Chao and his guys are very good at what they do. We had a raid 5 crash and tried recovering the data in house -- we were only able to recover about 20% of it. We took the drives to CBA and they were able to recover closer to 85% of the data. I would definitely recommend these guys -- they make sure to get the job done no matter what it takes.
