Save yourself the headache and dont buy jewelry from this guy. If I could leave negative stars, I would. I came in and bought 2 Rolex watches and thought I got a great deal. As a first time Rolex buyer I gave no thought to the fact that he didnt give me boxs for either of my watches or even authenticity papers. A month later when I tried to sell my watches I find out that one of the watches had several scratched serial numbers (this happens after several years meaning he knew and sold it to me anyways) and they couldnt even give me $100 for a $2800 watch. The other watch after being taken apart had an aftermarket band therefore they wouldnt even pay me half of what I paid for it. Originally I wanted to get a 14k Cuban link chain from him, even left a deposit. The jeweler that examined my watches made me a fatter chain with a DIAMOND on the lock for $3,000 less than what frank wanted to charge me. This guy is unbelievable, please be careful! You really cant even trust jewelry stores now a days. If you want great jewelry at a reasonable price visit Daniels Jeweler, really trustworthy and honest!

This place is not to trust specially if you are interested on the watch they sale, bought a rolex watch from them and I took it to the Rolex authorized store where I found out lots of the parts inside where recycled and even branded by them , the Rolex dealer told me that any person who try to work on the watch have not even the most basic knowledge about Rolex, also beware of this store inflating the needed repairs for any item, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY DEPOSIT IN ADVANCE!!!!! . Horrible. As soon as I walked in & heard them arguing with each other I should’ve walked out. I asked them to polish my Rolex for me & all they did was try to get me to purchase a new band. After finally getting them to give that up - they agreed to polish it & have it ready an in hour. When I returned - my watch looked exactly the same. Worst $50 I’ve ever spent in my life. The guy was also dismissive & rude when I returned - I’m guessing bc I didn’t want to be upselled. Save your $$. Place sucks & so does their work.

The worst was my ring was an easy fix to place 2 stones and a point of soldaura and believe me they did the opposite and now they do not want to be responsible, they should close the premises because they have a fatal deal with customers and they are wrong with everything, I have more than a week trying to solve the problem they caused and are still hiding are not easy to work with the garments call jolleros if clear as I astronaut here I leave the photos to get their conclusions
