I needed a car. I didnt really think it would be as easy as they said. Sure enough about 2 minutes on the phone with Rich and then they called me to tell me what to bring in. Everyone was so nice and easy going but serious about keeping their word. I honestly trusted in the advice given. After I drove a few cars I was guided toward a reliable vehicle with reasonable ease. I was able to drive it home in less than 3 hours max. Definitely call them and know they keep their promise. They help you even with not great credit.

Honestly, buying a car here was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. The details of your contract are very unclear, and nobody that I know that has bought from this location of JD Byrider truly knows what is going on with how much they owe on their individual contract. The employees ask you to leave a good rating before you even close on your vehicle, super unprofessional. The service team is usually backed up for a month, and you will still be making full payments on your vehicle even if it is not in driving condition. One of the employees here scraped a large portion of tint off of one of my windows the day I bought it and the managers weren’t willing to fix it until I called corporate. Not only that, but my gas gauge was swaying back and forth, even while my vehicle was parked, also noticed the day after I bought it. Working with this company has been a nightmare. Save yourself the time, money, and mental sanity, go somewhere else to search for a used vehicle.

Frederick was awesome and very helpful with one of my friends in getting a car today. He went above and beyond to make sure they were happy and completely satisfied with his service on today. He was more then a 5 star rating, he was an 10.

It’s nice that they finance to anyone but once your done paying off the car good luck getting your title or even getting anyone to acknowledge that you didn’t get it. They told me to wait for the DMV to mail me my title and I waited 3 months and still no title so I called the DMV and they said they never got the lien release from JD by rider. So I called them and requested the Lien release and they said it can take 24 hours for them to get back to me but they had 2 account managers memoed on my account. Just waited another week and have not heard one thing from them so I called back again and they said they sent it out and didn’t know they were supposed to call me now they’re saying it’s the DMVs fault but they’re the ones who never sent out the Lien release. So my car is paid off in full but I can’t get a hold of a clean title for my records.
