Had a great talk with the owner. The price and quality were great, but what impressed me the most was the conversation that I had while there. Even if the service wouldve cost more than somewhere else (which it didnt), it probably wouldve been worth it.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! My boyfriend visited this location on Monday and got a quote from someone for his back tint. They told him $45. We returned today to have the job done. As soon as we walked in we spoke to the man in the front ( from the other reviews I can assume he was the owner ) and told him we were there to get the tint done. He tells us $65. When my boyfriend tells him he had been told $45 a few days prior the man automatically catches the worst attitude asking why he was asking him then and who had he spoken to. We ended up walking out as we would NEVER give our business to someone who is so disrespectful towards their customers and I definitely suggest no one have work done here unless you wanted to be treated horribly!!!!!!!

NOBODY was rude here if customer service is what is worrying you (reading some of these reviews makes you wonder what caused someone to react rudely against a customer if it were true). Tints came out amazing on my Tacoma. I would recommend it to anyone who is like me.. very careful as to who touches my car. They did awesome and the owner of this business was hilarious.

Do not understand all the horrible and negative reviews. Been coming here for 6 plus years and never had an issue. Joe is great, helpful, knowledgeable and they do a great job on the tints. If and when I have an issue with the HIDs they take care of It, as long as you still have your receipt. Prices are reasonable.

Joe and his crew worked on my 79 camaro they installed electric windows and locks, of course tinted my windows and fixe day horn ! They were very knowledgeable and professional . I highly recommend them !

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service. The guys did a GREAT job at the tints but when i went back and simply asked if maybe someone saw my charger which i had when i got there the owner or manager with the bald head STARTED SCREAMING at me and rasing his voice. I was as calm and respectful and the guy said it was not his problem and didnt even attempt to try and help me locate or help in any way. DO NOT GO HERE this guys is HORRIBLE and treats you like you are begging for a job. STAY AWAY

The owner, Joe is extremely rude, aggressive, unprofessional and unwilling to help customers. They have no sense of reasoning and Im not sure if he was high on drugs or steroids, but his lack of respect for dealing with the public is concerning. I would never take my business there again and neither should you. Basic Sound is much better and their customer service is friendlier. I dont know how this man is in business. The way he speaks to women is appalling.

Awful customer service and attitude from the guy that works there. He asked me accusingly about a sticker on my car and its significance, I gave him a neutral response about it belonging to an organization. The sticker is about equality so he proceeds to go on and on about how those are the most hateful people. Really now? Its a business, I pay for services. Not here to listen to an opinion about anything on my car. Stick to big name shops where you wont be questioned or harassed, this is the typical family owned place where anything goes.

I was there almost at closing time and there was an old guy , suppose to be the owners uncle in front of the store and he and the owner were desperate to go home.They didnt appreciated me as a customer.I just want prices to come back Monday to do the job, but they were so rude and they treated me as if I was there asking for a favor.Then I realized that I was in miami, in this days the capital of the worst customer service in the world.Think twice before you go there.Even if they give the radio and the alarm for FREE, I dont want them.I went to the flea market and I received a pretty nice service, 5 starts.From 1 to 5, Ill give Autronic a 0

The owner must be high on coke cause he was all jittery and rude as hell when I brought back my car after the tints were put on the day before. Sloppy and pushy and he we belittle you, I do not recommend this establishment at ALL$#*@&#&/($!@; $?#*

I went to get LEDs and HIDs for my new car and I love the work they did . Price was very good , nothing too pricy . If youre looking for anything from speakers, to lights around your car , to even horns and youre looking for quality work , definitely come to Autronics !

I went to this place, recommended, looking for PROFESSIONAL HELP since I am new to the topic of LED and HID lights for my car. The attention I received was the WORST and I even felt humiliated by the staff who work in that place, it will never cross my mind to return there and even less recommend them to anyone. The fact that clients like me, we arrive at places like these with installed products according to how they consider it low quality and cheap does not give them ANY RIGHT to humiliate or mistreat us, on the contrary, I would have been a potential client and the least they should have done was instruct me, guide me and offer me the best possible service, SOMETHING THAT I BELIEVE IS VERY FAR FROM THEIR STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The place is very good but very bad staff do not know how to take care of people, when I went in search of what I wanted I got a man maybe 50 years old white and bald skin to be more specific with a very bad character. I made the order I wanted for some led bulbs to see what they were like and it turns out that he treated me with a very bad temper, not to mention that he had not finished deciding what to do and was taking the bulbs out of my hand, almost taken away, obviously I left disgusted from that place because as it happened to me, maybe it has happened to other people, what a shame that the owner of this place that I hope is not him, he has workers like that, my condolences for the owner of this place
