They Screwed up My Hair

They said over the phone they know how to make face (taper). Reality is they dont. Over priced.

We asked approximately a 1:00 p.m. Asked if they would take my 1 yr 10 month old. They said they wouldnt take him without a mask. We pointed out that their sign said 2 and under were accepted without a mask. The woman said she has someone coming in and would not let us make an appointment for him. RUDE RUDE RUDE. So we went around the corner to Trade Secret and they cut his hair and my 9 year who was masked.

I didnt even get the name of the woman who cut my hair... but she was AMAZING! She had an amazing personality and we had a great conversation! I loved her!!! And I LOVE my hair, its exactly what I wanted! Best place I have ever gone, thanks to her, I could never say enough great things about her!!! ❤

Provided stylist with picture of how my son wanted his hair. Not only did she have another stylist come in and take over mid-cut without even showing her what he wanted, she came back to finish it and it looked *nothing* like the style he wanted. It was horribly uneven and looked terrible. My family definitely wont be going back to this establishment.

Showed up to see if I could get a walk-in (since they dont do appointments at this location). I stood in an empty business where one customer was sitting in a waiting chair. No employees. Two minutes later one comes out, says theyre booked for the night. There was at least one other employee in the back, but zero hair cuts taking place.Other times Ive come in I havent had to wait too long, but the staff is never the same, theyre busy talking to each other about their personal lives while cutting your hair, and they like to switch off mid-haircut.I went to SuperCuts instead and got in right away and had a better experience than I ever had at this Mastercuts. It was also a couple bucks cheaper.I frequented the Fargo location allllll the time when I lived there. That place rocked. This one, not so much.

Cant be in a business called Master Cuts in Minot, ND if you cant cut hair properly, let alone do all kinds of hair. Ive worked in several businesses where the saying is Perception is everything, and its sad that this business wont seem to do it right.My first time was a walk-in, admittedly, but when I did request a haircut, the artists there told me that they were booked solid. To put this in perspective, Im black, and I asked at 12pm. These ladies were be-boppin on their phones with absolutely no one there and told me they were booked until their closing time.If thats not enough, Ive had some friends get their cuts over there, albeit with less than adequate results. Had one take a chance with this place---looked like Ryan Gosling before, came out with a military strip of hair that myself and others said was non-serviceable...then he cut it bald himself. I could only laugh when he told me where he got cut up at.If you got a good car with decent mileage, youre better off heading to Minneapolis Master Cuts than this one.

Called to schedule an appointment hours in advance. Was told only walk ins are accepted. After work I called to check current wait times. I was told estimate time was about an hour. I requested that she now put my name down since Im on my way and would be there in 5-10mins. She refused. By the time I got there wait time was now close to 2hours. When I asked how it changed so much within 10minutes. Staff got rude and claimed Well someone else walked in. Barber shop was understaffed with only one person cutting hair and answering the phone. Not to mention place was full of kids running around being obnoxiously loud like it was a playground.

It was a bit pricey but overall good

I call to make an appointment and they said it is walk in only. So I drove there and told them I needed a hair cut and they said they dont have an availability for 2 hours but their suppose to be a walk in only and there wasnt a single person sitting and waiting I will never go back again
