Faisal and Tariq the brothers are incredible! Literally ran the whole show from A to Z.They measured our home windows and doors, invited us to the show room to show us the product, gave us an excellent deal…with all the doors included, they even were the ones to deliver our products to our home for the installers to start the installation. On top of all that they were persistent with updating us about our products weekly while they were being made and answered all our phone calls.May God bless such wonderful gentleman!

It’s companies like this one that make you feel comfortable with modifying your home without unfortunate feeling of fear nor regret. Extremely talented installers, that actually pay attention to detail when it came to balancing the doors and windows before putting them in they used leveler every time and were extremely careful when applying the caulking around the windows and doors inside and out. They also used expensive well known brands when it comes to screws and caulking unlike other installation companies that use Chinese or other cheap foreign brands to save the extra penny.I was introduced to these guys through a colleague of mine that has previously done business with them and also has great stuff to say as well. Well done Impact Window Master, Thank you for everything!

I had just got my home upgraded with Impact Window Masters help. I switched my front door from a single to a double French door which turned out to be such a fantastic idea and also increased the size of my sliding glass doors in the back for the pool area. Sam and his sons are incredible people would love to work with them again if I can. Loved ever bit of it! Thank you !

Faisal was a great help from point A to Z!They sell heavy duty all aluminum framing and laminate glass which was what we were looking for since we started looking around...Prices are reasonable for the quality and Customer service was A1!They job took around a month from order to install. Fair prices! Excellent Product!We ended up choosing the bronze frame for the front French door and white frames for the rest of the home as they had recommended (great idea!). This was my first experience with these guys and I got nothing but good things to say. I have been remodeling houses for the past 10 years and the orders for impact Windows normally take between 3-5 weeks. In this case Tariq was able to have all windows ready in less than a week. Very professional and easy to work with . I recommend them 100%.

Watch out for Faisal or Ace or whatever his name is from Impact Window Master. He threatens you and keeps your deposit. In spite of not delivering on their promises. He doesnt know what customer service is all about. They come to your property, and even the fact that they have not installed, demands their balance. Puts a time limit like 5minutes to pay or they walk off the job. Does not even deserve 1 star but I had to put a star so this review would be posted. Lesson in life, you are delivering a product that is expensive into peoples homes. Learn manners, and go to school to learn about customer service. That is what gets you to gold.In reading the response to my initial comment, I would caution this type of language because the world is a global place. Text messages DO NOT LIE. Two independent onlookers DO NOT LIE. The police and neighbours also DO NOT LIE as this played out outside a property we just acquired. All I will say is watch out for companies that ask you to pay for service and product upfront which you do. They then ask for balance as the workers show up at your home by threatening to pull them offsite if you dont pay the balance within 5 minutes of them calling you while at work and attending to staff. This is what happened to me. What if the job is not done properly? Evidenced by a contractor from another company and my son who was also on the premises. Nobody expects not to pay for services. If you are already at the property, you MUST give the customer time, be patient, be mannered and be respectful of peoples time. Never threaten people. You never know what they may be going through. Ironically, the other company completed their job and then demanded payment which they received during the same occasion that Faisal was yelling and threatening. When according to him 5 mins was up, even though I stepped outside my meeting and wanted to start making a payment evidenced in a screenshot sent, he pulled the guy offsite and told me that I had lost my deposit and I was not getting the door. Meantime, they had removed one of my doors. Nobody should be treated like this. Thank goodness their car broke down so I abandoned work, picked my child up from school and headed to the property. The good news is they were there and law enforcement resolved the matter. I got my door and someone else will do it right within the requirements of the city. This is my first experience with this company. I read all the reviews and initial dealings were fine including and up until down-payment. I was even insulted for making a down-payment 3 days after the invoice was sent. Now who does that?? Reviews are great until you get one bad experience. This company may be fine but this is my own extremely bad experience never to be repeated.

I dont know why this compay has many positive reviews when their costumer service is very poor. I have spoken to them both on the phone and personal and felt they gave me the round around with inaccurate proposals and feeling something was shady. I almost went with company do to the high reviews however their lasted proposal had grave discrepancies that I dont understand.  First error is the front door they told us was going to give to us for cost at 650 each (1300 total) now has gone up to 1550.35 and is a lesser quality glass bc the old quote was for 3/16+.09+3/16 glass but now are giving us lesser thickness of 1/4+.09+1/8 glass and on top of that increasing the price. Second is the cost of new window which we discussed to be ESWindow inwhich they said there was going increased in price however that does not explain two additional increase in installation and an additional unknown miscellaneous cost of additional 700. Bait and switch deal. They also didnt like that I wanted permits, telling me it was not necessary. I am the customer and making this large investment wanted things done right. They even didnt bothered to call me back to correct things. Please avoid this company.

Just wrapped up our installation of new impact front window, kitchen window, and sliding door. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the products and expertise of the installers. Keeping our home clean from dust and debris was a major concern of the installers. They sealed off each area with plastic and swept up all evidence of any construction afterward. I love my new windows and doors. They are not only beautiful and functional, their strength and quality are beyond compare. The Impact Window Master estimate came in considerably lower than the others and the quality of their product is exceptional. We initially called Impact Window Master after receiving multiple estimates from other companies. We were seeking to convert a “pocket” sliding glass patio door into a more secure and stationary door. This project requires some construction and stucco renovation work and we were very reticent about committing to just any random company.Sam Aljamal responded and was at our house the same day we called. His knowledge and expertise about all of the various window and door products was impressive. He quickly reassured us that this conversion process was commonplace for his company and could be accomplished quickly within a couple of days. We were so impressed with his expertise, by the time he left, we purchased a new high impact front window and a high impact replacement for a back window in addition to the sliding doors. And he says he’s not a salesman.During the installation, Sam was there every step of the way overseeing the installation and making sure to attend to any issues or concerns. He is very accommodating and eager to satisfy his customer. WARNING: aka Al Jam Windows.This company is a TOTAL SCAM. They were 4 months behind on my order and when they did show up, half the windows did not fit. On top of that, the installers were a bunch of inexperienced handymen with no license or insurance and destroyed our walls.They are also using their own people to write reviews. The company changed their name from Al Jam Windows and you can see that many of the reviews are done by people named Aljamal.Stay away from this company. My sliding glass door came out amazing!! The team that showed up to my house was professional and the price was the best in town. Kyle was honest and helpful in every aspect. He was in charge of getting permits through the City of Pinecrest and his deadlines were on point. If your looking to upgrade your windows I would definately call them first.
