One of the best work outs Ive had. After 15 years of CorePower yoga I found a better class where I feel challenged and enjoy the work out. Great music. I felt leaving strong and warm. Im so excited to keep coming.

Every class I have been to at Py Method has been amazing. The instructors have great energy and make you feel so welcome and appreciated! The workouts are high intensity and I am always pushed to my limits which helps me to leave feeling stronger and better than when I arrived!

The Heated Py Sculpt classes are amazing. Rarely have I ever burned so many calories in an hour as I do here. I feel that the heat has other health benefits too. The owner and instructor are very friendly and engaging and the classes are amazing. Really recommend you try it out!

I just tried PlyoFlo and am so impressed by everything! The workouts are hard and different than most group fitness classes. You get the support of a teacher organizing the workout, the flexibility to modify and/or push yourself to your own limits, and the sense of community and team support during workouts. All of the teachers and great motivators and know how to keep you moving during class. I also love the variety throughout the classes I have tried so far. Oh-- and the teachers really seem to get to know and care about their students!

Py Method is different from any class I’ve ever gone to, and I love it! Every class is challenging, yet leaves me feeling so strong — the coaches are all supportive and friendly yet challenge you to push yourself! I’d highly recommend trying this class if you enjoy group workouts and want to take it to the next level

Get ready to sweat it all out! Fantastic classes in a supportive and energetic environment. Its a total body workout that keeps your heart rate up the entire time! Amy is a wonderful instructor that will take the time to always show modifications and guide you through the yoga portions of the class. Highly recommend this challenging but rewarding workout!

I’ve tried hundreds of workouts and different gyms and I’ve to say this is one of the best, most fun workouts I’ve encountered. The workouts are killer but they are super doable and they always offer modifications for people with injuries like myself. On top of that Amy is awesome and all the people who go there are super nice. Highly recommended!

I am in love with this studio!! The atmosphere, people, and CHALLENGING class is what keeps me coming back every time! I never thought I could accomplish what I have in these classes! Looking for the best workout in the state? That’s definitely PlyoFlo! Guys, put down the weights, hop off your bike trainer or treadmill. Come take a class and get the best workout you’ve ever had. This workout is incredibly challenging and rewarding. Only two classes in and I’m already feeling the difference. This class will take whatever you’re training for or trying to improve at and help you take it to the next level. Come participate in the toughest most fulfilling class you’ve ever been too.

Amy, the owner, is super personable, accommodating and responsive. Ive enjoyed interacting with her and hearing about her vision for the studio. I tried my free week when they were going through a location change, so some of my classes were very small (just me and the instructor). I was a little surprised at first, but when I realized the location was very new, it explained the class size. I just viewed the class more like a personal training session, which was fun! The HIIT portion of these classes is intense and will definitely get you sweating!

One of the hardest best workouts in the Twin Cities for sure! I wear my Apple Watch and burn more calories in this class than I do in many others. I love the mix of cardio/high intensity, strength, and yoga. Amy is awesome and cheers on every person in her class. Felt like this turned me into a way better runner as well, because my endurance kicked up a notch!!

I Love PlyoFlo! Im a runner and my body is stuck. . . I needed something else to help define, strengthen and tone my arms and core. Wow- what a great workout- its hard but fun and something I would never do on my own at home!! Definitely check it out!!

New favorite workout in town - great mix of cardio and yoga. I love that you can modify to fit the level you are at with the potential to increase the challenge to keep it fresh. Amy was a welcoming and encouraging instructor for my first visit and Ill certainly be back.

I’ve only been to the Vinyasa “Flo” class so far but I’ll definitely be back. Hard workout but accessible with just a little yoga experience. The location is great and the studio is very nice.

This workout program has transformed my body and my view on fitness classes. Ive tried a lot of clubs & studios, and I was an avid runner. But I could never breakthrough to get my body sculpted and toned, and the canned classes were uninspiring and fluffy. The best workouts I found were at Core Power with instructors Amy and Aldrin- focused on cardio and strength. When they started PlyoFlo I was all in and I cannot say enough great things about what an amazing program it is.Being a full time working professional and mother of 2, PlyoFlo classes are the sweet spot - maximum targeted results in a short period of time (usually 1 hour), fun yet tough instructors who push you and give you plenty of options to adapt the workout to your energy or physical level, great pumping music and fresh moves & class routines so it doesnt get boring.After a few months of PlyoFlo workouts last summer, I was asked by a stranger if I was a body builder because of how sculpted my arms and legs were! That was a first at 44!And another first.... I can honestly say that I am easily and consistently motivated to get off my couch to workout ... I look forward to going, to challenging my body, and to the amazing feeling of a accomplishment at the end of every class.

The best full body workout! I love the variety in format and exercises - keeps it interesting for you and your body, but still easy to follow. This is the only class Ive stuck with in years and already seeing positive changes in my body - in muscle tone and definition. Classes are as tough as you want them to be. Give it your all and you WILL see the benefits, and wont leave feeling like you want another workout. Try it for at least a few weeks. The music keeps you pumped! I seriously cant say enough. The only drawback... it may ruin all other classes for you!

