I will never rent from Green Motion again! The workers are not friendly, highly unprofessional, and the cars are in poor condition. I booked/paid for my reservation online with priceline so I assumed the process of getting the car would be fast, but I was wrong. The process would have been faster if the workers weren’t laughing and talking amongst each other which slows down the check in process.This location has a lot of hidden fees that is not posted on their website or on Priceline. They don’t tell you that they charge you an additional daily fee of $13.99 for using their ezpass/sunpass (this is not including the toll charges you accrue.) I have never rented a car and had to pay separately for the use of the pass. The other option is $19.99 per day for unlimited use of the ezpass/sunpass. Then for daily insurance they charge you $157fee plus over $45 per day if you use their insurance. I opted out of this and decided to use my own personal insurance. Although, I have full coverage with my own insurance, they told me I had to leave a $1,000 deposit on top of providing them with my insurance policy information. I returned the car 3 days ago and the $1,000 is still showing up on my credit card account.When we finally get the car it looks as if it had been in an accident. There are paint chips, scratches, and dents all around the exterior and interior was filled with scratches. The workers run around the car doing a quick video, but don’t detail all the issues, especially those inside the vehicle. I would advise everyone to take their own personal videos/pictures if you decide to rent from here. Thankfully I did, because they were trying to charge me for scratches that already existed when I got the car. I had to leave the airport and return to the facility for one of the workers to say that the woman who checked the car didn’t look at the original video. Are you kidding me? It is their job to do a proper inspection and compare it to the original footage. They also gave me the car with half a tank of gas, no windshield wiper fluid, poorly cleaned/vacuumed, and a sun visor with food smudged across it. This place tries to scam their customers; the entire experience was very disappointing. Never have I ever had this type of interaction when renting a car! Sad to say I went to a more reputable car rental place after this and the process was flawless. I again placed my reservation online, checked in, signed paperwork, and got my car all within 5 minutes!

This business is a SCAM. I own a 2020 audi a6 and have full coverage. This is apperently insufficient insurance for them to rent me a car. They were more interested in charging me 60+dollars for insurance. Nickle and dime scam shop. Avoid this business at all costs. I would give 0 stars if i could

Very bad experience. They offer something online and you end up paying absurd extra amounts. if you have a Florida drivers license they give you LIMITED miles. absurd!! I was supposed to spend $ 135 renting a car for 6 days (the offer they gave me) and ended up paying almost $ 450.At the time of making the reservation online I paid insurance for the car, and upon arrival at check in I had to pay an extra $ 307.ALSO: if you have a Florida’s drivers license they don’t give you unlimited mileage. JUST 100 miles per day... dirty cars, paint in bad conditions.MISLEADING OFFER.SÚPER EXPENSIVE

Bathroom didn’t have any toilet paper and no soap. The antibacterial stations were empty in the common area/waiting room. Don’t have guests come inside of it cannot accommodate. A lot of hidden fees. Come on, why be in business like this? Not cool. Employees are nice they are great but the company policy and culture is not right.

Do not use this rental company. They nickel and dime you for absolutely everything. If you want to use your personal insurance, they take a deposit of $1000. You read that correctly. Their insurance is $35 which isn’t terrible but another tactic they use to make money. Then there’s the sun pass fee and on top of everything they don’t take Amex which was all I had in my wallet at the time so now there is a huge hold on my debit card which is universally understand as a terrible idea for preauthorizations. When I finally got my car, it was scratched up exterior and stained interior. TAKE A VIDEO OF YOUR VEHICLE, inside and out. Show that you are still in their parking lot. Honestly, spend a little extra to avoid the hassle. This was a terrible experience and the employees largely ignore you. Honorable mention, the car has roll down windows. Attached is a photo of the half eaten pound cake I found in my car, so add to the listen that they don’t clean their cars.

Do not I mean do not under any circumstances rent a car from here. I wouldnt even rent a bike from these people. They are a scam. They put one price through Priceline so you think that you paid for everything. When you get there they charge you fees per day that you had no clue of. Its ridiculous. Then the shuttle didnt come pick up is we had to pay for a taxi. Then under no circumstances do they answer the phone so you cant call them to ask question or arrange for a shuttle because they dont answer. If you want to enjoy your trip do not rent from here

I made a booking online though T-Mobile (worst mistake). When I got there they asked me for a $1000 deposit for a regular compact car. I asked why is it so much? They said it’s $1000 hold on your credit card for Florida residents and $500 for out of state. I never heard of such thing before. Please book at your own risk, they don’t issue any refund either. Very sketchy place.

