Adam…is amazing! While on our trip from Washington State to Castlewood we had to limp our F-350 due to transmission problems. I thought I was having problems with my brakes. I went in at 9:45. The service manager got my information. I told him what I could about what I was experiencing. I also had them change the oil and filter. I also needed to rotate the tires. They checked the brakes, bearings and found no problems with them. They found a bolt missing in the fender liner. They had me out of there at11:20. The price was very reasonable.

This is the most honest dealership I have ever worked with. I had talked with 30 other dealerships around the country looking for a vehicle and all of them said there was not a rebate for my vehicle. This dealer gave me the $500 rebate without even asking about. Everybody was genuine and helpful. The Finance lady was amazing and did not push anything extra on us. Which was refreshing because most of them do. They also gave us a bunch of Bronco swag, that we did not have to ask for. First time that has happened as well. They actually where enjoyable to deal with. Amazing!

If youre from out of state, looking to buy a vehicle here. Let me save you 5 hours of time. They wont sell you a vehicle unless you have auto insurance in South Dakota. Or you must pay with a cashiers check. Even if you get your bank to approve a loan, and transfer the money to them. They wont take it. Major banks like Chase, wont do cashiers checks anymore. So now you know.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer sight unseen and they delivered the vehicle half way. They were easy to work with and every employee I came in contact with from the salesman to the financing department was great to work with. I scheduled an oil & filter change along with change fuel filters also grease the 3 fitting on the front (4 wheel drive). I found out by accident they were going to rotate my tires without asking me. I didn’t need it. They did not tell me what oil they were going to use. It was going to be 10w30. I needed something heavier pulling heavy fifth wheel like 15w40. I had to ask! I rechecked after they were done that they had grease the fittings. According to the service writer Jim Senger they must have. However I arrived back home , checked, AND it was not done!!! Poor service and little to no communication what the customer wanted.Follow up : I did call the number that person who gave the response asked me to call. It was the general number so I told the person who answered the phone what the situation was and she suggested I talk with someone that had some authority which was the General Manager. I left a voice Mail. That was a couple days ago. Not surprised I have not received a return call

Worst service experience ever. When you work less than a half mile from dealership and it takes 4 phone calls to get a bill paid and have vehicle delivered back, not a good dealership. Just because you had phone number wrong in system and then we didn’t spend the $900 on top of the $400 already completed work, don’t pout because our truck tied a stall up all day. You knew where I worked make a call. We have Fords but I’ll be going to Iverson from now on. You lost customers.

I have had vern eide Ford check and adjust my tailgate step 3 times now and each time did not help as it still pops up when driving. What more can I do? They were very nice about dealing with it.

Drove 7 hours total yesterday to look at an expedition. Planned on bringing it home. Talked to a lady named Pat for a week straight, told us vehicles price was 37k. Got to Vern Eide Ford, took the expedition for a test drive, sat down to go over numbers and they said that the price was now 42k because they had it listed as an XLT and not a king ranch. Pat knew the price went up and didnt call to warn us. Didnt know until we sat down and Jordan said did anyone tell you about the price change? I would not recommend going here. They are liars and they didnt try to make things right with us. We will never do business here again and we will tell everyone about our experience at Vern Eide.

I found a car that I liked online. Im 2+hours from the dealership. CJ followed through on every request I had, even offered to have the car delivered to my house! I had the car in less than 24 hours! It is a used car that has been through a 129 point inspection, comes with a 6 month/6,000 mile warranty. Cant beat that! Definitely will do business here again.

Great service. Dropped my truck off, they gave me a ride back home and delivered it back to me when it was done.

I found this truck on-line and worked with Matt one of the Sales Managers for the purchase. Very pleasant person.I then worked with Jordan who facetimed with me and did a walk through of the vehicle. Jordan is also in the Navy. Very nice person.After the walk through and negotiated the price, I went to the dealership to do a physical inspection and drove the vehicle.My inspection went well however their attention to detail was not outstanding. After their 129 point inspection I saw it was a quart low on oil. The radiator reservoir was well below the minimum requirement and a few other less important items.When I asked about these items and discuss the car report that said it was in a minor accident, Jordan asked another sales person, Ryan to talk to me.I do not get along well with Ryan. In my opinion, Ryan is a typical used car salesman. Trying to intimidate and belittle you thinking they know more than you do about cars. Telling me that they could get more in price than the car is listed for. That you cant find another vehicle like this for less. No one has better pricing than they do, even if you were to go to car auctions. And on and on and on. So defensive as if my asking questions was offensive and I should not ask questions.Anyway, I did purchase the vehicle and asked that they correct the small list of items like the oil and radiator fluid. MY FAULT, I DID NOT CHECK IF IT WAS DONE BEFORE I TOOK THE VEHICLE. At my first gas stop, I remembered to check these fluids and it seems as though they did top off the oil, however they did not add the radiator fluid.

Great place to buy a vehicle. Mac does a great job on knowing just what I want, Chris always does a great job on getting me finance, and making sure the paper is right. The greatest pleasure about buying this 2018 F150 was that I was able to go to KC and see it built from coming out of the paint booth to the final drive test, it was great and can say enough about my friend Tim who was able to get me into the factory so I could see my Truck being Built.

I took my car in for a wheel alignment and to replace the tire rod. There was a recall for airbags so they fixed it too. The price for the tow was outrageous! I paid my bill and when I tried to drive off my AC didnt work. It was working fine when it was towed. I told Josh Trevino about this and he denied it. He said they didnt touch it, they just replaced the tire rod. I was infuriated! I left the shop trying to call the manager and when I was almost home Josh called and said he sees they replaced the airbags and to bring it back because maybe they forgot to connect something. I brought it back and had to catch a ride home. They did forget to connect the AC. I understand mistakes happen but poor customer service is no excuse.

The problems with our F-350 were taken care of quickly. When it couldn’t be completed the day we took it in we were given a loaner car to take home and the truck was done the next day.

I went looking for a truck today and had Jacob Nikolas as my salesman. He was extremely attentive and was focused on finding out what I wanted rather than trying to sell the biggest baddest rig he could. He worked with me as I expressed doubts and even though I feel like I ended up wasting his time today by getting cold feet, I will definitely be back to Vern Eide and Jacob when Im ready!
