Myself and my partner got estimates from three other companies before choosing Coastal Tree Co., and we are so happy we did. Not only was the pricing much more fair, the professionalism they exhibited in their estimation process, scheduling, communication with their office staff, and the actual tree cutting process was great. Their guys are friendly, have great attitudes, and do their job really well. The owner is a certified arborist so if you have any problem trees this is the company for you. I will most certainly be using them again in the future.

I emailed Coastal and got a response from Josh within 12 hours. He came out the next day (on a Saturday!) to review my problem and give me an estimate. He quoted me the best price (by far!) of the three places I contacted. He also said hed take care of it as soon as he could. We ended up responding back and forth as I worked out some issues and questions with timing and things and he was very helpful, responsive and patient. He and his team even showed up a bit earlier than they said they would. He worked with me that day (it was extremely cold and my wife was caring for our newborn and our house was without power while they worked so we had to get it reconnected and it was a whole ordeal) to do everything efficiently and I believe they even finished a bit quicker than he estimated. I am very grateful to have a good guy and company like this to call on when needed.My job was a huge oak that was leaning towards my house. It was in a kind of land-locked area behind a bunch of houses, so it was very difficult. All the companies said no vehicle or bobcat or anything could get back there, so that made it more expensive. It was a difficult job and they took care of it safely and in good time.

The owner (arborist) gave an educated consult to what needed to be done then supervised over 2 tree removals and some large at risk branch removals. They didnt destroy my yard in the process and even went the extra step to ensure satisfaction by filling some holes. Ive been happy with the efforts.
