This place is what dreams are made of. Everything is in great shape and clean. Sooo much for everyone to do. Loved the toddler area for my little one and the skate park looked amazing. As an adult I wanted to try some of the things out with my kids! Way better than your typical run of the mill trampoline park. Impressed with the employees too. They were engaging, nice, and helpful to all the little kids. Not like the typical teenage workers you sometimes encounter.

The kids always love coming with all there is to do. Even after hours of playing they are sad to leave. On top of that You have such amazing staff members. Every time we’ve come we’ve had a great experience. Everyone has been so kind, extra helpful and encouraging to the younger kids. So impressive! Thank you.

We rented KTR Midvale for an all day private event. I cannot say enough good things about our experience! The owner was beyond accommodating with us in letting us do some somewhat unconventional things while we were there. He was so kind to take some of the planning stress off of our shoulders and remind us that that’s what he’s there for. He met with us several times before our event to go over plans and any questions. He offered amazing suggestions. The employees were so great with our LARGE group of youth! I would HIGHLY recommend it for a private event! These are some of the kindest people you’ll ever work with!

Kids in heaven, moms are in heaven. Best tramp class. My kid learned a back flip in 2 classes. I can work after school and they can play. Its pricey, but so is a nanny! This way the kids are active and having fun.

We had a scooter handle bar go awry. I cant make handle bars straight on a good day. The staff were eager to help and spent a solid 20 minutes helping to fix the scooter and my little was grinning ear-to-ear once the scoot was fixed and was so excited because it bounced right. All the staff and regulars were supportive and helpful. Really nice to go to a place where the staff actually enjoy kids. Well be back and recommend to everyone I know.

This place is awesome !! I don’t know where they find the people they hire but they are top notch. Always so friendly and helpful. From the front desk to snack counter or pro shop and all the instructors all so knowledgeable and kind. Truly inspired a new passion in my two boys. The attitude of the employees rubs off on the kids - I have little ones out on the skate park and they are always encouraged and everyone watches out for them. I get begged every day to go. A real shout out to Nick, Ky, Daniel and Caleb who have made them feel so cool and like they are one of the “cool kids” even though they are just beginners and so much younger. The other kids follow their lead and are so encouraging to the younger ones. Your shirts say KTR family and mission accomplished because you have really created a family here that is respectful and a safe space for kids to learn and express themselves. We bought a membership after the first day

Awesome and clean facility. Great balance of trampoline park, little kid area, and other fun obstacles.Cost is right in line with most similar facilities around but is much cleaner, safer, and better maintained.Most the negative reviews are from people who can’t read descriptions of what this facility actually is.Thanks KTR team!

We joined KTR this weekend and are excited to go back. It’s really clean and new and fun for all ages.

Tons of fun. My son is learning to skateboard and he got excellent instruction on how to progress and what trick to learn next. The in-house instructor was welcoming and positive, which makes a big difference to my timid kids. I would love to bring my family back sometime.

Such a fun place!! On top of that, they have great customer care and have made our parties so awesome! We had our lacrosse team there last night and it was so fun! Jared made it a great experience for the whole team and we are so grateful for their awesome kindness and customer care — thank you!!!

I took all my grandchildren to KTR Midvale and they had the best time ever! They would like to go there every day! Every employee was very courteous and helpful. The games they started with all the kids were well organized, explained and fun. The employees all were wearing masks. You could tell that they really enjoyed working there. It really is the greatest place.

They were amazing thank you for hosting my nephew Hivas birthday party 4/28. Our host was amazing and so was all of the staff. Thank you for keeping our boys entertained. The boys had a blast and we are definitely going back. They deserve 5 stars.

