Any questions I had, he was able to answer and did a great job walking me through the whole buying process. The finance staff was also great as well. Not only is their body shop work great, but their service is even better. I unfortunately was in an accident and they got my car in the following week to begin working on. I was given one of their loaner vehicles to use (which is another great perk) and unfortunately locked the car with the key still in the vehicle. Chad was great help through it all and Jordan, who came to where I was to unlock the vehicle, spent almost an hour doing all he could to unlock it (which he did in case you were wondering). I recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I took my car here for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was fast and at a good price, and the staff was friendly. However, during the inspection, they found a nail in my tire. Now this could have just been a coincidence, but they had construction going on in and around the shop. I hadnt driven my car for almost 5 days prior to bringing it to the shop and there was no signs of a low tire. When they showed me the nail, it was leaking pretty bad. I brought this up to the sales rep and a manger. Both had excuses how it couldnt have happened in their shop. I tried to work a deal that I would have two tires replaced by them if they gave me 50% on the tire with the nail. They refused. Like I said it could have been a coincidence, but Ill let you make that call. If this hadnt happened, they would have gotten a higher score. One last thing, I pulled the nail, and it was actually a self tapping machine screw, commonly used for sheet metal work.

Excellent service. Was treated very well by Jordan. As well as everyone else. I didnt typically have the credit I thought that would get me financed. But they worked with me and I was able to purchase a vehicle that I liked. And a down payment I could afford. Really I couldnt say anything but nice things about Heiser quick Motors. Over all 5/5!!!! Just got back from here - I went in (12:05pm) with a nail in a tire and to ask for an estimate on my suspension. I was told that they dont plug tires (theyre legally liable if it fails) and that the cost would be $32. They said it would be $50 JUST FOR AN ESTIMATE. I explained to them that if they didnt give me a free estimate, they wouldnt be in consideration for my business. They asked me if I work for free.Right...whatever, I need my tire fixed, so I said forget the estimate. No big deal, they took the car in right away. I ask if they would be able to get me out the door by 1pm (I have work at 1) and they said no problem.At 1:15pm, after watching them amble around with absolute disregard to my time, I go to the cashier and the bill is for over $40! $29 labor, $6 parts, $2.50 waste disposal fee.Right. It took them over an hour to fix a flat tire, and apparently they are 25% off on an estimate for the most basic thing any service shop does.absolute crooks, absolutely incompetent, absolutely no regard for you, your time, your money.

Hands down the best car buying experience Ive ever had. I stopped in yesterday and the staff at Heiser went above and beyond what I expected. Not only were they friendly and professional but they really worked hard to make sure that I got the car that I wanted at the best possible interest rate.

Customer service is horrible. I bought a 2011 Chrysler town and country and there was a problem with one of the stow and go seats, the headrest wouldnt fold down so it would fit in the floor. They didnt want to fix it before I bought it, in fact salesman told me it probably just needed a little W-2. They wouldnt come down a penny on it because I was paying cash and the salesman said to me that they dont make any money when I pay cash, their profit comes from the financing. I wasnt happy but I loved the vehicle. Took it to the dealer to have the seat fixed and it was a motor/electrical issue. So, $800 later that was fixed. The dealer also discovered that I had a headlight out, but when the bulb was changed, it still didnt work. So it was another electrical issue. But Ive been driving with brights cause I have to take it to a repair shop that does electrical repairs. Then the control panel went out, another $1000 repair. And in November the transmission went on it so $4,000 to repair and I took it to Heiser to have the work done. Very disappointed with not even having this vehicle a year yet.

Beats service that Ive received from WILDE & SCHLOSSMANNS any day -- & we were looking to buy a car for about 6-8 months at these Wilde dealers near our place. Happy I went to Northpoint!

Going through a bankruptcy is tough and definitely a blow to anyone’s pride and I knew getting a car loan would be tough. However, when I saw that Heiser offers a 100% guarantee on credit approval, I was optimistic.I filled out the application on a Saturday/Sunday and saw hits on my credit the following Monday/Tuesday. A week goes by and no phone calls or emails. It’s now been almost 3 weeks and I have yet to receive any contact from Heiser.I get it that my credit isn’t that great and I’m sure a salesperson wouldn’t make a ton off of me, but to ignore me completely is just rude. Plus, if they can’t get me financing, then they have false advertising because if they couldn’t get me approved, then it isn’t 100% guaranteed approval as their website states and it’s a scam instead.Ironically enough, shortly after the application I started getting bombarded with scam and phishing texts and phone calls. My guess is that they sold my information to the highest bidder too. Don’t trust these people!!!

Its close to my work so I usually get my oil changed here, just be aware if they say 30-45 minutes for an oil change it actually means 1-15 hours. It has happened to me twice.They will tell you if your CEL is on but wont tell you what code its throwing which either means 1. They dont know what code its throwing, or 2. They know what code its throwing and are choosing not to tell you. :(They rotated my tires and actually torqued them to spec. However didnt offer to retorque them in a day or two like some shops do.They get the job done, but are a little slow and dont go above and beyond. I will keep going here since its semi convenient

I just bought a Honda Civic from Heiser Ford Lincoln. The salesman that sold it to me said he wanted to take it to this place, Heiser Quick Motors. We sat around for 3 hours waiting, when all that we were there for was a cleaning job inside and out, and to buff a few scratches. When I got home, I noticed what they did to my car. They broke off and scrapped the rubber around ALL the windows. The inside dash was still dirty, it looked like it hadnt been touched. I will NOT bring my car back there. And I do NOT recommend anyone going.
