I have found Cata Black Car to be extremely reliable and easy for my airport and return trips in the Miami area. They have made an effort to get me the same drivers whenever possible (Luis is great!) and so that makes my experience more familiar and comfortable. The web interface is pretty straightforward and reliable, though Ive had occasional problems with the iOS app not working.

I needed a very early (4am) drive to the airport and they were excellent! I was staying in a condo complex, and they navigated the area perfectly. The ride was smooth and safe as well.

We LOVED Luis our driver. The sweetest most helpful man and helped us SO much with a big airport pickup with lots of luggages and a little one! Will be using this company again!!

After a couple of phone calls the owner himself called me to make sure he was able to get me a driver at that time from one of his affiliates. Unbelievable personal attention! Luis was a great driver... he took us to the cruise port at the beginning of our vacation and took us back home at the end. Both times he was early and communicated with us to let us know he was nearby. He was very professional and helpful. The Mercedes Sprinter was really nice as well, it was just like the pictures online but it looked even more impressive in person. It comfortably fit 11 of us and tons of luggage for our 7 day cruise. The App feature that lets you track the vehicle is great as well, from the moment the driver is in route you can see how far he is so you can be ready to go. Overall very satisfied and would definitely recommend this company.

This was my first time using Cata Black Car service, and I’m very happy I did. I called them last minute for a very important VIP reservation for my boss and his family. He travels extensively and we use car services frequently, so our expectations were high to say the least. I reserved three Cadillac Escalades, and the booking was fast and easy, I think I spoke with the owner- Mick or Nick, sorry I can’t remember, but the man who took my call and handled the booking was communicative, thorough and understood my needs. They also paid attention to all the specifics of the reservation, making sure no detail was overlooked. Drivers all arrived to the private airport at Opa Locka early, and looked extremely professional and well dressed. The cars were all lovely and very clean inside. My boss and his family were very happy with the service and I am grateful for the overall pleasant experience. I will definitely be calling them again for all my car service needs!!