Solid place to go skate when it’s raining or snowing but there’s a chance that the park is closed. I went there with a friend and we got told it’s closed by a employee as the same time we saw Bmx riders up there. We were confused because we just got told it’s “closed” so we awkwardly walk out as other bmx riders are coming in

This place is amazing! It is clean, unique as far as jumping places go, the staff goes above and beyond to help kids learn how to do new skills that they start out scared to try. If you are lucky enough to come when Camden is here to teach your child and engage in new activities that push them to become more confident and strong, you might feel like you have won the lottery like we did! Can’t recommend this place enough.

We LOVE this place!! Kids (and adults!) of all ages can find something to entertain them. Very clean, friendly personable staff & the optional masks is what actually makes me want to keep returning and referring friends.

What an awesome place. We went tonight for my 7 years old birthday. The staff was all great and made him feel special and kept wishing him a happy birthday.Also, one of my sons used the skateboard area for the first time and had an incredible time. Nick was one of the workers and took extra time with my son and taught him how to go through the skate park and then even followed him and took a video of him skating.My kids said it was the best night of their lives. We would recommend KTR for your family.

We had so much fun!!! Everyone was so friendly and nice. Service was great! NO MASKS!!!!!!!!! We had my sons birthday here and it was just so great! A+ for staff, service and all the things!

We are huge fans of KTR. We took a tour before it opened and we were super impressed with the facility. There’s SO much to do and it’s heaven for any active kid. We decided to buy the family monthly membership. As we have started attending regularly I have been impressed EVERY single time by the staff. They often know my kids’ names. They are willing to help coach my kids along with anything they want to learn. They are patient and encouraging. This is nothing like the power-trip workers at trampoline places who will tell the kids everything they can’t do. These are skilled, kind employees who are excited to help your kids learn. In a year that has been tough for all, I count KTR as one of our biggest blessings this year.

Any business can have space and equipment for kids to run and play but not every business has top tier staff!! Either you know how to pick em or your training is impeccable.Not only was it GREAT fun for my 5yr old, but the staff went above and beyond to acknowledge my sons birthday even though we didnt have a party there, just stopped in for some fun.I frequently saw staff members sanitizing and cleaning surfaces. That really was comforting to see.Sam was kind enough to teach my son to ride his new scooter for the first time today. He was delightful, energetic and knew his stuff. We will definitely be scheduling a class with him soon.Zach was super attentive to all the children on the floor. Chris was very kind to me explaining things over the phone. Michael was extremely pleasant to us at the front desk. Even the young man on crutches went out of his way to play tag with my son when he saw we were too tired to keep up.Lots for the kids to do theyll be exhausted by the end of it all.It was such a lovely experience we cant wait to go back. We LOVED KTR when we lived in Arizona and are so stoked they opened a location here! My kids love it and theres something for everyone!

Edited: If you can get past the backward registration process, this turned out to be a pretty good place for my 13 year old. He comes home tired but eager to return.

Oh my gosh this place is amazing for any kid that likes to do activity and have fun. I went with my 9 year old brother and a couple of friends. I will be coming back tomorrow with a friend. I would definitely recommend this place for any active person. I cant wait to come back tomorrow.

This place is amazing! One of the employees nick taught me how to nose grind for the first time in my life! So stoked that not only can you skate but get way better and have great teachers showing you how. Thanks guy!

At indoor play parks, we are used to being told not to do certain things over and over. KTR is a breath of fresh air! The staff at KTR are not only fun and friendly— they start games of tag, dodgeball, engage in trick contests with the kids as well as other activities! The employees are excited to be there and it just makes it an even more positive experience for the kids.

I took my kids here to check the place out. Per my instructions, they were to keep their masks on regardless of activity. No matter what. The facility doesnt monitor/require masks. Signs are posted, but there are far too many people in here to be able to social distance therefore, masks should be enforced. I wont be returning until something changes. This is the reason COVID persists. If you arent going to enforce the rules you shouldnt be open. Especially given the recent mask mandate. Ill be reporting.

Kids had a great time! They spent 4 hours, we’re entertained the whole time, and left exhausted.

So fun and the employees were so great! They spent a lot of time showing us different tricks to try. We bought the half-day pass and our kids didnt want to leave.

