I been three times to this laundry and didn’t be disappointed, the laundry is clean, very safe area compare to other one, new washer and dryer and it’s a cards system laundry and also you can pay by credit cash, or with the application. You have rewards mean that you can have free wash or dry. The employees are friendly and the wash dry fold is very good, your clothes smile very well and the bag they use smile good too and fresh. Plenty of space and parking very good. They speak English, Spanish and French so you will find always someone who can help you

The staff are amazing especially Ms Maggie , I have grown such a great bond with her she is always helpful in any way or form . I think she deserve a raise , as well as Management Position. Please contact me for more info I would love to speak with the owner amazing

Clean place machines are kept up but staff barely speaks English hard to communicate when there is an issue and I only had 2 in the 2 yrs Ive been washing here

A modern take on the laundromat. Especially since its whole bits of cash and virtual payment that allow for use of washing machines instead of slightly cumbersome quarters. Prices are very reasonable and environment is very clean. Would recommend going.

The attendant is very rude. She asked me to put a mask on which was on my face but when the white or Spanish girl walked. In with her hand over her face she did not mention mask mandate to her. At least I had the mask on. I suffer with chronic asthma. What type of discrimination pratices is this? The rules only apply to people with brown skin? On top of her prejudice She cut the dryers off in the middle of us and other customers drying at 11:00 p.m stating that the owner said for her to do that? Really how many people have they ripped off? We were not reimbursed? Most places allow you to finish the cycle as long as you are already in progress. Brown people beware. The rules only apply to those who dont look like us. As you can see from the response the owner doesnt read nor comprehend nor have they had the professional responsibility to reach out to the customer as they dont value customers. Its like its they are accusing me of stealing if they review their footage you clearly see that I paid for every service I was supposed to receive.

I had a very bad experience with this laundry, this is the first time I have been there, the lady asked me to go out without drying my clothes because she has to close at midnight, what kind of business is that, no customer services, shame of them 👎

This is the coolest laundromat I have ever been to. You can start your machines from an app on your phone, or, use their kiosk. No more quarters! I was so excited to be able to pay with my credit card (& get credit card points) to do my laundry or have the option to pay with cash. LOVE that I can get credits with their system to do some laundry for free too. Im surprised there is a single bad review about this place as the people that work there have always been so helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

I was skeptical to come to this laundromat based on the recent reviews. It’s my first time here since the new management took over. I can truly say that it has been a pleasant experience. Being a new mom, my time is beyond valueable and patience a little shorter for nonsense. The facility is neat and tidy. I haven’t used the machines in a while so I kindly asked for help. The attendant was helpful every step of the way.

They dont give their employees enough trust. If there is an issue with a machine the customer has to wait for one of the girls to call the owner...i waited 25 minutes because the machine i used never released water...after the machine unlocked i had to wait for the approval to move me to another machine..and they didnt replace all my soap and softener... Smh.. The girl was so nervous waiting for her boss to answer. They should allow their employees to make decisions on the spot. It would be a better place.

Today was my first time coming here and I WILL NOT RETURN. The attendant had to call the manager for everything. They are all digital I made an error and I had to argue to get my money put on the correct machine. I was advise that they would correct it this time but next time I would have to pay again. This is not how you RUN a business you should have signs posted that if you make an error on inputting your machine # NO correction or refund will be madeThis will definitely be my first and last time here. The staff is not friendly and they give NO assistance to their customers. Their attitudes are very Nonchalant.

Uses the Boss Laundry Payment system so you pay at the Kiosk (account or as-you-go [quarters if coins + bills]), and/or through the app. Sounds complicated but not. Very friendly attendant there to help if anything. So clean facility, including restroom.

It’s clean, the staff is helpful, the machines are easy to use and great for people that don’t carry cash or want to get quarters. The app works great as well as the new machine.

Pretty Laundry is a brand new facility, big with apt of washers and dryers. Very well maintained and clean. The service I received from the attendants is superb. I defenetly reccomend this place.

Staff is very rude; I come in at 9:45 put my laundry in the washing machine and was told by the attendant that I can not wash because I won’t be done by 11. I was turned away. So I had to remove my kids clothes from the two machines I was using. If that’s the case the company needs to close at 10 versus them posting 11pm closing time.

They don’t give internet credentials but expect us to download that app...

The prices are very expensive and apart from that I dont know why you have to pay extra for hot water if in the other laundry it is not.
