Jen is by the far the best stylist I have ever had. She should start her own shop! She is personable, professional and beyond knowledgeable! Jennifer is the main reason I routinely get my monthly cut and shampoo. She listens and remembers my family. Always asks how we are doing. I would rate her 10 stars if I could. Give Jennifer a raise! She earned it for sure just in customer retention! Pro tip: ask for the tea tree shampoo as it comes with a mini head massage.

Went in for a men’s haircut at the Supercuts in Fort Union. My hair grows in several different directions and I have a really difficult cowlick to work with. The manager of the store gave me an excellent haircut and paid very close attention to detail, making sure that everything would work with the way I style it and also gave me tips on how to manage my difficult hair. Not only that but as we were about to leave my girlfriend mentioned how I needed to shave my beard and he offered to do that as well! Again, paying close attention to detail and offering me tips on how to best shave/manage it. Truly the best experience I’ve ever had! I cannot thank him enough!

Its a fast, cheap walk-in haircut place. You pretty much know what youre getting here, a haircut slightly better than what your mom would do, but its cheap and easy, so how can you complain?

The staff was very nice throughout the entire time, from waiting until it’s my turn for a cut to when I paid for the service. Would definitely recommend going again!

There w only one stylist when we came in on a whim because my 14 wanted a new hair cut. Despite that, the wait wasnt bad at all and the stylist was friendly and worked hard to understand what my son was asking for with five different pictures of different cuts and a vauge request of I want it shorter but dont cut it.

I did get an appointment at this place for 6:15 wait for about 30 minutes and was only one person cutting hair . Not communication at all.Never come back to this place ! 🤮

Honestly the shadiest haircut experience of my life. I had to basically redo it at home, as well as wash the dye out myself because it was still all over my scalp. It was conveniently located and the wait was short, but that really should have been a sign to leave.

My stylist, Jennifer, was so professional and helpful. When she started cutting, I cried, Wait, Ive changed my mind! She chuckled and said, Whoops, too late Then gave me the 22 inches she had already cut! She could not have been more pleasant! Will certainly ask for her again!

I asked for a blonde balayage and she colored It one color all over and orange and they charged me $116! I had to go get it fixed by someone else bc I couldnt trust them to do it again.

Professional did a horrible job cutting my sons hair. It was so bad I went back to have her trim the edges, and only trimmed 1 side and did not clean up the side burns either I guess I will have to do the clean up myself.. this is the last time I will give my business to this location. I usually go to the one located on Quarry Bend and thats were I will continue to go, they have not disappointed.

I went today I paid 80 $ for some awful hair ... all my face stained with color and shapeless, damp and wrinkle-free hair. I had asked for a full treatment !!! for me this is incompetence

I got a haircut here a month ago and it was great. The same wan has cut my hair twice there and she does a great job.I never have to make an appointment and I am always say down and served quickly. The haircut itsef doesnt take long, but always looks good. I hope the staff here keep up their good work.

They were close and convenient and fit my friend in to get her hair cut last minute. However its located next to The Pie Pizzeria and so the salon smelled like shampoo chemicals and pizza mixed together which was honestly gross! To top it off the stylist kept telling my friend her hair was damaged and she should cut more off. My friend finally said I went to beauty school, I know how to cut and dye hair and i know my hair is damaged, I just cant cut my own hair now are you willing to help me? It was like my friend had to get rude to get what she wanted and for the stylist to listen.

I have been a regular customer for ten years and now I go in and am told they have changed policy and will only he doing hair by appointment and will no longer accept walkins. Congrats you have permanently lost a regular.

Made an appointment for my Son and I at 10:30 am. The Asian lady, who was very nice told us to come back at noon. We went back at noon. Still busy with the same people waiting. We left and returned at 2:00pm. The same lady said oh, maybe come back in a while. She muttered something about the other stylist. So, we spent the whole day waiting around for nothing! We are now looking for someone else to cut our hair AND........ We will NEVER return to this place! Dont waste your time. They dont really care. My son and I did end up finding a place called City Barber. They have several locations. It is more money and I recommend an appointment. City Barbers is THE best cut and experience. They have a great App. that you can use to look up locations AND make you appointment at well as pre pay it you would like.

Ive been to many Supercuts locations across the Salt Lake Valley--some actually closer to my home--but the consistency of quality service provided by the stylists at the Fort Union location has me returning there again and again. Ive never walked out of there with a bad haircut, and that makes it worth the drive!

Went in at 9:30 in the morning to get a haircut there was one person sitting in the chair getting their hair finished and I got told they had no available time slots until 1:30 in the afternoon there was not even another person in this shop I got told that now you need to go online to get a spot to get your haircut if youre going to advertise it as a walk-in shop you need to follow through with the walk-in shop worst location ever will never recommend or ever go back

I have been going her for the last several months as a walk in. I am always worked into the schedule quickly and happy with the cut and styles I have received each time I go, and have a different stylist each time too.

Dont let the Asian lady cut your hair! I specifically asked if she could do steps, she has no idea what that is because she started them and I had to show her how to finish them. She yelled at me for touching her tools so I had to show her exactly where to cut and I had to tell her to maintain her tools so she can use them effectively. She told me they are not sharp enough for what I wanted. I guess that is why I asked if she knew how to do steps when I walked in the door. She was pissed and doesnt speak English so that was a great conversation. Make sure you go to this place and use the blonde girl named Kayla, she is awesome and did an amazing job with my 15 year old that is very picky.

I walked in at 5:51,My hair is pretty short and just needed a Trim,I respect they close at 6:00pm but I have done Customer service for over 15 years and you don’t turn a customer away because you close at 6. Now if I showed up at 6:00 I get but 9 mins is different. If your going to close 9 mins early put a sign up saying we don’t take appointments after 5:45 or 5:50. I get you want to get out on time. I would too.So I suggest a sign we don’t take appointments 10-15 mins before we close. You would save an upset person.I won’t return to even try to give my business.-Upset Patron-

Hairstylist was not friendly at all and my sons hair is uneven on one side. Not going there again. At least not to the same stylist for sure.

Called in 2 hours before and they setup an appointment at 3PM by taking name and number. When i head there, 2 folks there not doing any cuts and say they cant see any appointment that i made and said they are busy and will take appointment after 1 hour. Unbelievable ..when there is only 1 person waiting for the cut... wish there was a black star rating for this location..
