I went in with the intention of getting my nails done but apparently if youre not spending $40+, youre not welcome. The woman was doing someones nails but the man was free. There werent any other customers but when I said I just wanted a manicure, the man said I dont have time for just a manicure. I just walked out but I wish I had said Youre not the only nail salon in town, and I prefer a FRIENDLY salon.

I got my nails done about one week ago. The polish is not even ok the nails, the acrylic application is not even and smooth - bumps everywhere. The acrylics are also starting lift already after one week!! My hair is getting caught in multiple different nails. Would not recommend this business, I will take my business elsewhere.

I went got my nails done yesterday. The guy did them. Always cranking on my fingers to relax. My shellac has already came off and it’s not been 24hrs. Also wanted coffin shape, hell I got square, stiletto, and Every shape. Looks terrible. Thank goodness I am going to my regular guy here soon! Pro nails in Mitchell is TERRIBLE!

I went in there super excited to get a set of acrylics, and sadly, left very disappointed. The atmosphere was kind of relaxing and I enjoyed my time with my friend there; that is, until I took a look at the finished result. They rushed through the whole process and did a very bad-looking job. They made my nails very thick and bumpy, the paint job doesn’t even cover the whole nail, the clear coat doesn’t cover the paint so I’m sure they will start chipping very soon. For a $40 manicure, I was very unsatisfied to say the least :(

The color swatches they show you are off so i got a bright red instead of a maroon. i gave the lady a picture of exactly what i wanted and when she didn’t put a matte top on i said something and she scolded me. didn’t clean underneath the nails so there’s acrylic under them.

Spent over 200 dollars here on three people. The lady that does nails here is very good. The man seemed annoyed with doing our nails and stopped mid manicure to do another customer’s nails. The three stars is for the lady.

The older man did my nails and was extremely rude. He pinched and pulled my fingers and grabbed my arms constantly telling me to relax. I was watching him do my nails and and yelled at me and told me to watch the tv (Fox News was on). I asked for coffin shaped nails and he said that it too expensive for me.

I feel I really didn’t have a pedicure. Never cleaned the nail at all. Cut them pushed a little cuticle around . She put the grainy stuff on my legs got a hot towel dropped it on my feet and I had to take the rest off at home. Never polished the whole nail. I wanted a good pedicure got nothing. Oh and the water was ice cold when I put my feet in. Plus the older man rude. So now I have partly colored nail cut long and needing a pedicure.

I went there yesterday. The older nail technician was very rude. The lady did my pedicure and was very nice. The guy that did my manicure made my cuticles bleed and would smack my fingers in between each finger, telling me that I need to relax. He constantly told me to not watch him and just look at the TV. He bent my hands and fingers in uncomfortable positions to file them, after i pulled my hands away, he put them right back in the uncomfortable positions. He pushed and pulled my arms around. My friend had a similar experience.

They are great! Gentle, safety protections in place for customers.

Me and a friend came here to get our nails done and it was an awesome experience. They listened to what we wanted and did precise works. The gel color on my nails looked so pretty. The service was reasonably priced. Thumbs up!

I rarely have to wait too long for my turn. The massage chairs are awesome with their magic techs, so I often ask them to massage longer if I have time. They happily did as my wishes : ☺They also update new colors to meet customers demand. The place is so great to pampered. Prices are fair. I appreciate what they do and highly recommend!

I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he cut them way too short and didn’t even ask how long I wanted them. I then said these are too short and he said i already cut them. I then said that i would just go get them done somewhere else and he cut the tips off and then he angrily said get out. sorry sir your the one who messed up not me.

The older male Tech was very rude. I simply asked questions about the service and he was getting mad while explaining things to me. He went to go get pedicure stuff and asked me if I wanted it and I said no, I just wanted the shellac, I didn’t ask for the full thing. He then says “make upYour mind, you’re wasting my time”I almost walked out by that time. Then he talked to the Lady and she came and finished my nails, she was much nicer and I felt better about it.My nails aren’t even colored fully as in, there’s spots that are lighter than others, not fully coated.I wouldn’t recommend going here. Prior to getting my nails done I read the reviews, and gave them the benefit of the doubt.If I were you, I wouldn’t take the risk. The male is rude, and not patient or helping. Don’t “waste your time” there.

This place is awesome. Very peaceful and quiet. The staff here are all well trained and very accommodating. They never push me to have extra service which isnt necessary and the pricing is fair.

This place is really great. I first came in when I was shopping and realized that I needed to get my nails done. I have to say they have their salon very organized and clean. Their staffs are professional and careful, they take their time to take care of you and make sure you come back for the great quality. I noticed that there are many regulars in the shop, that shows their quality of service. Another thing that I like about this place is their affordable price. I would totally recommend this place !!!

