I’ve gone to rose perfect nails a couple times and I’ve had a great experience every time. They can always fit you into their busy schedule, they’re so nice and i absolutely love the way my nails look every time. This place never disappoints

I just had the worst manicure/pedicure of my life at this place. To begin, I asked for the callus removal which was some sort of callus solution and a brush. My feet look exactly like they did when we walked into the place. You’d think they would have told me this when I specifically asked before the pedicure. No massage, no lotion, literally just cutting my toe nails and painting them for $40. Next comes the manicure. I asked for a dip manicure and it looks like complete trash. I complained during and after and she didn’t offer any sort of solution. Not only does it look like trash but there was no lotion, no massage, nada. I am so freaking disappointed in this place. If you want a good ANYTHING go somewhere else friends!

My first time coming here and I will definitely come back. She did an awesome job.She loves what she does. They did a better job than the last place I went to. They even fix my nails to be better! Amazing!

I won’t ever go anywhere else. It is clean and the staff are very friendly. She always does a great job on my nails. Never had any problems with my nails.

I got a dip manicure here with tips. I think I had someone new, but I asked for a dip manicure with a French tip. When I got to my car I had realized 6/10 of my nails were crooked, they dip gel was still rough on my nails and the French tips were not aligned. I love the atmosphere at this place, but I was not impressed with the quality of my nails

Rose is always helpful , hard-working, and professional. I would not go anywhere else to have my nails done! Her shop is spotless.

Over priced, only used water to give me a pedicure while cleaning my toes??? Didnt ask me if i wanted my nails cut, didnt clean under each nail. Very odd.

I payed $50 and a $10 tip for a gel pedicure saturday 9/4 which is supposed to last like a month and its monday 9/13 and the paint came off 😑 waste of money.

Hi! I was nervous about getting my nails done in these times of COVID. But, my experience at Rose Perfect Nails & Spa was wonderful - I felt safe and everything I witnessed made be feel trust. I think trust is the operative word in these times - do you trust that the people with whom you interact? Are they being safe and are you being safe? Some things that made me feel safe: plastic shields between stations, not every station used, minimum number of people in the salon (for safety), super cleaning when a customer left, investment in individually wrapped tools, investment in top quality disinfectants (of course I asked!), great signage, great check in procedures. I did a dip powder on my nails and the powder was transferred to a dip container that only my fingers would be in.... So many things! Thank you Rose for all your hard work in keeping us safe! And, I feel like a million bucks. Self care is such a great thing (I had been neglecting!)

This is my go to spot for the past 7 years. Rose and her team are incredible. I always make an appointment with Tina and I have never been disappointed. The salon has always been clean pre-covid and now it surpasses cleanliness. If you are looking for clean, quality, comfortness, and a friendly environment- you found the spot! Call up and make an appointment and they accept Venmo or cash, come prepared and you’ll be glad you did!

I had my nails done today. Third day of reopening. Cleaning between clients. I waited in the car to be called in( not long). Had powder dip done which was done in a separate container from the main source so no germs were transferred. I felt very safe. Everyone was spaced out and wearing masks. The owner had me sign in with contact information as per state regulations. So nice to be back!!

I was a walk in for a powder dip mani. I waited 30mins to soak which I guess is fine... but the catch is the soak was in a bowl of acetone. My fingers were not individually wrapped so when my “soak” was over there was residual color/adhesive all over my hands from my previous dip manicure (not from there). My nails were done by an older woman that was thorough but SO slow. I was there for 1.5 hours for a simple powder mani. It got busier as I was there and associates were stopping mid service from people they were working with to start other walk ins and then go back??? What? The owner ended up finishing my nails quickly and having the older women start another walk-in. It was one of the most stressful manicures I have ever gotten. PS: cash only is only mentioned at the service stations. Why wouldn’t they have this visibly posted // an ATM right there if the expect cash only.My nails look fine - after getting the glue off at home ... not by the staff - but overall experience HORRIBLE.

I’ve been coming here since I moved to the island 5 years ago. I will not let anyone else touch my nails!! You’re always greeted by first name and with warm conversation. Rose & Tina are my two favorites, but the quality of service and treatment by all technicians here is incomparable.

I’ve been going to rose perfect nails for 2 years now and Rose has always been very professional and my nails always look great! They have really kept up the safety precautions with the COVID-19. She sanitizes everything and i feel safe going there to get my nails done!

