Absolutely best service and customer service men weve ever had!

So far so good my car has been running great. This is our first time dealing with these guys and from start to end we got great service they where friendly informative and even provided us with live video as they where going through the process of repairing our car. And pricing was reasonable for the work that was done.Would definitely recommend them.Be blessed all

Had a great experience with them a couple weeks back. They tuneup and maintenanced my MB E320. I was able to pick up my car same day, and the car ran as if it was brand new. A little disappointed that there aren’t any English-speaking mechanics besides the owners. When I got there I was told in Spanish that she will be arriving soon(luckily I understood a little bit) but couldn’t respond. Waited a few minutes for the women who operates most of the front desk and everything went smoothly from there.

Michel looked very nice and very professional the first time I came to fix my car. But when I realized my car hasn’t been fixed properly, he stoped answer to me on the phone. Don’t go there!!!

Employees are making this place look bad while owners are away. I came in w an appointment and i watched two guys play cards for over an hour and they acted like they were bothered when i asked questions. I dont know how anything gets done if employees are playing cards while customers wait and look on to the ineffiency.

The service is excelent, the work they had done to my car was fast and i was amazed at the level of detail they put into the job ,highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs on mercedes benz

BMW OWNERS ... they are not going to make an oil change to this place ... that the owner is the most anti-professional and disrespectful that I have seen .... indecent and on top LIES .. they cheated me $ 125 of a change of oil that did a bad thing to a BMW m6 ...... and the car if I did not take it to another place on time the engine would have melted ... I returned to get my money back and the owner there He came out screaming at me finally the very singao scam but on top of that he told me that the car had a bad sensor and everything was a lie it was to scam me more money ... DO NOT GO HERE Q THE ONLY KNOWS Q THAT HIS BUSINESS TAKES 30 years and has never nothing happened ... I go back and I repeat the owners of BMW cars DO NOT GO THERE QT THEY ARE GOING TO FOUND THE ENGINE AND THEY ARE NOT GOING TO ANSWER ... this goes directly to the DOWNLOADED AND SCAMED BUSINESS OWNER ... LACK OF RESPECT .. .MICHEL MESTAYER .. you are the most scamming thing there is as a business owner ... he made fun of me when I told him that I was going to put this Google review ... believe me that you are going to have a clientele but I assure you that the BMW owners WILL NOT GO TO YOUR BUSINESS AFTER THEY SEE THIS REVIEW
