Very disappointing experience, kept leading me on with a due estimate until the the day before my bid was due to announce they needed additional information to prepare the estimate. This after supposedly working weeks on the project client meetings, site visits etc. Should have read these reviews before ever contacting them.

This company is disastrous. Bad work, communication with clients is a lack of respect. I spoke with one of their managers, Hanier Xart and the guy is the worst as a person. I hope nobody asks for their service because they will be doing business with the worst of Miami. Hanier Xart is a lack of respect and does not have the quality or the moral to be manager of that or of any company.