Long wait time and astronomical hidden fees! They tell you one price and end up paying 3X the amount! Definitely a one and done. One positive- the employees there are nice, its a shame that they have to work under such a company.

The prices online may seem attractive, but there are lots of hidden fees. Some of them are very unconventional such as a $1000 deposit if you do not buy the insurance from them. There is a good chance your current auto insurance extends to rental cars. So, in most cases, you do not need insurance from rental companies. A $1000 deposit is very unnecessary, if not outrageous. Overall, it is an unfair and shady business. Also, we are still waiting for our refund after deciding not to rent a car!

I give 1 star and it is too much for this company.It is the worst rental car place.I found them at Priceline.com and the price was suppose to be 114 dollars and I finally paid 535 dollars because they charged a 50 dollars insurance per day and 20 dollars for tolls per day both Mandatory!They gave me a Dodge Caravan in very bad conditions and on my second day the car’s battery died and I had to go to the rental car place for pick up a different car.Was a completely mess!NO RECOMMENDED!!

RUN - DO NOT WALK - FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could leave zero stars (to mirror my experience), I would. ALSO, beware if you rent thru Priceline like we unfortunately did - Priceline does not care about your experience and will hold you hostage/accountable for the fees.I rented an ONSITE rental car from Miami International Airport.I tried to call the company - Green Motion - as soon as I learned that our flight was going to be 3 hours delayed (just as a courtesy to give them a heads up and to not give our car away). The number on the website doesnt pick up and I instead got a sketch text from what I presumed was the rental car agency, only they never responded to my texts.Fast forward, we arrived at Miami International Airport and made our way to the rental car center. Green Motion is NOWHERE onsite. No signage, no nothing. We had to sheepishly ask another rental agency - and the look on the customer service reps face instilled yet another layer of dread. She said we would need to call them so they could send someone to get us. I tried calling the website number (no answer, big surprise there) and then I tried calling the number in my email reservation. The voicemessage said to EMAIL them and theyd get to back us. When? Immediately? Because so far that hadnt happened. Im not going to email a car agency that were ready for pick up and just wait. Thats ridiculous. Anyways, a shuttle never came during the time we tired to secure a rental car with another agency.This place (and Priceline) is a complete joke - and youre better off (WAY better off) booking with Enterprise for a little more. Enterprise had us out and on our way in SEVEN MINUTES - totally not exaggerating!

I booked a package deal with Priceline and ended up with this con-artist car rental company. Please do not book with these crocks. I paid for my rental through Priceline but when I got to the airport to pick up my rental car Green Motion car rental was not even located in the airport. I had to wait a hour in a half for a stanky shuttle van to come pick me up with all of my belongings. When I got to Green Motion to pick up the car they told me I had to pay 400 more dollars for their insurance and 150 security deposit. I told them I had my own insurance full coverage. They said I couldn’t use my own insurance. That’s the scam. They make u buy their insurance after you already paid for the rental car.

Really bad car rental service. They add extra insurance charge when you arrived even when you show proof of your own coverage. They also add $20 a day for tolls + $150 deposit that I only got $120 back (I have no idea why) + $220 insurance. I booked the car through Booking.com which was $48 for 3 days and ended up paying 5x more at the counter.

Waited for 1.5 hours for a shuttle and it never came. Had to catch a cab and had to paid $25 to get to the location. Staff was very rude. Claims no manager on duty and refused to give me a number for the corporate office. I strongly recommend that you do not use this location at all and it needs new management or to be shut down immediately.

I do not recommend this place. I booked with them they said nothing in regards to a deposit however, upon arrival they wanted a $1000 deposit on top of a $14per day fee for tolls that didn’t include the actual toll fee. This amount was also non refundable. This location is also not located at the airport and they do not specify this. They have a shuttle but it was about a 45 minute wait.

All the good reviews should be fake, you have to take a shuttle from airport to go there when you can grab a rental car in the airport from any other company. Even though I bought an insurance when I booked my rental, they werent satisfied with it and made me buy another insurance, plus since I didnt buy the insurance from them( even though I bought one more from them as well) they put a $1000 deposit on my card. I’ll rather walk to the city instead of getting a car from them.

