Great Customer Service! I live in Fresno and had been with the same insurance broker for over 8 years and their lack of customer service and care some how transferred me to Cost-U-Less in Modesto and they were Fantastic! They were able to beat every quote that I was given to add another car onto my current policy! I would defiantly recommend them!

Maricruz Guzman attended me and I got to say best customer service I have ever gotten!! She took her time and was extremely honest and I loved that about her!!!! I gave her the wrong VIN number by accident and she was very patient with us and still managed to help us out I recommend her!!!!! If I could give her a 1,000 Stars I would!!!

When I first called up this insurance place, the young lady who helped me was very nice and energetic, her names Emily. Emily has and been outstanding. If I had a problem or anything. Worst company thought I can come back to this company and they can help me tried to call for a rental their phones don’t go through called the main insurance office it keeps repeating the same voicemail. Tried to cancel my insurance the girl Ellie is telling me I have to pay the down payment when they gave me the worst experience on the phone. She said she spoke to her manager Carlos and he can’t cancel it. I have to pay 50 dollar to cancel my policy worst company either liability or full coverage not a good insurance company at all.

The lady I spoke with was very professional and helpful. I believe her name was Bonny, she helped me thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process.

Well the insurance guy is trying to scam me. With a higher premium than quoted and forging my signature, taking all the money off my card a little st a time. His name is Ivan, he told me he was the boss so I was lucky. Then when iIcalled three of the girls on the phone senrsme to some bogus answering machines. Finally the girl the fourth or fifth time was very nice Bonnie R. she deserves five star and to work with a better company, that wont get turned in to the better business bureau.

Rip Off Beware!!! If you ever need help, you will not get it. They only make money by overcharging you and they do not even cary your policy, Stonewood will and has a 1 star rating everywhere! This is a scam company and should not be doing business anywhere!

It is the worst place to get insurance Mrs. FRANCINE FRAGUA attended me on June 18, I went to the office to ask to cancel a vehicle and instead of canceling my vehicle she canceled my policy and opened a new one telling me that it was the best for me I believed him and he only deceived me because after paying $ 154 a month for two vehicles now I would have to pay $ 366.00For the new policy, the way this person acts is not fair because he is only cheating for his benefit because when checking my receipt they are down payment $ 125.99 Documentation fees $ 25.00 Broker fee FRANCINE FRAGUA $ 200.01 payment fee $ 15.00 total $ 366.00 it is unfair that she iso, do not be fooled byNobody perhaps the other agents are loyal, but in my experience she only deceived me, however I spoke on the phone a few days after my comment saying that she would solve my problem, but again she only deceived me, you cant really trust someone who hes just lying over and over again what a disappointment that for some people we dont trust anyone else and just in case they dont believe me I have proof of what Im saying