Wow, I cant believe that there is such a fantastic place like this in a mall. Firstly, I was in a hurry, just want to do a manicure on the way while I was still in the mall. Then I was totally surprised by their service. The salon had simple decor, but not their service. The lady worked on my nails was really nice. She tried on any color until I got the one that I really wanted. Definitely I will be back.

This is my favorite find in the region! The salon is impeccably maintained and they have a great color selection with many brands, including gel polish. I have seen several different technicians, and have never had a complaint. The salon in general takes pride in their work and I wouldnt go anywhere else.Its may busy and full of regulars (not surprisingly), so definitely make an appointment.

Found this nail salon on Yelp and left with a really great Manicure & Pedicure. My nails were done by a sweet, talented lady who really knew what she was doing. My nails looked so fabulous. So loved it! The price was surprisingly cheap for high quality works and products they gave me. The atmosphere was really also. This place deserved 5 stars for everything. Highly recommended!

Satisfaction is the word to describe this refreshing salon! Ive been going here for about 3 years. The staff are well trained and friendly. There is a good consistent flow here where they accommodate to my needs and others. The owner/ manager has it together and is on point with her staffing.

I came in today with my aunt on her recommendation and i have to say that their services and works were absolutely great! We didnt make appointment but they had us sit quickly and served us with great care. My aunt and i had Deluxe Spa Pedicure services and it was really relaxing! Our technicians took time in every details on our nails and did an excellent jobs. Prices competitive with other nail salons too. The atmosphere here was really nice and inviting which made me feel extremely comfortable. I wish this place is located in my hometown so i can visit them whenever i want to. Highly recommended!

I find my manicure was very lovely! It is such a wonderful job on creating the perfect shape for me . I also find that they have very Top Notch nail polishes and they do such a great job I feel beautiful and thats such a reliable salon.

Liz the lady is very nice she does a nice job.The man on other hand is very rude and rough,cuticles where bleeding when he was done.Nails where not painted on sides didnt use color asked for.He is not a nice person will not go back.Had been going there for a year to the lady.

Reasonable prices, great service.Went here to get gel fill nails removed (not the sexiest or most lucrative thing for a nail tech to do). Very clean. She did the job very quickly on  two layers of very long gel nail fill-ins. She also worked professionally and paid attention when the nail clippers got slightly painful for me. The best nail salon ive ever been to. Everything about this place is awesome and perfect. This nail salon has a very relaxing atmosphere . Pro Nails is a good nail salon. First of all, the salon is in the mall and it’s so convenient to do nails and then shopping at a same place. The salon’s door is opened during business hour so I don’t smell the acetone like in other nail salon. Everything is clean here and the staffs are so friendly and professional. They know their job well and know how to make customer happy. They are willing to consult me about all kind of concerns like what shape for my nails, what color to choose, etc. Their massage chairs look new and clean and moreover feel really comfortable. This is my most favorite nail salon so far. I’m gonna keep coming back and bring my friends with me.

First, let me start off my saying my nails were a horror. I had stupidly tried to take off my 3 day old acrylics with a drill that I bought from Walgreens and some acetone - bad idea. When I was finally done my nails were as one ply toilet paper and full of ridges. I went online and did some research and came to the conclusion that a silk wrap would do my nails some good. and This place had fixed my nails to perfect! and I love everything about it.

I recently went it to get a full set and regular polish on. My appointment was at 11:15 and there were two other people there besides me. My nails turned out very poor and I wont be going back. Everything was very rushed and done sloppy with no effort. I could have done better myself with no training. Im really disappointed and am recommending that no one goes back.

I just love the technicians here the way theyre able to make my nails look Flawless and perfectly shaped I just love how I can be comfortable inside their salon and trust them with my nails!

I asked for French tip acrylics and they air brushed them they got white specks all over the nail, plus the clear part didnt even turn out clear, it came out purple.

It was miserable and I think a first could have done better. Very unprofessional do not go there. Very rude.

I just called to see if they had any available appointments for rwo pedicures. The gal with accent, said no, i said tomorrow?, she sais none & spunded like she was in tears. Odd to say the least. She wouldnt talk anymore, she just hung up.

I have been here twice so far and i love it. I love the color selection that they have. So many choices with good nail polish brands like OPI. The mani and pedi lasts a pretty long time for basic polish. Calm, clean and relaxing atmosphere. Great prices too.

I went with a large group of ladies for pedicures, and most of us got French tips. Not only did they not not shape my nails...but most of ours started chipping within three days.

Male tech is very rude and rough. Unfortunately he did my nails and when I left there 3 fingers were bleeding and had torn skin on the rest...Top coat peeled of after 4 days...no good marks here..take caution b/4 spending your money here...
