I was absolutely blown away by the quality of service provided by Addison Beste and his colleagues in Milwaukee. I had never had anyone served before, was out of state, and didnt know what the heck I was doing. Addison replied back IMMEDIATELY whenever I had any questions, night or day. The only advice I have gotten worth a darn in this whole process was from Addison, and not the court system, which seems more interested in deliberately not helping people. I goofed up and only left them one day to complete service but they got it done. My highest recommendation! Thanks again!

UPDATE: I needed a receipt of payment to PPS for my case coming up. I called an hour after close expecting to leave a message, but surprisingly someone picked up and sent my invoice within a minute LITERALLY. They are the best place you can go to in Milwaukee HANDS DOWN. I was looking for a process server in the Milwaukee area but since I did not live in the County I was hesitant. But Addison was extremely easy to work with. We communication mostly via email which I preferred, he responds almost instantly. My documents were served the same day it was received and the affidavit emailed to me the next day. Im a paralegal working in San Diego. I needed courtesy copies promptly delivered to a judge at the Milwaukee Court House. Several couriers and even process servers didnt seem to know what I was talking about, but Addison was willing to do the job. Completely botched the first attempt by ASKING the other party if they would accept the papers...Then could not find them (wonder why). They were flexible but had no understanding of the delicate nature of the situation. If you use them...sit down and go step by step over the plan...step...by...step...by step.Who calls back to rebut an opinion....? Not sure if that was supposed to get them more stars....
