Got here 5 hours early. 3 hours after my appointment and still waiting. Asked about a bathroom and there is none now for drivers apparently. Was told they used to take drivers to the bathroom but that stopped last week. Heck I’m not even complaining about the wait but something as simple as a bathroom??

If you have time you more than welcome but Otherwise is a waste of time to get unloaded there

Read this before you book a load here!Very very slow,,, good luck to even get a dock... Not joking, I stood at the area where drivers check in (hard to find) I stood there for half hour, no one would check me in (I asked multiple people, just to be ignored) I even started yelling, hello, hello does anyone work hereFinally a driver that drives for this place (day cab driver) notices that Ive been waiting for a long time and finally gets someone, they really acted as if they didnt want the freight they ordered.... Ill never ever take a load here again..... Good luck with this spot drivers...

Very slow facility and pictured is what they call a well maintained portable bathroom.

Came in at 1600 for an 2030 appointment they give me a door in less than 15 minutes.Friendly staff

Keep up the great work from dlp ypu can do better to unload wen drives get a door to delivery

³/²⁶/²⁰ arrived at 3pm for 530pm wait till around 7 to get door assignment. When you check in if there is nobody at shopping desk you either got to wait or hassle somebody to her clerk. There is a curb on west side of building were you the park their trucks if you can squeeze I parked over night

Great overnight parking around the whse check in the right side of the bldg up th steps small white door they will check yr appointment time fast unloading

1 of my customers that I showed up 2 1/2 hrs late for my delivery and they still unloaded me even though I had to wait until they unloaded other deliveries which is completely understandable.

I arrived on time in the afternoon. I had to wait for alittle while for someone to check me in, they were working in the warehouse. And I had to wait for a door too. Once, I finally got in a door they unloaded fast n gave me my paperwork right afterwards. There is an open lot by it so u can park overnight there.

They do not care about appointments, if they feel like they will unload you otherwise if they’re not in the mood you can wait half a day.

Fast to get in and out and the people great and friendly. Enjoy coming here when I do. SU 15 July 18

Waited more than an hour past my appointment to get a door, then took forever to get my paperwork. Should not take that long to count full pallets, no regard for a drivers clock.

This is ok alot of hard work.

Goes with appointment time, enough space for backup, limited space for parking, fast unloading, courteously greets to drivers. I will give them four stars.

There is no toilet, the whole building is not allowed to go around at all !!!

This is one of the worst Companies in Miami to deliver them, they delay and treat you like they dont care if you wait 4 or 5 hours.I arrived an hour before the app and Ive been 3 hours after the app and they havent even started downloading
