Don’t get your phone screen fixed here the owner himself replaced the screen on my iPhone 11 and every since then my screen has barely worked properly! The screen touches on it’s own sometimes the screen doesn’t even function I could unlock to put my password in and it would be as if I’m not even clicking the screen. Use my advice and don’t waste your money here!! His parts are cheap, poor quality.

Offered the best price to replace my iPhone screen. Literally took 10-15 minutes to replace and I was done. Guy was super nice and professional. If I need a screen replacement ever again- this is where I will go and recommend everyone else to.

This is quite literally the worst repair store in mobile alabama. Mark the owner has repaired my iPhone X screen probably about 7 times and replaced my battery once. The phone screens are cheap product(found out the one he was putting on costed him about 10-15 dollars), they break extremely easily and I have had several issues with them(screens popping off, screen touching on its own, etc.), the battery he puts in is also extremely cheap and not worth his overpricing. You think your getting a good deal until you have to visit him every week or every other week because your phone took a tiny fall on the CARPET. Do not give this man any more of your money. IM WARNING YOU.

The owner refused me service due to me wanting to wear a mask inside the store. I am a nurse and not from the area and prefer to wear a mask. He stated, I can’t help you with your phone with that mask on. He then went on to say that Covid 19 is not real and the mask I was wearing wasn’t protecting anyone. I never asked him to wear a mask. He asked me if he could call me a cab to leave the store. I was completely disgusted as a professional. I would not recommend this business to anyone

If Mark is not making his customers wear a mask, just call (uBreakiFix) theyll come pick your devices up drop them back off or come to your car with the proper PPE to keep you and you family safe AND when did the guy thats TRYING to repair 7/8 year old Chinese electrical devices become a Medical Professional, I spent too many years in medical school to have someone tinkering , attempt to give medical advice to me to a Board Certified Physician.

Mark is the owner- manager and he is a character. If politics and eccentric personalities raise your blood pressure, you might want to send a more sanguine person in your stead. He knows his Apple stuff, sort of a Apple miracle man.

So Im disappointed in this place and I hate to say it -- sadly enough. Years past, Ive been a patron for every repair. However recently, I received a random unsolicited political email weeks ago, which I was able to see beyond even though I believe it to be an unprofessional use of my contact information. I recently called in to run by some things I was experiencing with a device for a quick over the phone diagnostic and ballpark quote -- I was met with the same sarcastic tone everyone else has been corroborating. Arrogance has a limit on proficiency as it pertains to enduring relationships. For a company that has specific affinity for Apple, their customer service recently is nightmare fuel.

Friendly, Fast, Great Prices, the male was so cheerful an sweet offered great service wasn’t trying to make a sell actually talked to me about the problems I was having with the phone to make sure it was actually the problem that I thought it was, I’m so glad he did cause it was not the screen but the home button, the female that repaired the phone was nice an sweet an so quick literally took only minutes other places take an hour or have you drop off an come back later..... definitely recommend them they are GREAT....

Absolutely love all these awesome people that work here. I’ve had a number of iPhones that I’ve dropped, or batteries that have went, or that I have even gotten wet and they were able to fix most all of them but they will tell you if it’s beyond repair...and they won’t charge you, in my experience, for something that can’t be fixed. Sometimes they were even able to retrieve photos that I didn’t want to be lost bc the phone was just not worth fixing. Very honest, informational, and ran as I feel a business should be. Love it bc it’s not some corporate BS as well...SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES!!! I even have a nickname when I come in! 😂🙃

2 days ago my iPhone 11 Pro max suffered from unexpected water damage. Not sure how it happened as I didn’t submerge it in water, but it worked all night and day until it starting glitching. I turned the phone off and when I tried to turn it back on it flashed the apple logo and told me to plug the phone in a update it or restore the phone. When I plugged the phone in, it wouldn’t update or restore and just showed an error message with the number 4013. I drove all the way to Biloxi to the sprint repair store where they informed me that the motherboard was damaged and there was nothing them or anyone could do about it. They informed me that I had to get a new phone all together and that apple also would not be able to fix it as they get these cases all the time. I called the brokeniphone and Mark had it fixed in under 20 minutes and didn’t charge me a dime. This guy is the one to go to! I spent all day trying to figure out what to do and he fixed it so fast and was very friendly and nice. His rating should NOT be a 3.7! It should easily be a 5! Thanks Mark for what you did! You saved me so much money and for that I’m grateful.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was very rudely greeted when I walked in by being asked if I was sick because I had a mask due to coronavirus precautions. I was asked to take it off and I asked if I had to and I was told “yes” because “most of the cases are fraudulent and you only need a mask if you are sick”. I was not allowed service in the establishment because I had a mask on. That was the only reason. I was very polite throughout the encounter and I left peacefully when asked to leave. However, I will never go back and I advise you not to as well.