Today was the 1st time getting my nails done post COVID 19. Rose takes all the necessary precautions plus more and went the extra mile and uses a fogging machine for an extra layer of sanitation. I felt very safe in the establishment and will definitely be returning soon.

I have been coming here for so long. I love the way they do my nails and it’s so calming too. They also talk to you and not make it so awkward. It’s a great place to go and I think everyone should go here

Best pedicures ever! I disagree with previous posts that say they are not sterile and clean with equipment. They keep all the files and buffers that they use on me in a separate box marked with just my name. Rose has taken care of me for nearly 20 years here and at previous salons where she has worked and has always been friendly, efficient and compared to many spa places, I think their prices are very reasonable.

Rose and all her staff are amazing! Very clean! She follows all the new COVID guidelines PLUS MORE! My family loves going there!

My mother and I have been going to Roses Perfect Nails for a long time. Neither of us would dream of going anywhere else! Everyone is professional, the salon is extremely clean, and the staff is focused on attention to detail and customer satisfaction. I went there for the first time and I watched my friend get her nails done...they made sure the nails were perfect!! They did amazing on her nails!!!! I am definitely going there to get mine done!!!! LOVE THEM DEFINITELY COMMENDED!!!!❤❤

RUSHED, REUSED IMPLEMENTS, UNFRIENDLY!!!I was in need of a manicure, the place and decorations looks pretty nice. They had nice colors and the set up is like a basic old school nail shop, nothing fancy. It looked kinda clean. The lady who did my nails didn’t seem like she wanted to carry a conversation, maybe she had a bad day, which was fine. They soaked me in a bowl of boiling Acetone to remove my polish ( usually ever other nail shop I go to, they’d file and wrap my nails). After the “Polish was off” my hands were dried, cracked, and sticky. I asked the lady to remove the cotton/ powder that was stuck on my hand from soaking and she told me it’d wash off. (Its been 3 days and my hand is still stained). And to top it off, that bowl has been used on other customers and hasn’t been cleaned ( since my color didn’t have sparkles and the acetone Solution had specs of sparkles). The lady also used an old file on my nails. Instead of trimming my Cuticle with a nipper, She’d cut them with the electric file and now, after 3 days, it’s still red and swollen, AND I have an infection from the cut on my ring finger (right hand). My nail polish if lumpy and mind you I’ve had multiple dip manicures before from other shops and they were nice and smooth. She blamed it on my nail bed.

The nails are good , the salon is clean, the people are nice, but the pedicures are sub par. I had an appointment for 12 pm, didnt get taken until 12:16, and at 12:35, I was at the drying table???!!!! Ive gone to other places, and the massage ALONE is longer than theirPedicure.

Rose has been my nail technician for well over a decade. Rose always does a wonderful job! The new location is beautiful and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

If I could I wouldnt even give 1 star. Worst gel manicure I have ever had. The technician cut my finger and didnt even apologize as it was bleeding. She didnt let me chose from all the colors that they offer. The worst part is right when I got home my gel manicure started chipping I called them and they said come in and they would fix the chipped fingers. They did fix it buy polishing over the gel which made it worst. I spent $30 + 20% tip on nothing what a waste of money I will continue to go to star nails and if they are booked I will wait. Very bad experience.

I just got a facial the other day and I felt so refreshed. The workers were very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is very relaxing and no problems. This salon has been my favorite thus far. Keep going Rose!

Very professional and friendly environment.Very clean one of the cleanest nail salons of ever seen.I love this please I recommend it to friends and family. I’ll put it this way I drive from Newport to Middletown in Summer traffic to get there.

Colors are limited. Inexperienced technicians , the older lady who did my nails took 1.5 hrs to do a simple dip manicure. Residue of the powder from soaking in the bowl of boiling water are still left on my fingers. 2 days later it’d already chipped. Waste of time and money.

The facility might look clean, but the pedicures are supar. I saw the staff refolding the hot towel that was used on my feet and threw it right into the towel warmer. I can imagin how many people’s feet it’s been on before me. Secondly, they reuse their pumice stone and quickly rinse it after my pedicure. So I’m pretty much using the same towel, pumice, unsterilized equipments as 10 other people.

Worst place to get your nails done ! I was there with my friends and I was charged an extra 5 dollars to come back and get my nails done because i had an appointment to go too. They almost like super glued my nails and now after two weeks of having them on my nails we’re very bitter and are raw I have some nails that are bleeding from the reaction of the glue and it stings.

They are so overpriced. Technician was rude, also ruined my eyebrows. Will never go back there. Just awful.
