Dr. Troy Richardson is amazing. You feel how passionate he is about his work and caring for his patients. He is super informative and very personable. Having said that, the clinic in every other sense is horrible. I dont know where the issue starts, but trying to get the offic staff to give you answers is like pulling teeth. If you are expecting a referral for anything, you might as well do all the leg work yourself and physically take the referral yourself to whatever place it is and follow up yourself. It took almost 2 months for an MRI referral to get done right, now after the MRI results, I need a referral to consult with a surgeon for my shoulder... almost a month later and STILL havent heard from the surgeon or office the referral was sent to. My shoulder is in pain, Im restricted from certain areas of work and waiting for this to be done and figure out solution/surgery is possibly causing further damage to my shoulder. This clinic is SO frustrating.

The doctor are great. I hate that when making a appointment I have to wait for a long time to answer if they answer they ask you question when they put you on hold it hangs up and then all my time is wasted. Also when you do tests they have to call to tell me my diagnosis but no I have to wait weeks because it hard to get a hold of them. Im actually planning to change clinic. Even with my insurance I end up paying over 100 dollars for what they not on top of their clients. You guys get pay by the clients no clients no pay. This clinic should just get close. When I go there all the staff member just hanging around doing nothing laughing and talking. The clinic most of the time is empty but its hard for them to answer the phone 🙄🙄🙄

Was on hold for more than 20 minutes, twice. And as soon as the calls get answered, they hung up on me, twice. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. As someone who is in dire need of care, this is unacceptable.

This clinic is not good in anyway. They dont care what the patient has to say ,they do little as much as they could get away with not to help out the patient. They make you wait for uour test results up to a week and they are constantly out of products (.urine cups) and then to have you go back in two days to do a sample. Like if your not feeling good to start with .Doctor Lu isnt concern for patient she is more about how much time she has is with you its like a number count more than being there for patient...

Spoke with Susan this morning at 72nd street clinic. I had a couple of questions regarding my fathers appointments ( I am on the hippa consent form) she was completely rude right off the bat. I asked about some appointments he had been referred out to by the medical provider he sees there her response was ”why would we schedule that” I let her know that the medical assistants scheduled and coordinated with his primary care and gave him some vouchers. I then let her know that they scheduled him for 3 different referrals and cancelled one, however they never told us what one was cancelled. She then replied “why would we cancel it” I explained to her again that the care provider didn’t think it was necessary anymore and had the MA cancel it. She then started whispering to the point I couldn’t hear her and had to place her on speaker. Still couldn’t hear her and honestly thought she was either speaking to someone else or talking to herself. She then speaks very loudly into the phone and says “hellloooo did you hear me” I said “no I did not understand what you said, I thought you where speaking to yourself since you’re whispering” she got upset and went off to tell me how she doesn’t talk to herself , I got to the point of not being able to speak to her anymore because of how rude she is. I said “thank you, I didn’t catch your name at the beginning of the call” she said “uy it’s Susan” and hung up . I waited on hold for 45 minutes, only for someone to be rude, unwilling to help, and unprofessional. We pay to come here because my dad likes his healthcare provider, she is doing us no favor, she is getting paid to do a job. At the end I didn’t get the answers we needed and was left with a bad experience.

They are honestly the worst health center i have ever been to they dont care about their patients. I was always on hold for a hour and then they say they will call me back and they never do what they say. And i told them i might be having a might be having a miscarriage they make me wait for weeks until my next appointment and they never follow up close with me

They honestly never answer the phone when you need to reschedule and will charge the no show fee though

Absolutely love this place! Theyve been a godsend and have helped alleviate so much stress for me after being denied by Medicaid. Dr. Liu has been wonderful to work with, shes patient and so very smart! I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of inexpensive urgent care. Theyve been taking care of me and my unborn baby for about a month now and theyre great with answering all my questions and helping me find the treatments that work best for me. Also as an added bonus most of their staff speaks fluent Spanish which I think is awesome!! I like them better than the doctor I was seeing before my insurance lapsed. Very grateful!

