This place was TRULY HEAVEN SENT...I wouldnt be STABLE and in MINE OWN apt NOW if not for Cathedral Center

The staff their do not help with locating housing. They are just in it for the money. I highly recommend another shelter before going here.

I currently stay here . Me and my two kids have our own room three beds nice room spacious & clean . My case manager seems very caring and wants to help me reach my goals to stability. They give you bus fare lunches on the go and dinner from volunteers at night . Although they do not offer rap around housing or low income . They help u save your money and FIND A AFFORDABLE PLACE . If u do good here follow the rules and are meeting your goals u can stay a max 3 months . Only my first week but I have no complaints 😁

ONLY black lives matter here, I couldnt wash my daughters emergency clothes because the one lady who was here was doing her own laundry, but, if u was a black female with kids I bet they would have been nice to me, and it had to have been the workers clothes because they dont touch our laundry, afraid they might catch some white thing or something, clearly she was doing her own laundry at 2am because she took the clothes out of the wash and out them in the dryer, CLEARLY to some around here, ONLY black lives matter

They have bed bugs i got bit up the first night

This place helps you to manage your money and The case worker Ms Alicia is so hard working an understanding she helps her clients get on their feet theres a few case workers there you will be assigned to one of them randomly this shelter is by far the best

They treat u like ur un prision the staff here is veryrude.. there are a few stay that have compassion but the rest are there 4 check. the food they serve is gross they dont serve u a actual dinner but instead a snack. the families get served last which isnt right.. too many staff buddy buddy w the clients.. theres no freedom bsides what time ww xomming back.. never again its onky a temporary situation

Case managers are smart mouthed with a attitude vey rude ,always angry you cant treat people any kind of way you never know one day you might experience being homeless, its funny because alot of homeless people Im sure are more educated ,and have had alot of positive things going on in their life just like some of you ,so dont look down on others because you never know when God ,might put you in a situation to go through what some of us go through on a daily , so watch how you treat people because what goes around comes around,,GOD IS WATCHING HOW WE ARE BEING TREATED WITH OUR CHILDREN IN THESE SHELTERS , GOD IS WATCHING THE EVIL AND WICKED!!!

Volunteered for Christmas Eve dinner and am amazed by their mission and services. Such wonderful people doing great work for the city!

Terribly scandelous organization! The Shelter Staff/Security are decent, & I believe their hearts are in it to care for people.BUT the Case Managers are very lazy, erronious, & scandelous!!!I do not think that the financial donors know what goes on here. How cruel the Case Managers are to their clients, & that there are zero resources given to clients.I would never give a penny to this facade of a place. They need to be audited.