This company overcharged me without explanation and when I tried to inquire about it they had no explanation so they said they would call me back. They never happened and when I try to call they send a text saying they are unavailable to talk. Never respond. I am encouraging everyone to report to the BBB and dispute unwarranted charges with credit card company.

They try to tell you that you have to add the toll tag pass, WHICH YOU DON’T. Then they try to add insane insurance prices, WHICH YOU CAN USE YOUR OWN.AND you have to take a shuttle from the rental car center. With what you pay, you’re better off getting any of the other rental cars that are stationed at the airport.

I rented a car from T-Mobile travel app for 2 days July 9th to July 11th. It was already prepaid, and I received an e-mail stating when you arrive, just show them my driver license along with the credit card I paid. When I got there, I showed the service desk my credit card and my license, and she told me they don’t accept American Express, and I replied to her no need to because I already prepaid for it. She said that they need a different credit where they have to charge for insurance, for toll, and $200 deposit. When I showed her the e-mail in my phone, she canceled the reservation and asked me to call T-Mobile travel. One person who was witnessing the incident, referred me to a different rental, and I ended up paying 3 times the amount I prepaid for. Don’t ever do business with them, they are scammers. Their office doubles as airport parking service, which I paid for. When I came to pick up my car, I noticed that both the customers being served had rented cars and were being cheated out of money by this company. The guy on my left was being charged $50 extra per day, for a total of $150, for having State Farm. They said State Farm isnt on their list of required insurance companies so he had to be an additional insurance charge. The couple on my right were being charged a completely unreasonable sum for returning their car 4 hours late.The people who run this company take advantage of tourists who dont read the fine print. The wait times are insanely long and they hate answering the phone. Their office for airport parking is the same as for car rental. I called it more than a dozen times, but no one picked up, causing me to have to take a bus and Lyft to the office just to extend. They even turned the ringer off during regular business hours on Sunday. A horrible company no better than a criminal enterprise.

I was hoping the poor reviews on this place was just a fluke. We ended up having to rent a car from them because our other rental car was mistakenly cancelled. It seemed to be a decent deal for having to find a car so last minute. They don’t answer their phones. Took 15 minutes trying to call them before we got an answer. The shuttle arrived at the airport after 45 minutes when we were told 15 minutes. And then to our surprise, they required us to purchase their insurance which almost doubled the price of our rental. Very disappointed and wish I had a way out. Unfortunately we had limited options. Scammers for sure!

There are so many hidden fees that did not even make sense and it seemed like the unprofessional staff couldnt even legitimately explain what the fees were for. After all of these BS fees, the car was double the price of what we booked it. Ive never had such a horrible experience with any business ever. Not to mention we had a bad car where the license plate was partially held on by GUM.I seriously do not think it can get any worse than this. The only positive thing about Green Motion was the nice guy who drove the shuttle bus to and from the airport. This is terrible. Their catch is to put a very low price on the web, they say only pay “x” at check out. When you get there to pick up the car they start charging several insurance coverage that they do not really make clear when you click “booking”. I was supposed to pay $110 for 4 days, when I got to the place they are charging me $266. Additionally if you want to get the sunpass for toll coverage they charge $20 for unlimited and if you do not take it they charge $28 per toll as a ticket plus the cost of the toll. Finally, the lady in the front desk quite rude.

I would give zero stars if possible. Its been one month and a half and they STILL dont return me the security deposit of $150 that they are supposed to give back after 15 business days (under their own policy) of the end of the rental (May 28th). its July 12th and no news about my money. I called them and was told that they are going to investigate whats going on and that I should call them back. They say that the person in charge is not in the office right now... they are a scam. They just count on you to forget about the deposit you made. I wonder how much money they keep by not returning deposits to costumers, because once you leave the country it is very difficult to get ahold of them.

I was kind of skeptical because of the other reviews but my wife did the reservation anyways. Thank goodness we rented with GREEN MOTION! Super easy pick up from the international airport and drop off! Yes, you have to put a security deposit upon arrival and if you want the unlimited travel pass then you have to pay a little extra. Overall our experience was smooth the lady on the front desk (Leonela) I think is her name was super nice she explained everything in detail. Will be renting from them on our next trip to Miami.

