Ive recently retired from managing a medical practice in Vineland and have used Max Communication for our office for greater than 10 years. Their professionalism and personalized service cant be beat. They are knowledgeable about what works best for the business and i cant say enough about their customer service. In todays busy world, it is usually customer service that suffers. This isnt the case with Max Communications. I felt it necessary to post this because they deserve it!

Max Communications needs to be your go to company for your business telephone system. When I was making a determination as to which company to go with, Ed came to our office and demonstrated the suggested phone system and spent well over one hour thereafter walking around my office to figure out what needed to be done for the installation. The transition to our new VoIP system was seamless. And the cost was extremely reasonable. I could not be happier with the entire process. I recommend them without hesitation.

Our Y recently experienced an issue with our phone system. Max came out, spending the day in our facility, to replace our entire phone system. They also handled all troubleshooting with Comcast, leaving minimal to do on our part. Max is fantastic and always extremely helpful every time we call - we highly recommend!

MAX Communications has ALWAYS been helpful when I have called with issues or questions. I had a new headset delivered and it continued to accidentally pick up calls when I wasnt ready to do so. I called over and Ciera had Adam and Greg come over and take a look. They fixed the problem and Adam even helped me download a particular app on my computer that helped me personalize the settings for my new headset. They go the extra mile to make their customers happy. :)
