Was a little nervous getting blood work because of previous past visits to other doctors but the physician (i think her name was Elizabeth Kennedy) assure me that I was in good hands and I was done by the time she spoke her next sentence. Didn’t even feel the needle in my arm

Im absolutely shocked at the reviews Ive recently read, doesnt at all sound like the LabCorp Ive visited twice over the last 9 months. I was impressed with the scheduling, (which I did on line), how quickly I was seen (due to pre registration Im sure), the professional and friendly staff and the clean environment. I was in and out within 15 minutes of my scheduled time. If people took advantage of updated technology the need to call and risk not being able to reach anyone would be alleviated. All of your needs, i.e. cancellations, and rescheduling could be done on line. I will always go to LabCorp in Mitchellville, but will also do the necessary pre leg work to make this a seamless experience.

Just try to make the appointment and youll see the problem

Horrible service. Had an appointment on February 18th and no one would answer the phone or returned my call. Went through the aop to reschedule the appointment for feb 22nd and no one would answer the phone and had us sitting in the parking lot for a long time. Im caring for a elderly woman yhat hasnt eaten and she is starving and lack of communication is the absolute worst for this place.