We booked through Priceline because the rate was low and it said they were on airport. It’s not located on the airport, but a shuttle takes you to this sketchy area where there’s many other car rental places with beat up cars. The car itself drove fine but was dirty and had stains. Getting the car, we felt scammed. They require a credit card deposit, which we were prepared for, however you either pay a $1000 deposit or your forced to purchase their insurance and toll package PLUS another deposit. We had to get an Uber to the airport because the place wasn’t open until 8am and our flight left soon after that, even though the Google listing said open at 7am. Oh, and the deposit isn’t returned back to your card for 21 business days. A lesson learned for my husband and I to book through more reputable companies actually at the airport for a higher price and reliable service.

What a bunch of scammers and shady staff! This Greenmotion rental car company in Miami does not honor your car rental reservation made weeks in advance. After not pick you up at the airport and have their phone disconnected so you couldn’t reach them, They claim that are oversold and do not gave you a car you reserved unless you made a new reservation on the spot for insane prices. I was not the only one that day getting scammed, literally a line of 11 people with car rental reservations made in advance, and Greenmotion Miami Rental staff was auctioning the 1 car they said had available in site. Dirty business all around!

Worse service ever, I would have rate it 0 start if I could, on top of bad treatment and very rude and careless desk man, they have hidden fees and make you purchase mandatory insurance and use their sun-pass even if you have your own, and purchase insurance when you booked online your insurance won’t work, need and extra from them and they won’t accept some of the biggest auto insurance jcompanies like State Farm, they advice you to take pictures before leaving with their car do it if you have no other choice and had to rent from this awful company. The only positive remark is about the driver that took us there from the airport, he was a very nice person. A very bad experience, go somewhere else if you have to spend more cause you will here anyways, minimum $40 more per day.

We rented through a package deal on Priceline. Got there and were informed we owed an additional $342 for insurance and the Sun Pass. Plus an additional $150 deposit. Not disclosed on the site, not able to waive either. Deductible with insurance is $5,000! Then they did a video to document the cars condition which was to be emailed to us as well, no email. (I was smart enough to document condition with my own phone) The car we received had MULTIPLE dents, a popped out front fender, manual windows and locks. They were horrible, not professional and definitely would not recommend.

We rented a Nissan Versa and it broker down. We paid for a tow truck and then the engine light came on. We asked for another car and they wanted to give us a car with scratches and dents. The manager was so rude. He said we would be fine sine we had only 1 more day on the rental. He said the other cars were for people tgat were renting for a longer time. Where should we begin. 1 the directions that were given for the pick up area from the airport were confusing. 2 The phone number on the website and the directions were incorrect. If it wasnt for another rental company instructing us that the number on a list they go by was a different name we would still be stuck here. Finally after calling the new number they said its after your hours of reservation so the rental is cancelled. When you tell them the number you guys have is incorrect and Ive been trying to contact you is wrong. He said, we are sorry but there nothing I can do and the office is closed. If you call the 1800 number that appears on the website its to sell you car and health insurance. If this company is not fraudulent and have not been investigated I will make sure I find the powers that be to figure this out. Do not Do Not Do not Do not give this people your money. I waited 45 mins at the airport to be picked up , I called a Lyft which arrived at the same time as the van . Cancelled the Lyft and was charged $10. All that was still “Ok” but the fact that called 28 times and absolutely no one answered the phone ???? I was standing in 90 degree weather with a 5 year old and new born it was horrific ! I get to the location and asked the gentleman “Jose” (He said his name was) was this where I had been calling for the pass 45 mins ? He said no it goes to a call center, I went on to tell him that I had been waiting to be picked up for 45 mins . He literally shrugged - Literally! No apology nothing. Worst rental experience of my life. Do NOT RENT WITH THEM. I repeat do not rent with them. I called and spoke to a female employee over the phone to clarify rental trip and fees then booked the van on their website. Upon arrival the gentleman informed me there was an additional $700 fee for the commercial insurance and tolls. Keep in mind I already added those options, apparently the vehicle needed double insurance. He then continued to patronize me explaining no female employee worked there and I must have spoke to another rental company. Since he looked me up in the system its registered and I would be charged the original $650.00 and then laughed in my face when he saw how distrought I was. Given the late hour, and limited choices I was forced to shell out $1,250.00 for a 5 day rental. I truly hope the employees are paid well / given life insurance, with my horrible robbery of an experience I can see their life being at risk daily. Icing on the horrible cake which I was served for my birthday weekend when I returned the van 2 female employees were inside the location to great me.

