Cant thank Abdullah enough got an android radio put in that another shop said it wouldnt be able to fit my truck so I was expecting for him to say the same then I was just going to send the radio back but he looked at it and said we can do it and I was still skeptical expecting for them to call me and say we need another part so it will be more money like most shops do, but not only was that not the case it was actually less than what I was quoted and agreed upon! You just dont find that kind of business now a days. The install was perfect and they left no stray snips of wire or nothing. I honestly wouldve never known anyone was in the truck if I didnt get an install done. Just look around the shop and compare how their shop looks compared to others and youll see the difference.

I went in for a remote starter installation. The Manager Dullah was super responsive and friendly. The technicians were awesome! Apparently they ran into a slight problem with the installation but they made sure I was aware that it would take a little longer but the end result was phenomenal! The best services I’ve received in a LONG TIME!

Had a complete stereo and speakers installed on my road glide at about 2500.00 bucks. About a couple years later started having distortion problems with some speakers that they installed, took bike up there to see what the issues could be, was told the speakers were blown so they replaced them. Picked the bike up after paying 250.00 before I got to the highway new speakers were doing the same thing dropped the bike back off again a couple days later. After having new speakers put on bike @ 250.00 once again was told everything was all fixed. Picked bike up again bout two days later speaker’s started sounding distorted again. Said they could look at it again but would be charged for it . I decided to take my business some place else and have the issue looked at and they were able to solve the problem. Turns out wasn’t even a speaker issue it was a wiring issue causing the distortion problem from the way the bike was wired originally and started wearing out. Had a classic truck all ready for them to do all the work on but needless to say they didn’t get the job.

Professional, knowledgeable staff, installed a Jl audio amp, tweeters, subwoofer and wired it well and it sounds great!

I arrived there with a truck I purchased used that has an aftermarket radio. The backup camera OEM to the vehicle was not coming up on the radio screen as it should. Elite found how the radio was improperly wired and provided a quick and practical resolution to the issue. Ill be back there for all my electronic needs.

I wanted to wait before posting a review to see how well the device they installed worked. It has been over 3 months since I had a remote start installed on my vehicle. And everything is working very well.I had a lot of fun chatting with the owner. He is really laid back. A little too laid back even... but I like it.

Project:1995 BMW M3 Radio and SpeakersResult:The Guys at Elite Electronics are amazing to say the least. I have always been reserved in doing any radio or electronic work on my German cars so when I took my 1995 BMW M3 to them, I was very very skeptical if they would understand what I really wanted to accomplish and if they would be able to do what I needed from them. I spoke with Omar and advised him that whatever was needed to be done, I needed the car to stay as original as possible so for an average person looking at the car they wouldnt be able to tell if anything has been modified. The reason being, this is a rare car with low miles and I want to keep it as original as possible besides the wear and tear that it has incurred with only 70K miles. Omar assured me that whatever work Elite Electronics would perform, it will retain the originality of the car and retaining they did. The guys did such a phenomenal job, they did all the research needed in installing the speakers that matched the exact specs of the car but of course much higher quality and the Alpine Radio they installed in the dash even matched the Amber color BMW is know for. The retained all the original parts and made sure that if I ever sell the car, the restoration of original parts back into the car will be as easy as plug and play without an hindrance to the originality and value of the car.I cannot be more satisfied with the work performed on my car and the quality of the sound on this car is 100 times better then what it was before. I honestly recommend anyone in Wisconsin or even the surrounding states to really look at these guys to have their next projects done by. They really take pride in their work and stand by it 100%. We had an appointment for 9:30am Friday. Got here at 9:25am and there was no one here, doors locked. It was suppose to be open at 9am today. Waited 15 minutes, called several times with no luck. Do not recommend this place!

Highly recommend Elite!! Ive had a remote start installed, new door speakers and recently an amplifier and subwoofer (which I knew very little about). The staff took the time, at least 45 minutes, to explain and go over the various options. They even snuck me in that day to have it installed! Prices are reasonable and everyone there is super friendly. 10/10 recommend!!

Things started off on a good note. I came in and waited my turn and then the guy behind the counter started to answer my questions. At least until someone he knew came in.As soon as that other gentleman came in, the man who is answering my questions excused himself and said that he would be back in 15 minutes to finish answering my questions.So I waited and then waited some more for him to return, and after 45 minutes of waiting I finally left to go to my car.On the way out to the car I noticed the man and two other people were outside just shooting the breeze.The experience was rather rude in my opinion and he just lost a sizeable sale for his shop. I was ready to purchase on the spot.

