We really appreciated the wonderful service they gave us on our older HP 3600 color laser printer yesterday. They quickly found the problems and fixed them, and the printer is so clean and works so well now. I cant thank them enough for repairing it so quickly. It means so much to have people who work hard to make our lives easy.

I brought my HP LaserJet Pro color all purpose printer to Printer Techs, and they solved the problem the same day. The problem was not the printer at all. It was an electrical problem involving one of the toner cartridges. That saved me $474 for a new LaserJet less their $63 repair cost.

I purchased a HP CP5525 LaserJet from them and am very happy with the printer. I had a problem getting on my local network but they were very helpful and provided prompt support until it was online and working. So, 5 stars!

I recently ordered a new tray for our printer at our office. It ended up not needing a new tray but Jeff was so helpful and took the time over the phone to help us figure out what was wrong with our printer.