I liked them at first, but the further I got into my pregnancy, the more dissatisfied I got. The wait time was always forever, and the doctor always rushed in and back out again once I did finally get in to see him. Every time he would spout off the same speech from a textbook about how I should be feeling and made little effort to answer questions about how I really was feeling. I spent more time with his assistant than I ever did with him. Once I got a different assistant and realized that the previous assistant had been using the heart monitor wrong so for most of the pregnancy, they didnt get an accurate reading on the babys heart. It was my first pregnancy so I didnt know that she wasnt doing it right. Thank goodness there werent any problems with the heart, but I still felt cheated out of the experience of listening to her heart. When I had my daughter and brought her in for her well baby visit, they again rushed me in and out and spouted off the textbook speech of how she should be doing. I voiced concerns that something didnt seem right and that she might have some food allergies. The doctor brushed if off like it was normal for a baby that age to have that reaction to food. I got a second opinion and she was diagnosed with multiple food allergies and moderately severe eczema. She was also diagnosed with allergies to multiple ingredients in vaccines, but that didnt stop the doctors at the 72nd clinic from pushing the issue. They had absolutely no respect for my decision not to vaccinate due to her allergies and treated me like I was beneath them and that they knew what was best for my daughter. Needless to say we are looking for a new pediatrician and allergy specialist for her and a new GP for me.

Ive seen Dr. Hyer for almost a decade now. Caring and insightful. Sometimes the clinic is busy, but somehow he always addresses the things on my list.Most important, he sees me as a person -- a real human being, not just another appointment.

Dr. Christian hyer is one of the best Doctors Ive ever seen. Ive gone in for multiple issues and always got the treatment and care necessary. I recommend this clinic to my family and friends all the time. The doctor personally called me back to ask how my shoulder was doing two weeks after being seen.

My experience was great, I have never had a problem with a receptionist, but everyone treated me well, the guy who goes to the reception is super kind and cheerful, does a great job, but I dont remember his name, I love that he has an employee who speaks Portuguese and always helps me in translation when I need it because I am from Brazil and I am studying English here, the doctors I was consulted with were very professional and kind and helped me with my problem. I have only positive comment about this clinic because it has helped me to take care of my health with an affordable value.

I really liked the clinic when I first walked in and signed up. I was there for prenatal care and was excited for my first visit. I felt rushed the whole time and barely had any time with the doctor. He actually got up and started to leave without even saying that the appointment was over or when I would need to come back and I had to call out to him (he was in the hall at this point) to ask about a medication I had been taking that ran out that day. I have a chronic blood condition and he said that he wanted to wait until my blood work came back, so less than a week. I called back after a week (no calls from them) and they said that he had left no notes. It took me two and a half weeks to get my prescription. I transferred to a midwife and had my records transferred over. The clinic didnt even get a blood test done for my condition (which I specifically noted on multiple documents and reminded the doctor of). This is also a condition that needs to be monitored during pregnancy as it will change (Thyroid) and controls your metabolism and your bodys energy. I am so happy I changed and will never look back. Do not go to this clinic. SLVHD is a better clinic and actually attends to your medical records. I had my first son with them. Much better experience, but a midwife is, by far, the best!

Horrible service, my grandmas appointment been canceled by them without any reason, my grandma is 93 years old, we came in the door and found out this problem without notification , they wonot apologize, and put us wait for one hour then send us leave.The worst service ever

The girls in front are rude, and don’t care about anyone except the info on their phones. I have come to my appointments and always leave with a bad review for them. I only stay because I love Dr. Dailey and his nurse. Maria is one of the girls that is really disrespectful towards everyone. I handle all of my mothers appointments and every time I call she gives me the same stupid attitude and tells me I can’t get info even after my mother has signed a consent for them to talk directly to me. Who ever is in charge of this clinic needs to teach and train their staff to be nicer to every patient that comes in.

Dr. Martha Mandujano rushed through my appointment and didnt seem to care about my concerns. It seemed like she wanted to get me out of the clinic as soon as possible. I had gone in with many things that I wanted to address but she was cold and I felt uncomfortable talking with her. I definitely wouldnt recommend making an appointment with her.

I was not pleased at all. I was rushed with my appointment didnt even get to explain everything I felt I needed to so that the Dr could have gave me a proper diagnosis. I felt like I was at a on hands on training Drs office, almost like the Dr didnt know what she was doing, but she kept leaving & would come back & give me a answers she said that she got from either another Dr or online. Even though i thought it was strange, I guess I am glad she asked others for help if she wasnt sure of things. They were pretty nice but I think they went a bit overboard, Almost like how Mrs.Olson on Little House On The Prairie was overly friendly to my face but a little judge mental.