I had a remote start system installed for the winter, and its working great! I thought I found an issue a few days later, but they were able to walk me through solving it over the phone, while sitting in my driveway! Service doesnt get much better than that!

My brother took his Charger and decided to give them a try since the work was so clean.I took in my 2015 Chevy Equinox to get my lights and a system put in. Took them 2 days. Hid the amps where i didnt even know where they were at and my lights looked amazing. Super friendly people. The work was super clean, got to see the wires and they were soldered. There is a few places on south 27th street you can get audio work done, but there is only one you should use, Elite. I had a problem with my factory amp, took it to the other one and they butchered my wires, put a cheap amp in to fix the problem, and when I got it back there was no volume control! WHAT? So, I heard from a few folks to go to Elite, they do it right the first time. Took it there and they were patient with me, explained the problem, then promptly fixed it. I would recommend them as the ONE Stereo shop on 27th street!!!

Ill make this very simple. I have very nice vehicles and am blessed to have the financial stability to have nice things. I love the coolest toys and newest technology. My vehicles are not the easiest to work on and have been told they are a nightmare to figure out. BMW, Mercedes and Tesla. Elite has the best products and knowledge in the car audio business.I have traveled out of state to get custom work done on my vehicles. Thankfully, theres a shop in the Milwaukee area that can handle these types of cars. I am the most extreme and OCD person when it comes to my vehicles. I demand and expect the very best and then some. Elite has my full trust and is the only shop that will work on my vehicles. They are over the top with details and I dont ever have to worry if this are going to get _____up. Dullah and his team at Elite truly embody the definition of great customer service. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable in his field, he is also equally attentive to his customers needs as well. I recently had my wife’s car in for a remote start install, and Dullah took the time necessary to explain all of my options in great detail; therefore, allowing me to comfortably choose the best application for our needs. Furthermore, it turned out that my wife was experiencing range issues, and Dullah immediately took the car back in to install a mobile drone device to remedy this issue as well. On top of that, Dullah even followed up with us after the install to ask how my wife was enjoying her new remote start system. Again, great customer service!! I have a 2012 Toyota Camry w/Nav, which can be a difficult upgrade for some. I had started with another shop and purchased my own speakers. Today, I have all new speakers and did not return to the first shop. I came across Elite, they were able to finish the job the first place started in no time, and for a lot less than the first place who did not complete it. Other than my 6X9s, my speaker choices were not the best. When I went to Elite to have a problem with the door speakers diagnosed, they were able to adjust the partially blown speakers until I could find time to make an appointment and have them replaced. These guys are so good, they made partially blown speakers sound great. In fact, I almost thought about keeping the partially blown speakers, but did not. Today thanks to Elite, I have the perfect system (for my tastes) and everything is warrantied. Elite will never upsell you. If you do your own research and bring your own equipment in, they will install. They will address concerns of your research if you ask. again no upsell. However, they sell only quality equipment from all price ranges, so I would say do the research and buy from them. And their knowledge surpasses any other audio shop in Milwaukee, hands down, with no arrogance or up sale pressure. And as stated above can even make bad speakers sound good. In the end I wish I would have known of and started with Elite Electronics before buying any equipment or taking my car to any other shop. I would have saved a lot of money and time. And even though they are the best, they are very customer friendly and do not talk down to us novices. Thanks Elite. You will have my business for all future car needs!!

Elite had installed my Kenwood in dash unit about 2 years ago so I took the unit firmware update on a thumb drive and the Garmin nav maps on an SD card as required by the two respective websites. Garmin asks that the Kenwood be updated first but the Kenwood site says that, if the update is mishandled, the unit becomes permanently useless. The folks at Elite were great! They had prior experience with the apparently quirky update software and advised to just stick with the current Kenwood version if the unit was behaving. The nav. update went well and Elite said my Dual Cast unit, which permits phone mirroring to the unit, needed updating too. So, Ill go back for that, In all we probably spent more than an hour with the unit and they refused to charge me. Nice people, good service, clean rest room, the works. ******

This is my fourth car i had taken to Elite Electronics for remote starter. It started with a friendly phone call to set an appointment. From the time i arrived at the shop to the time i drove away, i enjoyed an excellence of customer service. The owners are very curtious and were very patient toward my needs.I had two Lexus ES 350, one Toyota Avalon, and a Mercedes C300 taken to this shop for remote starter installed. I dropped off my sub woofer 3 weeks ago to be fixed and I have never been contacted since. I was told I would be called the day I dropped it off to find out how long it would take to get my sub woofer back and they never called me. So its been 3 weeks now and I called to find out where my sub woofer is at and they dont even know........
