Ive been waiting for 55 minutes and still havent seen anyone. I refinance my car and wanted a refund for my gap insurance. Really sad! Ill never buy another car from Russ darrow. They are crooks! They tried to get me to take a 6% loan when I qualify for a 2.9% from chase bank. Only when I went to secure a loan outside the dealership did they give me the 2.9%.So Im assuming they making me wait here in the lobby for wanting a refund. Shame on Russ darrow!

Never ever have I been so humiliated. I came here because I got my lights done here once before, came back for the same reason and was denied service and also the Director Dean tried to sell me a car, after filling out all of the info and to sit and wait and wait and wait, I decided to go home to never get a callback from them again. Ive had my car there 3x within 3 weeks...got car home last night after they had it for literally weeks...its still doing the same thing...They havent charged since the first fix but Ive been in a loaner for weeks...not sure Ill take it back to them a 4th time. Ill search for another Mazda dealer in the morning...sales have messaged me twice while car in..really?

Most disorganized dealer I have encountered in my experience of buying cars over 50years. Never know who will return your call, and that person will need to take you all the way back through the whole earlier conversations. You will feel angry after a while. I think they also lied about not having the used car I wanted to test drive... Then they pushed another car

The staff took the time to discuss not only what was to be done during the service visit but also recommendations for the near future.

Terrible car buying experience. The waiting to make a deal was ridiculous. The salesperson then chastised me when going to pick up my car for the survey scores I wrote about my experience. After speaking with a GM, it clearly is standard practice there. Will never return. Wish I could have just left the car there when I went to get it.

Dont trust anything they put online. They lie about their prices and will tell you the online price is only if you trade in a vehicle. All of the cars I tested there were in disrepair and most likely not even legal to sell.
