Was contacted within a few hours of leaving my info for a quote on the website. Spoke over details and how much I was currently paying. Went through a couple of options and was able to secure new insurance the same day. For a little bit more than I was paying for just one car on full coverage, I was able to secure two (including one I had just bought at the beginning of the month). Broker fees were a little high, but worth it for the footwork they put in to get me options. To me thats value and I am grateful to have went through them.

He’s very personal and very professional but what impressed me the most was his casual nature with his expertise in handling your product. If I could give negative stars I would, but since its not possible I will have to post this review in hopes that it will help others. DO NOT GET INSURANCE from fiesta auto insurance! They are fraudulent! I purchased insurance from them for two vehicles I recently realized that theyve been charging me double the amount that is on the contact. I went and told them about it and showed all my proof in hopes that they would refund me the overcharges. They did not help me at all! They refuse to refund me the overcharged money! So do yourself a favor and please DO NOT purchase insurance from them!If I could put negative stars as I would like to, but since it is not allowed then here is my experience with Fiesta auto insurance. DO NOT BUY INSURANCE WITH THEM! They have been stealing money from me for a few months! In my contract we agreed to pay a certain amount and all this time they have taken DOUBLE from my account! I went to fix the problem and they dont want to refund me the money they have taken out without my authority. I have my goats to show them and they refused! So please do not go through what I am going through and DONT TAKE A PARTY INSURANCE AUTO !! They are NOT good and they just steal from people!
