Hands down the best rural internet in the Mitchell area! Issues happen- thats is just how things go but when they do MIDCO has always gotten them taken care of fast and efficiently! Every tech has been awesome and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend!!!

I went to mitchell telecom 5 years ago because of what they are doing to my mother.she is going to go to Mitchell telecom. This is the absolute worst service I have encountered in the entire United States.No matter what anyone says, dont ever use this service.

Jason from MIDCO in Mitchell hit a home run today! I called the 1800 number at 815AM and had a technician at my house in less then a hour. Jason was very professional and speedy. He resolved the issue and answered all my questions.

WiFi constantly disconnecting and reconnecting on its own. When I call I continuously get the reset device, reset modem troubleshooting (if you call that troubleshooting). Very disappointed with the service. Currently researching different providers in the area .

I bought the 1gbps download package and have yet to reach anything above 150mbps. Called for customer support, tech guy came to solve the problem. He could not fix the issue and basically told me tough luck after he ran out of BS excuses that he tried fooling me with. They tried telling me that my the reason my download speed was low was because my devices were outdated, when in fact all of my devices that use the internet are no more than 1 year old LOL. From my experience midco is a sham and they lie to you and try to make you look like you dont know what youre talking about if they cant fix your issue to cover up the fact that they are a scam and are not capable of offering quality service. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy. In my opinion they should be sued for lieing to customers that think theyre buying the 1gbps download speed, when midco clearly is not capable of delivering.

You know its funny I work up here about a week out of every month and its always the same thing internet never works early in the mornings around 4 or 5 when we need it. Cable works sometimes we dont get much time to sit down and watch TV but when we do it seems like the cables always out. January 24th here we are again little bit of time off sit down to watch a movie on HBO and guess what you cant why because the cables out again sure it works for 2 minutes and its out for half an hour and then it works for two minutes and then its out for a half an hour. Were going to be up here for a year solid starting in 2 months somebody please let me know what the options are besides midco or what the people seem to like to call it in Mitchell South Dakota sometimes it works sometimes it dont maybe they should make that their new name . Its funny in Colorado I cant even remember the last time the internet or cable was out. Maybe you guys should give them a call to the cable companies in Colorado and see how they do things maybe they can help you out with the problems you have here

Paying for the fastest internet you offer and by golly guess what...its nearly 9 times slower than advertised...no this is not an exaggeration. this is true tested numbers. If im giving you guys X amount of dollars for top notch internet i dam well best be getting that full gig.

Terrible Terrible Customer Service. I was trying to transfer my internet service to my new house. Waiting on hold for an hour then was put on a call list. Waiting a day call back put on hold for 45 minutes. So now I canceled my service. That wasnt great in the first place I paid for the best Internet they had but every time I ran a speed check I was getting half of what I paid for. Called about it several times and they did nothing. This company is terrible please use someone else as your provider.

I just wanted to say that its been 2 months now since I made the switch from Mid Co to my new internet provider and so far they HAVE NOT SENT ME ANY ANNOYING POSTCARDS like Mid Co did .I am really happy with my new internet provider and doubt if mid Co even misses me as a customer.They think I was unaware of opting out of the postcards but I did try to opt out of them but they still wont listen so goodbye midco

When I had cable and internet with them. they constantly harassed me with 24 postcards a month. I didnt want to get mail out of mailbox because of them. I will never ever have service with them again and I suggest that people look elsewhere for service to keep from being harassed
