I sadly had to use the service to serve papers. They were prompt in delivering my paperwork the same day I paid. I also asked to to attach a note I wanted to be delivered with the paperwork. They allowed me to email it to them and they delivered it with the paperwork.I hope I dont have to serve papers again, but if I do need to I will use Constable Reitz again.

I reached out to Constable Reitz after hours for help with an urgent service matter. I had previously sent the job to another service and 5 days later they still had not been able to serve the papers with a hearing happening the next day. Papers served quickly and efficiently. The good folks there not only served papers, they identified the proper registered agent and saved me about $20 over serving a physical business address.I dont need papers served all that often, but Ill probably use these guys again should the need arise. Cant speak to their skip tracing or investigative services, but their process service is worth 5 stars.

Bob and his family are the real deal. One of the last true Constables. They get the job done right and thoroughly file all the paperwork so no liability comes back on you. They offer skip trace services too.

The employees at Bob Reitz Constable, Inc. are extremely helpful and professional. They listened to my concerns and were able to answer all of my questions. They made the process simple and easy (I was able to email the paperwork instead of physically dropping it off). Once the paperwork was sent over, they immediately started working on my case. Within days, the defendant was served (even though he was being difficult leading up to it). A few days after that, I received a copy of the return of service that they filed with the court. I hope I never need to use a constable again, but if I do, Ill definitely use Bob Reitz Constable, Inc.

It appears they just give the papers to anyone at any address. I was not the person named in the papers, instead a previous occupant of the home and had told them this many times and even showed my ID. The harassment continued, banging on the windows late Sunday nights scaring the kids. Their employees refused to identify themselves, wearing hoodies and such. Even after filing a police report with UPD, they still continued to harass and finally just left the papers with me to deal with, what a joke. I just ended up mailing the papers to the court with a note letting them know the person listed probably doesnt know about these papers since they were forcefully given to me. Legislation is needed to put a leash on these wanna be cops.