Community Health Center (CHC) is a clinic for low-income individuals and families. They have been so amazing. The staff are all very friendly and what impressed me the most was how personable they are. You can tell that they really care. The clinic is located east of the train tracks on 7200 S next door to an Asian restaurant. It can be easy to miss it if you arent looking for it.We first went here because my wife was pregnant and didnt have any insurance and also wasnt a US citizen, so she didnt qualify for any of the programs available. CHC were very helpful and provided us with all the prenatal appointments we needed for very low cost and also helped us apply for emergency medicaid.We have been coming back for routine check-ups and they have all been so helpful. I recommend this place to anyone who is in a similar situations as us.

Terrible time with this company. They dont even try to bill my insurance, when I ask why, they deflect to the insurance who then does the same back to them. Then when Im tired of the back and forth and their bills coming in, I try to pay. But no, they require an account to be made online BY THEM. Which isnt told to me either, so I cant register to pay their ridiculous fee for a checkup. Not even the instacare charges 250 for a checkup.

Worst clinic ever I took my daughter in on friday for her 12 month well child check. My appointment was at 3:45 I got there at 3:30 and I “check in” at least I thought I did I then was told to sit down and I kept seeing people go inside that had later appointments then me so I went to go ask turns out that the guy at the front desk never checked me in he then started asking me my daughters personal questions infront of everyone (obviously violating HIPPA restrictions) to help the nurse out since he made her late I then had to sit until 4:45 to get called in to a room 1 hour after my scheduled appointment.They sent me into a room and i waited like 20 more minutes for someone to actually come in. Then the nurse came in and she just said we are doing 6 shots today not even apologizing for the wait or anything. Before letting me say anything she said undress her I’ll be back and slammed the door shut. I then waited another 30 minutes for her to come back with the shots it was now like 5:45 she came in left the shots and left them another nurse came in and said i have to take blood from her finger for iron and I said ok let’s do it and then opened the bandaid and she grabbed my 12 month olds hand and started freaking squishing it really hard show no sympathy for my daughter that was already freaked out at this point she then poked her finger didn’t even clean it and started squishing her finger really hard that it was hot cherry red and she started taking out blood and she kept pushing and pushing it. I then asked her if we could wait a little because my daughter was scream bloody murder at this time and she said no not unless you want me to poke her again. She stayed taking blood for about 15 minutes with my daughter screaming at the top of her lungs keep in mine that my daughter didn’t cry when she priked her with the needle she cried until she started pressing on her tiny finger. 15 Minutes later she finished and she then said ok let do the shots I asked her if I could get a few minutes to calm her down and she said no we have other patients to attend she then laided her on the bed and started giving her all six shot when she cleaned her leg she pushed really firmly that my daughter skin was already red. She gave her the shots and she would take it out and put it in again because my daughter would move she then put the bandaids on and left the room I then waited for Dr. Martha Mandujano to come in she came in and rushed through the rest of the appointment because she had another appointment she checked my daughter in like 5 minutes not letting me ask question or anything I then got up and left that damn clinic never Going there again please don’t take anyone there especially babies as they don’tKnow how to treat them. I work for a clinic and we would never I mean never show less importance to a patient because we have other patients. My point is to stay far away from this clinic as possible.

This place didnt help me at all. I needed Doctor Martha to help me and hear me out about my dog being my emotional support animal. I wrote an email to them and they called me saying she couldnt write it because I didnt go to the clinic to specifically be treated for PTSD. I also told them im aware I didnt go there for it I went to get help from a therapist and I can get him to write a note so she can see I do suffer from a mental illness. I went to see where he was working and hes no longer here in the state. But I could try to find him so he can write down my mental illnesses. Today, Oct 26; I was told that she couldnt write me the note and if I do get the files that she will go over it and consider writing it. Okay! so my anxiety, mood swings, fears, PTSD are now under consideration! What kind of doctor says that? Shes a doctor! Doctors are there to help you out! and listen to you! and sit down with you and hear you out! And not deny you just because you didnt go to her clinic to be treated for the mental issues that come from leaving an abusive relationship. I even went to the clinic and asked where else I can go to get help since I cant get it from here! This issue all happened because I cant keep my dog where I live because hes too big. I just needed the Doctor to help me and listen to me. But I cant get it here. So please if you actually want someone to help you dont waste your time at this place. Find yourself a place where people and doctors will help you. And not put your mental and health under consideration.P.s I only added the star cause if I didnt it wouldnt let me post.
