Our private mental health clinic never dreamed of facing a national pandemic. When the COVID-19 crisis came upon us, our providers knew something was to be done to keep the practice going. Our office had never done Telehealth in the past. This seemed to quickly be our reality. We realized that getting a platform set in place was going to be vital.