They have such a bad attitude. Took. My phone to get reset came back the girl broke the whole phone and it wouldn’t even cut back on. Then the guy says it was broken before bringing it in but I didn’t even come in for a screen repair I came in for a phone reset what does the screen have to do with the phone reset?! Nothing! I do not recommend. They need a customer service class.

Went into today to get sisters phone fixed after being told it just needed to be trashed and that she needed to buy a new one but after he messed with it for about 10 minutes it was like new again! Definitely recommend him!!!! Very nice people!!!

My husband and I had a boating mishap and my I-phone took a swim. Believe Mark could have saved it had we gotten it to him more quickly. He was able to save all my info including photos & contacts & loaded all info on my new phone. I found him to be very personable & friendly. In spite of the time spend transferring my data there was no charge. I highly recommend him. Really great service. Recommended him to my neighbor, but he already knew about the great service there.

Rude/Awkward fellow that works here. My wife broke her iPhone XR screen. I called and was told they could fix it in about 10-15 mins walk-in no appt required. I asked what time they were open till and got a round about answer of 6 but might leave early. I asked to be sure they were in ofninleft right then (about 415pm, as it would take me 25 mins to drive there. So I jump in my car and rush down there, when I walk in he tells me he doesnt have any screens for my device in stock (even though I had just asked him about it on the phone) and that he had used the last one that morning and might have a shipment in the next day if I wanted to drive back again later.Frustrated I just wasted my time, I hopped on google and found Touch Wireless over on airport and got taken care of with much better service at same price point.The quality or repairs at this shop might be great, supposedly he uses apple certified parts he said, but overall not impressed and happy I took my business else where. Use caution with these folks.

Service was quick he took my entire phone apart and put it back together right infront of me. I see lot of bad reviews on customer service I think some ppl just have a natural sarcasm about them which I did notice but nothing to complain about the actual service was great

Ive been dealing with Broken-I-Phone for several years. I have (4) I-phones, (2) macs and an I-pad. Ive had service for all the phones and I-pad.These guys and girls and the owner are excellent in customer service. Extremely polite, entertaining as you wait to be recognized, entertaining as your equipment is being repaired, informative on what you could do as opposed to what is believed by the public. I read the 1-rating reviews, they are not what Ive experienced in the store. Ive replaced screens, batteries, chargers and charging blocks. The only time I did not pay for labor is when there was NO LABOR.There is no such thing as a free lunch, that includes the labor on anything repaired by someone who did not install or sell you the original product. Im am certain the 1-reviews are not correct. Its so easy for someone to complain. Let those same people go to work everyday, for them to stand behind the counter and have someone complain that they were charged for someone else to fix what they broke. They might last til lunch!

This is not a legal Apple authorized retailer. They have bought Apple parts from a cheaper retailer online. I would stay as far away. If they mess your phone up your stuck with the phone!!! Don’t let them mess with it and null your warranty. Look for a picture of the Apple with authorized retailer on the door

A consummate professional, I’ve trusted Mark with my Apple products for more than six years. He’s quick, fairly priced, possesses a wealth of knowledge, and has excellent taste in documentaries.

Theyve got what it takes do do a terrific job that is done at a fair price in reasonable time. Ive had service quickly and Ive had to leave my device with them for a few hours. Why the few hours? If you have a good business and you know how to be consistent you stay busy a lot of the time. I dont care-they have my trust and my confidence.Dont hesitate-if your device is damaged please get down there and give them a try. You wont be disappointed. I have had plenty of work from this store and I cant see going anywhere else.

Im so very pleased with my experience at The Broken Phone. I dropped my iPhone 6 and completely shattered the screen. I was just going to get a new phone but thought I would just run in to see what was involved in a repair. He said he could replace my screen it in 10 minutes for $65. Saved me so much trouble. My phone works perfect now. I highly recommend them.

