I had several very tall dead pine trees along my driveway that needed to be cut down plus I wanted some tree trimming done near my house. I hired Alpine Tree Service to do this work. The crew arrived on schedule and did all of the work that we discussed plus a little more, all for the agreed upon price. The work was done efficiently, professionally and nothing was damaged in the process. The owner, Dominik is a stand-up guy, I would definitely use his company again.

I called Alpine Tree Service and left a message concerning getting an estimate on a tree that I needed removed. I contacted them first based on the reviews I saw on Google. I received a call back from them a few hours later, and I was told they would come out within a few hours to give me a price. The person I spoke with asked if he needed to speak with me when he came out, or if he could just look at the tree and call me back. I told him I was home all day, and I stated he could just speak with me when he came out. Well he never showed up and never called to tell me he wasnt coming out. I decided to give him a call the next day in case there was some type of emergency that prevented him showing up to the appointment. I left a message again asking him to call me back, and he never did. This is a very unprofessional way to run a business! If you didnt want to do the job, then you could have simply called me back and let me know so I didnt end up wasting an entire afternoon waiting for you to show up. Luckily I found another company who actually showed up, and did the job I needed done.