Can hardly believe I waited this long to try my first class. I LOVED everything about it...Amy is an AMAZING instructor, the energy in the “clean” room, the class was 75 minutes & it felt personalized to me. I’ll be back next week!!

PlyoFlo is a great studio and a fantastic workout with enthusiastic and committed instructors. Its a unique combo of high intensity cardio and yoga, and even as someone who generally isnt a big cardio Ive really enjoyed it. Ive been doing a variety of group fitness classes for a couple of years but had started to plateau, and after giving PlyoFlo a try I noticed changes in my physique and fitness level after just a couple of weeks. Needless to say, I was hooked. I highly recommend you check it out!

I found this place with classpass and have been so impressed. They give you a free week as a new member which is a great way to see if its your vibe. I love the idea of a free week vs. a free class, because it really gives you the chance to figure out what they offer and if it fits with you and your fitness goals. Honestly, aside from workouts that make you sweat like crazy and feel like a badass, Kalli, the manager, is probably the nicest person Ive ever encountered in a gym setting. Shes so welcoming and friendly, definitely a huge bonus, as some places you attend, you feel like a burden. I havent had a chance to try anything but the heated py sculpt because of my work schedule, but I just started the free trial week, so Im hoping to see what else this place has to offer! Definitely give this place a try on either classpass, or stop in!

This is the best workout Ive had in a long time. I signed up for the 75 Plyflo class and was hooked! Its a great combo of HIIT to get my heart rate up and I really loved the yoga at the end to help prevent injuries. As someone with constant lower back pain but who wants to be active, this was a perfect solution. Amy promised a hard workout and I definitely got that. While it was a hard workout (in the best way possible), the yoga really did help as I left class more flexible than when I came in. I was a little worried about parking in Uptown, but I found a parking spot out front no problem for the Saturday 8am class.

PlyoFlo Fitness is the best workout I have ever done! It incorporates a great balance of cardio, strength, stretching, yoga and matching breath to movement. I love taking Vinyassa yoga classes as well but this takes it to another level around great people and awesome music! Would highly recommend if you want to be in good shape with a great environment.

Great combination of plyometrics, HIIT, sculpt, and yoga. If you want a bikini body, come here and Amy will deliver! :) But honestly if you like intense, challenging workouts and want to see and feel results, you wont be disappointed!

Plyoflo is a super fitness program. I have been doing fitness 6 days a week workouts for 35 years and I have not found a better program to combine yoga, cardio / weights. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely worth checking it out!

I tried a Plyo Sculpt class on Sunday @ 9:30 am via ClassPass. This is a group class lead by an instructor (who sweats it out with you!) and consists of cardio and yoga sequences. It was an amazing experience - to quote another first-timer: ..its very hard to not get a good workout... The instructors are great and the atmosphere is friendly and positive. I was a first-timer but didnt feel intimidated or left out in any way. The studio has all the necessary equipment - weights, resistance bands, mats, etc. Basically, all you have to do is show up with a water bottle and a big towel (because you will sweat like crazy). The rest is taken care of - just follow the instructions and youll get a great workout. The studio was packed and I found that very motivating (in addition to the great selection of music tracks). I hope the instructors consider using a microphone - I found it hard to listen to them due to the music. Its not a big deal though. One can easily figure that out by watching them since theyre working out with you...

One of the BEST sculpt workouts around! I came to Py Method during their no-hassle, free trial membership period as I had a recommendation from a friend. I was not disappointed. Sammi is an absolutely amazing teacher with the ridiculous ability to coach the workout, perform the workout, kick your butt HARD, and motivate you.. all simultaneously with a smile on her face.The plyometrics workout + yoga combination is a great combination to help shock the body into performance/visual changes while also improving flexibility and mindfulness. The class is set up to be difficult (it will humble even the strongest) and leave you with a great sense of accomplishment, but also a sense that you can always continue to increase your abilities! As a person consistently in the pursuit of personal improvement mentally/physically I would highly recommend Sammi and the Py Method!

PlyoFlo is amazing!!! The workouts are hard, and Amy somehow is able to do the workout with you and teach the class simultaneously. She is incredible, and anyone that can do that gets a lot of respect from me because I can barely get through a class! Its a great combination between yoga, cardio and strength training. Its not really something your body can plateau with because the workouts are always changing. Its the hardest workout Ive done in years! They offer a free week if youre curious, so definitely check it out!I was previously working out at Alchemy, but I found the people there to be a little snooty and not really inclusive... no offense. Its completely different at PlyoFlo! Amy took the time to get to know me when I tried out my first class and remembered me when I came the following week, and it makes you feel like a valued member of the community.I went to PlyoFlo through ClassPass, but Ive canceled my ClassPass membership and will be signing up for a membership at PlyoFlo! This studio is amazing! The new studio is in a great location, and is super clean. Check it out!

Plyoflo gives you the best workout in town, hands down. If you want to get an amazing whole body workout that properly stretches you and cools you off, this is it. Amy is a master fitness teacher and everyone trained follows her model. Make no mistake, Plyoflo original class is intense but catered to everyone and you are welcome to make adjustments.