In response to all the hatred that has happened as of late, Ive decided to share my own experience. The entire time I was there, I never felt out of place. They welcomed me quickly and even offered me to come back and hang out. When he heard I was thinking about building my own computer, he offered me advice. He was quick to help and always nice. I just hope out of all this, people can see him for the man he is and not who is portrayed as by a single person.

My son phone was cracked front to back. I thought we were going to need to put in a insurance claim with our cell phone provider which is a headache. I called Broken iPhone and told them the issue and he told me that he can fix my son phone no problem. When we got there he was so friendly and fixed my son phone within minutes. They were able to get my Android phone working even though they dont work on Android phones.

Will recommend. Fixed my broken screen in a timely manner. 10/10 atmosphere inside. They have an Super Nintendo emulator running all games ever released that you can play. The fellas inside all sounded like bros youd want to hang with.

They did a great job on my I-phone 6 screen. I was a walk in at lunch time and they were able to do the repair while I waited (took maybe 20-25 minutes). None of the previous reviews have mentioned the best part of this place: the incredible MAME cabinet they have set up in the waiting area. I was actually disappointed they fixed my phone so fast because I was in the middle of a game of Golden Axe after playing several rounds of Street Fighter: Champion Edition (both of which were arcade perfect).Honestly, I may have to smash a couple more phones so I can go back in and play on that thing.

Was calling and getting quotes for an LG G4 screen replacement. While they were unable to help me on the repair itself I spoke with a man named Tyler who was extremely helpful. Knowing full well at the beginning of the conversation I wouldnt be purchasing a service he still took the time to explain to me the expected price from other dealers, what quality I would expect from lower prices, the experience I should look for considering the complexity of my device internally and other potential options aside from screen repair involving warranties for total replacement. Personally I love Android but if I ever go Apple I know the only store I will be going to and until then the only store I will recommend. Thank you again Tyler C.

These people are unprofessional I called the store today and asked a general question and the associate started ranting about urine and feces. we are a LLC registered business and tried to help and add more income for their business and they were very disrespectful and childish with us do not do business with these company they will treat you unprofessional.

They were very arrogant and uninterested in explanation of my needs. I will recommend you seek another source for fixing your phone. They told me it was free labor at first then charged me $50 on top of the parts.Unprofessional and insulting....The owner now says Ive confused myself....wow yet another arrogant statement. I have not received one phone call explaining my error. Maybe you should talk to your employee, he specifically said AT&T employees receive the service for parts only NO LABOR! After waiting for an hour and a half my phone was fixed only for my screen to come unglued two weeks later. What a joke....poor customer service, miscommunication in pricing, poor quality work. Oh and please by all means, give me a call and explain my confusion.By the way, Everybody knows the screen, flex, ear piece etc comes in one piece from apple for only $85. You didnt put in anything for free.

I have used this place for years and have had nothing but great things come form it. Everything from my phone, laptop, to my I pads they can figure out anything!! So smart and professional. They call you before fixing anything and tell you how much it will cost you so you can determine getting fix then or not. Ive been here multiple times. The owner is very good at what he does. As are most of the employees. I do, however, try to avoid the place when the owner is in. The guy just has an abrasive personality.

These guys are awesome!! My hometown repair shop in Lucedale was going to charge us $120 just in labor costs to fix my girlfriends iPhone 5s, JUST FOR LABOR, that wasnt including him having to replace the screen. These guys fixed it for $115 flat and it only took them 15 minutes! Definitely recommend them to anybody in need of repairs. PLUS, they gave my girlfriend a free case!

This guy is amazing! Had my phone repaired in a matter of minutes. Another place said they had to order parts and then it would take two or three days after that. This guy saved my life by having it fixed all in the same day. He was professional and also threw in a part that my phone needed at no extra cost. My child breaks her iphone on the regular. Mark is always super nice (even though I personally own a Samsung), fast, and is always able to fix whatever shes done. Weve become through screens, batteries, charging ports, etc. and Mark is always able to fix it. I wouldnt take an iPhone anywhere else!

Read before you choice the broken iphoneFirst off when you call this place they will seem very convincing do not believe in their lies and I will tell you why they are con artist number one they place the apple logo everywhere on their car, building and paper work this is copy right infringement they do not have the right to the apple logo number two they say they use apple original screens and that they are apple certified beware they are not apple original screens they just want you to think that they are so they can get more money from the public and if you think I am making this up do a little research for your self and look up who is apple certified in Mobile Alabama. My suggestion is to stay away from places like this and go through apple. I will be reporting this store to apple.