Most fun Ive had in awhile

This is one of the worst skateparks Ive ever been to. First of all its tiny. They try not to show how small it is online, but trust me. Second if you want to skate, you should only go on Mon, Wed, and Friday, because they close the park early on Tuesday & Thursday to anyone who isnt BMX. Oh and I went on Wednesday and they shut down half of that tiny park so they can teach scooter lessons. They said that the lessons end at 6, but thats half of the time I paid for. They made no mention of the ongoing lessons when I arrived and paid, let alone a discounted price for the inconvenience. If youre a parent looking to drop your kids off and leave, then this place is perfect for you. But as a skatepark its highly compromised

I picked my kid up from a birthday party here, and I was shocked to see the lack of Covid precautions. The whole center was filled with around 400 people, and 90% were not wearing masks. KTRs policy is that masks are required, but they dont enforce it at all.

I took my 13 year old and 7 year old grand sons to KTR in Midvale yesterday. I was really hesitant to spend $27 each for half a day. I knew they wouldnt want to stay that long but there is no less expensive option available so I bought their admissions online. I was not happy. The place is clean and there are several different things the kids can do but here are my misgivings. There are only 6 trampolines and even though there is a staff member there, they will not help the kids get a chance to jump on the tramps. Only one person at a time can jump and there is no time limit. My grandkids finally gave up waiting for a tramp. We found a few things they liked doing but they had enough with in 1 1/2 hours. It was fairly crowded so I can only imagine how hard it will be to get to jump on the trampolines once the covid restrictions are lifted. I dont think I will take them back there unless the prices go down or there is some sort of discount available. Just to expensive to me.KTR thanks so much for your response I did ask for information at the front but didnt get much, I will try again and come when we can do the 2 hours special.

A MUCH needed place of enjoyment in the Salt Lake Valley! Weve been in anticipation since KTR announced they were coming here. And it was even cooler than we were expecting! So much to do, so much fun to have. Fun for all ages and skill levels for sure. The trampolines are bouncy, but forgiving (not too stiff like most olympic tramps), even Dad can safely land a back flip! And my kids LOVE jumping around here. Theres a zip line, trapeze, barrel roll, dodgeball & basketball areas, gymnastics tramps, parkour obstacle course, skate & scooter areas, tumbling area and even a toddler zone! I mean, come on!! : ) And to top it all off they sanitize the entire facility 2-3 times/day. They are also being extremely respectful and having everyone wear masks. The best part? The Staff is AMAZING!! So encouraging, helpful, accommodating and so nice. This place rocks!

My kids have been so stoked to see this place open! So excited that I decided (even though I was a bit nervous because of Covid) to host my 5 yr old sons birthday party here. Let me tell you that it was BETTER than I could have even imagined!!! The staff was AMAZING and went way above and beyond to make sure everyone was safe, everything was sanitized, the food and beverages were brought out and served all individually, separately and professionally. They attended to every need we had, with a massive smile. What service! And once we were done in the private room, they made the birthday boy and all his guests (all family) feel so special and welcome. They even hooked us up with a private, family-only game of dodgeball!! (Can you imagine having the chance to peg your brother-in-law over an over with a dodgeball?! lol) Weve been back several times to enjoy all that the facility offers. The owners and their staff are hands-on & phenomenal! Working in the service industry for most of my life, its so refreshing to experience another business that cares so much about their customers. These guys and gals truly care about making sure your experience is amazing and that you leave with a huge smile. A HUGE THANK YOU to KTR for bringing joy to our family during this crazy, stressful year!

I would rate lower if able, terrible experience called ahead of time to make sure they letting bikes ride and was told bike nights are Tuesday and Thursday. Showed up Thursday night after driving out from Tooele to be told bikes were only welcome during bike nights and that bike nights on Thursdays had been cancelled.If skateboards and scooters can coexist why not bicycles as well?
