Went in for a basic alignment that I got quoted $89 and up and ended up not getting a alignment but still paid $100 for a invoice that tells me what is wrong with my truck. Not worth it!

Walked in and set an appointment for an alignment to correct what the dealership messed up. They not only corrected the dealerships mistake but they did it without the $1000 worth of parts the dealership insisted I needed. They did an excellent job and saved me a lot of money. I am absolutely recommending them to any and everyone.For your reference I have a 2013 Ram 1500 quad cab that has been lowered.

Please do not waste your time. People are rude and need to work customer service skills. I walked in, no greeting, continued to talk while I’m standing there.

No fancy reception area and furniture. Just hard working people doing an excellent job at a fair price.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. If you’d like to walk in somewhere and not be acknowledged, this is the place for you! Brought my car for issues with a shaking steering wheel at high speeds on the freeway. Received a call about an hour after dropping it off saying I needed a control arm along with the alignment, okay fine, had them do it. $400 later I pick my car up to test drive it on the freeway, excited that this annoying issue would finally be fixed. Nope, wheel still shakes. Came back the following day just for them to tell me they can’t balance my car’s tires because of the type of weights needed. When the issue I came in for was exactly that. Wasn’t offered any sort of refund or even a “sorry we can’t help you”, both men just ignored that I was still standing there after clearly expressing my frustration. 10/10 rude & unprofessional

I installed coilovers in my car in May. Most alignment shops didnt want to touch it. One place said they aligned it, but it seriously did not drive in a straight line when they were done. And it rattled like mad.Leo from Baychar Auto suggested these guys. I had to take it in so they could see that it would fit on their ramps. And once they did, I had to wait a week for an appointment, because the place really seemed to be busy.But they did a fantastic job on it. Tracks straight, the camber is right, rides like a new car again. These guys are old-school. And they do a great job. Worth the wait.If your car is modified, and needs an alignment, stop by and have one of the techs take a look at it. Only takes a minute and saves headaches. These guys have some seriously vintage racks, and if youre slammed to the ground, you might need to go elsewhere. Theres a bit of a lip to their alignment racks. But if youve got a few inches of ground clearance, and your approach angle works out ok, youll find they do excellent work.

These guys are fantastic. Originally had an alignment done at the dealer and it drove worse afterwards. Brought my car to Accurate Auto Alignment. The car now drives amazing, just like when I bought it. I highly recommend these guys. They know what theyre doing. Thanks guys!

This company was a pleasure to deal with and very trustworthy. After getting new tires from another company it was recommended I get an alignment. They referred me to Accurate Auto Alignment. The technician looked at my car and determined there was no alignment needed. I was not charged for the service. It is a father and son family owned business, and I would recommend this company based on my experience.

Came to this shop based on the recommendation of my mechanic. My car is driving better than it had before my accident thanks to these guys. Would definitely recommend them. Great service and reasonable pricing

Great place did accurate and timely work.I had taken my vehicle to Midas before and they couldnt get it right even with the most modern equipment. But these guys at Accurate got it correct the first time and actually know what they are doing.

My experience with them has always been very good . My father went to them with all of his cars. I went about six months ago when i hit a curb and they did not even charge me for the full alignment only half of the price because i did not need the whole alignment. Now i brought it back because i have had major front end work done and i am very happy to pay them the 60.00 for the alignment. The place may not be glamorous but they get the job done well !!!

I stopped in to have work done on my car because the car was shaking between 50mph and 65mph. I et them know that this was the issues and I thought it was my alignment but please ruin diagnostics to confirm my thought. The turn over was fast and it only took a day for the work to be done. When I went to pick up my keys they replaced the arms on my front axis and said this should take care of the shaking but if not you should get an alignment. I paid over $500 dollars and the issue was not fixed and the car still shakes in this range.

Called Tuesday set up app. for 8:00 next morning.They put car on rack and did a thorough job on dog tracking rear end.Took on and off rack numerous times to test drive and check work done.Great Job !!!

Made appointment week in advance and put car on rack as soon as I got there; took about an hour and I can feel difference as I drive now; they really know their business and I highly recommended them; looks like 3rd generation in same location. City needs more auto repair shops like this one.

Avoid by all means. Called a week in advance to make an apt for alignment. Got there on time and they had no recollection of my apt. When they looked at their calendar I was the first to make an apt for that day, but they told me they wouldnt have time to do it. The quoted price varied by how far off my alignment was which Ive never been told before and thought was sketchy. The place was a complete dump anyway. Glad I left and went down the street. Took me in at Richlen and sons with no apt and no problems.
