These guys have always done a good job over the years. The attention to detail is impressive. I go at least twice a year, pre and post winter.

This is my favorite go to for my car wash! My car is cleaned well inside and out. The staff is always polite and they dont seem to mind customers asking for a little extra attention with their vehicles. Make no mistake by asking for more than the service you purchased because that wont happen! However just a touch here and there is just fine.The owner is very well tuned into her customers, business and employees. She cares about making sure customers are satisfied and Ive witnessed her addressing employees concerns as well as address them when correction was needed and each time she was even keeled and fair.

Please save yourself some time and money and NEVER go to this car wash. Went there to get a full car wash inside and out and they didn’t do anything to the inside. I didn’t really notice until I made it home because I had an important errand to run right after. When I went back I had to ask if the interior was included in my wash and they said yes. However, my interior wasn’t done AT ALL. I asked the owner for a refund she was very nasty and rejected. NEVER AGAIN lol

Was there 2x and every time they try to over charge me for a suv truck vs big truck. Otherwise its good.

Not impressed. Didnt vacuum or wipe down any of the interior, and did a sloppy job on the exterior. Wheels were still filthy. When you get a car wash you shouldnt have a dirty car. This was the gold special.

Attention span is wavering, I shouldnt have to ask for my tires to be done if I already paid for it, and point out that only half of my car was dried off. Seems like no on wants to help the new guy(white tall man)just dont disappoint the customer. This is twice now, I may be finding a new car wash, shame after 5 years

Just based on observation some of the people who work there act odd. Dont ever call there asking for a manager because the so called receptionist make excuses why that wont happen!

I’ve been using this car wash for 7 years without incident. This week the middle aged white women humiliated a young black employee, and me, because he was attempting to clean my windshield of bugs AFTER the car came out of car wash! She admonished him in front of me for doing a service I hadn’t paid for??? That’s what she said. 😳

Paid for the most expensive option ($22) and they didnt vacuum the back seats/floor of my car, didnt wipe down the dash or do the interior windows. Staff was dropping f-bombs left and right. Very unprofessional. Wont be back.

Even though hey couldn’t run my truck through the wash because I have an aftermarket tonneau cover, they offered to clean off the side of my vehicle that was egged badly. Great, thoughtful service. Very appreciated and did a good job.

Full disclosure, I dont get my car washed regularly. But it desperately needed vacuuming and my apartment isnt set up well to do it myself, and Jimbos is the nearest car wash. The price for the basic wash, $13+tax, seems a little high but to be fair I havent checked around. For that, my car came out nice and clean inside and out, and the staff was very nice. Ill definitely go back again.One note about reviews of car washes that mention poor service or things being taken: I removed anything that might have been tempting, as well as anything which would have been in the way of the vacuum cleaner, BEFORE I went there. Thats just common sense and common courtesy. Dont make it harder for them to do the job youre paying them to do.

I rarely leave reviews, but this car wash is horrible in all aspects. The service was rushed. The woman at check out was rude and threw my credit card back at me. One of the workers had his mask off while inside of my car...during a pandemic. So much dirt was left inside of my car. Waste of money and will not be returning. To whoever’s reading this, please save your time and money.

For what you pay$12.00 + tip is the lesser of the three choices, they dont do the best job. Unfortunately, its the only interior-exterior car wash on east side. Crazy busy. Expect to wait in line.

Its hard to find interior clean service under $20. You either pay $100+ for detailing or get only exterior wash. This place is great compromise - they do good job vacuuming and cleaning windows and panel. I asked to vacuum cargo area and they did even though it was not listed in package - I added tips for that. Stuff is very friendly and polite. I recommend this place for quick inexpensive interior and exterior wash.

I just went to the car wash very first time come in here people were very rude and I lock my car with my alarm and my car door was open when I came back to my door I feel like they violated my rights I’m not going to my vehicle without permission I made a full report of this thank you

Always worth the time, money and trip. These folks know what theyre doing when it comes to cleaning up your ride. Even if you choose the least expensive wash (for the most part just running through the automatic system), your car will look great. I always go with the full service, and Ive never been disappointed. Give em a try. Youll be glad you did!

