I ordered a repeat order or business cards over 3x and the last phone call I had the store employee said that they dont store orders and refused to even look up my repeat order.I will never use this company again and now I will use other local sign producers or vistaprint.it used to be so easy, until the store employee i spoke with today told me he could not repeat my order and they dont store oders.I have had the same business card printed there from the same order over 3x.Unequivocal bad service. Will not use again. DNR

I literally waited an hour to get something laminated only to tell me they are out of the lamination paper. I also attempted to get my notary stamp but no one in the store knew how to complete the order. I must say this is the worst experience ever! At this point I will have to go to another store where they actually care about their customers. Excuse the one star it should be zero stars!

The workers there are very rude and not helpful at all. I asked for assistance on whether they sold periodic tables or not the guy tells me no but they can print one off for me then I say ok then he say well not today his guys are pretty busy. So I guess he just think I need it next year .

Quality customer service. Higher prices than online but available when you need something same day.

This is the best location we have been to when it comes to assisting with customer service and going above and beyond to help someone out. We just came in here late at night on a Saturday, when I am pretty sure everybody just wanted to go home. We could not make up our mind on what type of office chair we wanted. Not only did the manager assist us, also one of the initial workers helped us as well. They ran around and answered our questions, brought me other chairs to try, and made sure that I had a good understanding of what each chair offered to allow us to make an informed decision.Then, there was an error with the price in the system- not only did they correct it to what it was supposed to be, they went above and beyond to fix it.They also offered to help us get the chair in our truck. It was past 9 which is closing time for them when we left; but you would not know it. They did not rush us or make us feel hurried. They made us feel like they cared and wanted us to be happy with our choice. Each one of the 3 there tonight deserve recognition from corporate. I wish I remembered each of their names.

Had some problems with the prices. The manager was awesome. He listened to my complaints and was very understanding and he corrected my issues without any hesitation. I will be shopping here again soon...

Had an issue with an online order where a wrong item was delivered (not this store locations fault) and the staff was very friendly and went above and beyond helping me out. Don was an awesome help, and definitely changed my opinion about shopping at Office Depot in the future.

I bought a office chair after sitting in every display they had out. Staff was friendly and offered suggestions. Turns out the one I bought want as comfortable as the demo. The trip to office depot was horrible. Took 3 and a 1/2 hours to get binding done. They were understaffed and kept getting distracted trying to fulfill others orders which is understandable however it seems like on a Saturday They would plan better.

Went here with a friend. While he was shopping I looked around at the different items that they sell. They ave a wide variety but mostly over priced. I’d not buy ther unless necessary or I had more money than sense.The place is clean well kept not too many people working

Knowledge staff; my wife and I were pleased at the patience and knowledge of the staff at this location. These customer service skills made our visit easy.

The Print/Copy Department went above and beyond to make sure my copies were done when I needed them! She even called after they closed for the night because the online version didnt upload through their system correctly so that I could send the attachments to her directly to make sure it was done by the time that I needed (which was sooner than the online guarantee).

Felt like the AC was broken, it was so hot I was sweating in line. Employees were nice and helpful, but their computer system causes it to take forever checking out. Online orders are picked up at the front counter so you have to stand there waiting (and sweating) while other people check out. Why is pickup not at the print center, or open a second register? Lots of employees standing around, only one actually working. This is why people shop online. :/

I normally don’t leave a bad review. However, the customer service here was awful. I will not shop at this particular store again. I ran in to grab a phone charger, found it easily all by myself and went to check out. 2 employees stood there looking at me with confused looking faces and finally one of them said “Oh! Did you want to check out?” No big deal I thought, it’s still early and they’re just opening. I stuck my debit in the card reader and in a very irritated tone the woman checking me out (name started with a V) started saying “No no no!” I assumed I must have put the card in the wrong way and pulled it out, she says “No, no just stop! Just stop!!” Talking to me as though I was a child. She “explains” how to use my card... which was the exact way I had it the first time (not rocket science, Chip side in and don’t take it out until it tells you to). I told her “I’m sorry, I pulled the card out because you said No and I thought I must have done something wrong.” She said “Yeah, after you stuck it in and pulled it out like three times in a row”. I did no such thing, I was a bit annoyed at this point and assured her that “I did not do that, I simply put my card in and pulled it back out when you said No and started waving your hands around.” Then she says in the most condescending rude sarcastic way possible “Yeah honey, I believe you, I believe you mmmm hmmm.” As she chuckles and rolls her eye repeating it three times. I understand it’s not really a big deal but I felt so belittled and treated badly for no reason at all. I went in smiling greeted everybody even though they didn’t greet me and just wanted to pay for my items and leave. Just pure rude! I left feeling sad.

Store is easy to navigate and no one bothers you while you browse. I was fine with that.

Staff was not helpful. Seemed like they had more important things to do than assist me. I knew what I wanted but was in a rush. Searched on my own and they did not have the part I needed. Went to the nearest Walmart and got what I needed. I expect zero service at Walmart but on this day they were 100 times more helpful than Office Depot.

The personnel at the business center are sharp, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Took material to be shredded. Person wouldnt answer when I asked a question. Then was very rude to me when spoke. I left . Can take my business elsewhere.
