I don’t normally go to jewelers but I was super last minute on my anniversary gift. Of course I happen to pass by one on my way home from work, which is Five star, and needless to say I was in and out in 10 minutes and found my gift. I was at the Flagler store this morning, Diana the manager approached me immediately. She started showing me the jewelry pieces I liked, such as necklaces and anklets. The jewelry is very pretty, I loved them. I purchased a necklace and put an anklet on lay away. They offered me coffee, which was amazing. They even polished my own jewelry for free. Jessica handled both transactions, she was very polite and knowledgeable. I will return for sure. Excellent service. Thank you.

The sales person Eliezer was very profesional and convinced us to make the purchase, we were not intending to finance anything but since it was a gift we agreed and he not only made the whole process fast and easy he also convinced us to make the purchase we drove from homestead to coral Gables on a rainy day and only because he called us several times and sent us pictures of the ear rings and also other items to catch our attention, we congratulate your firm on your employees at this store, not only did we buy but we purchased an additional item to reach the financing minimum but we went over but still having plenty of available credit, to be honest I would be afraid to take my wife with me because I am sure she would not think twice on buying again, but I first want to pay this off within the 13 week time frame.

Horrible experience I brought an 18k gold diamond ring and they claimed it was silver. Other items 18k they couldn’t figure it out they claimed. I guess they don’t know the value of merchandise. I would never buy from someone who can’t even test merchandise correctly.