Didnt vacuum all the straw out my truck

I cannot tell that they vacuumed or cleaned any of the interior, and with it being winter, there was a lot of salt and dirt that had gotten dragged inside; a couple straw wrappers, crumbs, and a lot of dust were still obviously in the front seat. Also, only the top half of the exterior was wiped down, all the salt and grime at the bottom was still very noticeable (which was the only reason I decided to get a car wash in the first place) As soon as I was told my car was ready, I was quickly shooed away.

Just pull up pay and let Jimbos Carwash take care of the rest. Wonderful service.

I like Jimbos. Its very old school. Its not fancy and its not perfect, but its a reasonable price and the guys who work there do a reasonable job. For $12-$18, I think its a fair deal. Have fun watching the car wash through the windows as you walk up to the counter to pay!

One of the worst car wash places I ever went to. I paid for the best car wash and I got nothing close to what was mentioned. My back seats and the third row was not vacuumed. They did not even try. I purposely left some chips crumbs on the floor in the 2nd row and it was still there just like I left it. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I purchased Jimbos Best, and I think I could have gotten a better clean, had I done it myself. I was harassed by two workers. One asked me for my number multiple times, despite me ignoring him, once infront of the cashier and she didnt do anything about it. We called to express a concern and they told is that it was not witnessed so theres nothing to be done. Nothing to be done that you have 2 workers who made a women and probably more women, uncomfortable? You should be ashamed. Not only this but my car interior is still dirty! I will not ever recommend this place to anyone, in fact I encourage people to go somewhere else! Save your money, and time.

Would have liked a more complete car wash. My exterior was still dirty with a brown spotted substance. I didnt have anything brown on my white car before I went there.

Quick and thorough. I get the Gold Wash which includes washing under the car to get the road salt off, and I get the packets of six for the price of five. I try to go once a month or so, and I always get compliments for how clean my car is whenever I give somebody a ride.

You get what you paid for. I got the standard wash which includes outer wash vacuum interior and wipe down dash and windows. I had a lot of pet hair on my seats i told them about and after they cleaned it i still had a lot of pet hair on my seats. On the outer portion of the car there were still spots here and there even after they wiped down the whole car, besides that the blue rags they used left a bunch of lint all over the car. The people there were unresponsive to my request and rushed the while job. Would not recommend going here, better off paying a little more money elsewhere to get a better wash.

Re-use water! My New motor look like somebody use the restroom! #2 I was verry up set after seeing all that Brown Dirty Brown Water! No underbody flush! Not THERE.....Never!

They take care of your Car

They always do a good job on the outside but the inside of the windshield had a streaky film that really showed when the sun hits it. This has happened numerous times.

When you need more than just a basic exterior wash, this is a good place to go.

I think they do a fine job. A bit pricey, but its fine. Probably more like 3.5 stars as the workers dont take huge pride in what they do, and Ill occasionally have to ask them to do something that wasnt done, but its not bad.

They did not vacume the rear of my car. (The reason I went to a car wash after a camping trip.) Outside of car wash is good, but now we are sweeping the car out.

Worst car wash ever. Waited 30 minutes even though there was no line. The machine did shut of 2 times in between. I paid for waxing though there was no wax treatment at all. All i watched is just they drove back my car. Would never recommend anyone to go there.

Next level clean car care! They vacuum and clean the interior of your windows and wipe down your interior. The price is very reasonable. I usually pay for the $14 package.

Service has really gone downhill. Used to be 4 stars. Dont bother paying for extras, cause they dont do it. We really need a better carwash option near the Eastside.Its quick so not especially thorough. They will clean the inside for the same price others will only clean the outside. Extra $3 just to vacuum the trunk. 😒

I took my Honda Fit to Jimbos Car Wash yesterday, and for the first time since I have taken my car there, one of the washers got into the car and drove all the way through the washing line. Half way, he ran against the left-hand railing and the hub cap came off. This happened last time I was there also, when nobody was driving the car. When the car came off the washing line I asked him to retrieve the cap and put it back. He couldnt as something or other was bent. I decided to leave at that, as these guys earn little money and I didnt want to give him a hard time. However, the car was also smelling of cigarette smoke, heavily. I decided to call the cashier, to let her know that these guys need to be more careful. She simply took no responsibility whatsoever -- typical case of blame the victim. I thought someone would want to know when things go wrong -- but not her. When I asked why the washer had been inside the car during the whole washing process, she said it was because some cars are hybrids (mine is not). Very unprofessional.I will never go back to Jimbos. Will drive a bit further to Octopus, in Glendale.
