I was leery of going here! Maybe they got new staff but the phlebotomist that took me was very kind a walk with a walker she open doors for me and was very pleasant so I had a good experience today!
The people that were at the place I gave my sample were fine. Problem was it took them a month and 5 emails and 4 phone calls from me and multiple from my new employer to get the results sent over. I have been at my new job for a couple weeks yet I cant see the results and when I ask they emailed saying the have no record of me being there. I do have the time table of where and how long each process took from the hiring company. 9 days 1 hour and 5 minutes to go from sight to lab is an example of how efficient they are. Thanks for costing me a months pay.
They send you a link to check in via email when youre here so I did that and was yelled at by the staff because I wasnt supposed to do that because it looks bad on them since they dont take appointments before 1:30.... Well thats not my fault it doesnt say that anywhere. That ultimately shouldnt reflect poorly on the staff and Labcorp should rethink how theyre online check in worksOtherwise, the staff was nice do not show up without an appointment. If youre reading this review, you have access to the internet and you are making an atrocious mistake if you dont make an appointment. You will wait for a long time as the office was full of people when I was there, but I went right in front of all of them with my appointment.
I did not get the name of the lab technician when I had my blood drawn on May 4,2021 at the Modesto lab Corp . She was so rude and lack of customer service. She was very rude and as well the front desk employee. You have got to change the lab technician . I am not surprised this branch has a very negative survey.
Had a very horrible experience at this facility. Due to the lack of information on their website, I fasted without food or water then later found out that I didnt need to. And when I inqured about this with their receptionist, she was rude and kept telling me it was my fault even though it was my first time. I could have overlooked their rudeness and the inconvenience I experienced today but the fact that it was not only the receptionist but her co-worker as well with the same attitude problem not only towards me but other patients including the elderly that came during that time, is seriouly unforgivable. There is no excuse for this level of abuse!!!!
The mexican 30 something lady at the front desk had a nasty attitude with everybody coming in and had an issue with my license after making me people wait 45 minutes. Dont waste your time, just go somewhere else!
Christian was really helpful, she made the process go by smoothly and quick. She was nice, it helped with my nerves. Thank you!
Terrible service .... I drove from Stockton .. I arrived 5 minutes before 3 and even so they did not want to attend me ... because according to them they stop doing the tests at 3
The staff was rude and unprofessional. I was completing a drug test for a job and accidentally had a phone in my back pocket that fell in the toilet when i dug tested and she was rude at telling me that SHE specifically told me to take all my items Out my pockets and she is going to make sure she reports it. She didnt give me a chance to re-pee or anything. I tried explaining to her that i had completely forgotten about the phone and she cut me off and said she didnt care. I would avoid this location. I drove 40 minutes away to get here I would have rather drove to Fremont or the bay area which is an hour longer commute than to deal with this unprofessional location
Lady with the tattoos definitely should not be working in a medical profession dealing with costumers at all!! No smile, doesn’t greet at all just looks at you like you don’t belong... it was a very uncomfortable experience...
Employer gave me a date to have my urinalysis done by so the results would come back in time to start the orientation process and I completed it before the allotted time and still didn’t get my results back in time to start. Why give a date if they’re not capable of having it back in time? Seems like laziness and incompetence is the most likely culprit here. Smdh!!! And on top of it all, the woman that works there was very impolite and and unprofessional. Would never ever take my drug screen at this facility again!!!!!
If you have another option, go somewhere else.
Two stars because I dont know how well the doctors perform. My wife went to an apointment today and the receptionest, who she said was the youngest one, treated my wife horribly. My wife was sent there by her obgyn two months ago being rescheduled time and time again to the point where the entire reason for her being admitted there for her pregnancy would be meaningless. If health has anything to do with it this facility doesnt want anything to do with it. I know its hard to find specialists near your location but i would strongly recommend traveling a good distance to be treated like a human somewhere else.
This review applies to Dr. Kristopher Richter, Internist of FPCC location: Lab Corps. which is a great newly shed name upgrade.Kristopher is an excellent doctor, his skills are subtle as his demeanor is so calm, and comforting as well as caring. I think his skills are subtle because I see such a hardy coat over coat, and so many badges needing to be pinned on him correctly.I look forward to spending my life-time with this physician as long as he is free to work & doesnt retire on me too soon. His hands are ready to aid, and his ears were mine 100% and so was his empathetic logical charting speed as he noted each of the many health issues I had fed to him about my state of health on our very first visit.I felt respected in my position as a Doctor of Respiratory Care & Emergency Pain Medicine Management as an on-call doctor; he asked me about what my illnesses were, and he didnt second guess anything I said. This is rare in any scenerio I have ever had with any other primary care physician because the rest do not carry the same measure as Dr. Richter does. He is mellow, I love his aura & his ability to understand my stressed out aura space by pursuing my needs & wants over a medicine schedule or an amount of a type of medicine.I was nervous, and I am always nervous with PTSD in my body; as it unknowingly unlaced my telomeres & telemares without any physical sign or diagnoses for Dr. Richter to diagnose me with, we were both confused as to why I was so severely hurt & broken. He had an EKG performed on me immediately upon my visit for my refill on my pain meds, but I had asked to be seen due to severe chest pains I was suffering from the night before; it felt as if I had a heart attack & there was a hole in my chest. No abnormal results, so we have been confused until now.I cannot wait til my next check up!
Rude lady
Rude Service: Two women in the office were very rude. They do not know how to talk to people.
