This is a more rare diamond and I just fell in love.

Great experience. Went to Las Villas to see what kind of classic Cuban link Solid gold necklace I could get. After a couple of hours of thinking a talking I reached an agreement on a price on a custom 120 gram 10k gold chain. It was made quickly and is amazing quality. The price was also very reasonable. One of the best parts about my chain is that even though it is 10k gold it looks better than a lot of my friends 14k gold chains. Paid cash.

Las Villas Jewelry got me engaged! Well, he made me a ring so beautiful that my wife couldnt say no.I came to Rafi with a vague design idea and a diamond. He quickly understood what I was trying to say and came up with a design that was perfect. Within a few days he had emailed me a 3D rendering of the ring design, and the ring was made fast.

Non-responsive after order. Its been 3 weeks and all Ive asked for was an update on a $16,000 order! How long does it take to craft an email to provide a standard update? Poor business practices, being an online and brick and mortar entity, they should realize that customer service trumps price in most cases. They havent learned that lesson yet, and neither has DJI. What a shame, it looks like they have a good product. Maybe Ill update the review, but these are the current facts. I hope they improve their service, only time will tell.-EDITupgraded them 2 stars after they were more responsive via txt message. If they just worked on providing timely updates to customers, they would be 5 stars. Im happy with the product, links are tight, weight is perfect, awesome piece. Im happy after the long wait.

I must say....Their gold Cuban link chains and bracelets are absolutely top notch. I just love my bracelet and it is well built and of the utmost highest quality. You wouldnt want to trust just anyone with thousands of dollars of gold but these are the true leaders in quality and performance. I will be buying my chain from them soon. Just remember! You get what you pay for....And here you get every dollars value and more. I must admit I was skeptical about the long wait times but believe me...It was worth it! Even I needed to be patient and let them them do their work. This is not cheap and fast....This is quality

Took a while to receive my item 2 months exactly they definitely need work with customer service can be a bit frustrating at times but I am completely satisfied with my purchase it is beautiful!

I bought a 14k Cuban chain. Chain looked great but I could not wait to upgrade. So I am now waiting on my up grade. Not machine made. The only down fall is that when I purchased my chain, the lady told me it was 26 inch, turns out it was only 24 inch. It seems I got stiffed on that. Going to call or stop by and see if I can get some credit on that miss information. Wish me luck. Over all, great service.

Just tried to visit this place and see what they offer. A guy in the front door with attitude told us that mask was required to get in. We had masks in the car but just the way they tell you things made us not to wish to come back.

My husband bought me a ring and as soon as I put it on one of the pieces fell off. Sent it back, was told will receive a new one, received the same one fixed. Once again, I put it on ans the other piece fell off. At this point I want my money back. Im told the only thing they can do is fix it. What for tho? So it can break again. I hope you know I will no longer be your customer and Ill make sure I share this terrible experience with everyone I know because $500 is not a little bit of money. To be honest they have the worstcustomerservice. I have worked 13 years in the customer service field and never experienced such thing.

Bough a chain online,never received it,34 days and I am trying to get my money back.Be advice this review is for the online services,the worst customer services I have known,never answer the phone and the email response looks automatically response.I have bough gold in Italy,it is farit is not US and never had problem with delivery.This people must close the online services they do not know nothing about responsability.Being in Miami many business do not know what this means,they think loosing a customer do not affect the business and it is,no smart people.

Sadly I usually dont take the time to write a review, unless the service is extremely bad or really good. However, I cant neglect the service I received at Las Vilas Jewelry in Miami. I follow them on Instagram and was going to purchase them from their website online since I live over 7 hours away. However, I decided to make the drive to Miami and choose the chain and pendant I wanted. Before I departed I was calling and texting a very helpful lady named Yanet. She would quickly answer all and any of my questions and send me pictures of the items I was interested in. Once I arrived to Miami I did the line that took a while and once it was my turn I was treated with respect and no one else mattered except the customer being attended I never felt rushed or pressured. I was then attended by Massiel, she was extremely helpful and professional!! I selected my chain and pendant, due to the weight of the chain and pendant they had to replace the lock because it wasnt strong enough. Manuel took my chain cut the original lock and installed a new one. The customer service is phenomenal and Im more than happy to have them as my jewelers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for business.
