Accidentally locked out of my apartment and from the time I called I was in in less than an hour. Bill, who answered the phone, was polite and quoted me an up-front price (most other places said they could quote me only when they arrived and saw the lock) and even that was lower than what I was hearing from other companies. He maintained communication the whole time. Santos, the tech, also communicated and arrived in less than 30 minutes.

This place is awesome! Five key copied in a matter of seconds, and texted me to let me know when the best time to come in was. Also, don’t be fooled by the three star ratings: all the reviews that are three stars are actually raving about this place. I think there was some sort of glitch or something.

I called Frankey Locksmith when our church building needed to be rekeyed. We were wanting to give a local company some business. Bill came out and gave us a quote and upon our approval they came out the next day and tackled the job in 3 days. We had over 24 locks and some keyed on both sides. Some locks were well over 40 years old and some doors were just falling apart. Bill not only rekeyed the locks but fixed the doors which would have cost over $1000 to replace. Bill has an exceptional team that did not stop until the job was done. After spending 3 days with them we not only found a great company we now have some friends that happen to be locksmiths. So if you need a great locksmith....I know a guy :)

Called Frankey Locksmith when I locked my keys in my apartment. Kang showed up in 5 minutes, 5 MINUTES!, and had the door open immediately. He was extremely pleasant, professional and polite the entire time I interacted with him. The best part, he was only $50 and tool credit cards! I hope it doesnt happen again but if it does, Im definitely calling Gabo again.

Frankeys came fast when it was really late and I needed someone to help. The locksmith was nice, affordable, and didnt waste any time.

NOT open 24 hours. Took the only free time out of my day to go to the shop and they were closed, this was at 3:30, so well within business hours, not even a sign on the door.

Positive: They came really fast!!! Negative: I payed $120 for a 30 second assistance.

The locksmith showed up very fast after I called, and got the job done in less than 5 minutes. $120 seems very expensive for such a short job.