This was the worst experience ever. false advertising this place is not located in the airport the have a driver pick you up. When I got there they charged me 200 dollars extra and gave me a car that was damaged in the front. The woman working there couldnt even tell me what year the car was. Drop off was a nightmare waited for over an hour and ended up missing my flight. please dont ever rent a car from here it not worth the headache.

Arriving to Miami can be an overwhelming experience. From airport to the car rental department, the MIAMover will show you the massive city. All you’ll want is a smooth ride to get where you need to be after traveling. I didn’t find anything to be smooth here.They don’t have a shuttle. We called the place itself only to be told she was servicing other customers. An hour later, she arrived and had us get in her van and show her our insurance policy. She knew the catch, and we found out that to get a car here, we’d need a better insurance policy (apparently one that covers at least $300,000?). We watched another woman go through the whole ordeal as well, only she had to pay for a taxi since the “shuttle” would never make it out her way (after being told “five minutes” was all it would take to pick her up, she had to ask what “five minutes” actually meant in the world of Green Motion...since she had called back several times every 10-15 minutes of waiting).I officially gave up watching this woman receive catch after catch that demanded she pay for insurance daily after putting down a deposit that apparently went nowhere.This was the worst start to a vacation I’ve ever had and can’t imagine how many people have been through similar experiences (the clerk seemed to know we’d have a rough time).It’s pretty foreboding when the welcome video playing in the lobby is instructing you to check the vehicle for dents...apparently, this company will charge hidden fees anywhere they can hide them.

Steer clear of this car rental. Rented through Priceline, upon arrival it turns out they don’t accept State Farm insurance but they would “do me a favor this one time”. Then when it came to them giving me a car, first one smelled like a giant weed bowl, second one was clean but steering was iffy at best. Bottom line, avoid it!

BBB rating is an F, I wish I would have checked reviews before I rented a car with Green Motion through Miami airport. Worst start to my vacation ever.Provided flight information and still waited over 45 minutes for their shuttle service. Hidden fees everywhere!! 300% price increase from original reservation rate. Priceline fee is just a reservation fee and does not go to price of car per front desk associate.Car was filthy and had previous customers receipt in it still. Car was beat up: dings, scratches and dents. Tire pressure light on, brakes squeaking and rubbing, horrible, horrible company. Do not do it!!!!

So Im from Maryland and tried to go on vacation for couple of days. I looked online and found Green Motion car rental in Miami, I booked it anyway eventhough the reviews are bad. I thought I could give it a try and hoping for the better. Anyway to make long story short. TO SAVE TIME AND MONEY ,NEVER NEVER NEVER book a car from here, I waited over 2 hrs at the airport for picked up, I had to called so many times before they came. When we get to the rental office, ONLY ONE PERSON WAS WORKING, SHE WASNT VERY NICE EITHER, BUT ITS OK. If you dont have the car insurance that they required, you have to pay $100 a day for their insurance, they asked us to pay additional $299 for 3 days rental plus car rental price....I wish there is no star because I dont think this place is worth any star. Im sorry but I had the worse experience here. GOOD LUCK TO WHOEVER WANNA TRY THIS PLACE. THE PRICE A LITTLE CHEAPER THAN OTHER PLACES, BUT ITS NOTTTTTT WORTH IT AT ALL.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I’ve traveled many times and have rented from other companies and never have I ever had an experience like this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. First car was BAD, the car didn’t want to speed up at all. Then we got an exchange and on our way to Orlando from Miami the tire decides to go flat, no spare tire no nothing!

I was skeptical about the price but I went ahead and reverse a car and hoping for the best. When I arrive they added extra fees to my total. They wouldnt let me use my car insurance and my credit card collision and damage coverage. To summarize; expect to pay way more than you see online, the cars are damaged, and the seats are not clean. I expected the car to be like new but instead, I received a beat-up car.

Probably the worst car rental place you could go. They have so many hidden fees that do not show up until after you do an online non-refundable reservation. I only rented for a few days and I ended up paying double what it said on Priceline because of tolls fee and deposits.

It wasnt terrible. But I do wish there was a couple of items that were explained before we got there. First we were charged about $100 extra for not having enough insurance. There is a certain amount you must have that we were not told about and had to pay more. Second was the $500 security deposit. This is for if the car is damaged in some way. Again, didnt know about it til I got there. On top of it all, its not at the airport like its says on the address. You have to call them to pick you up and drive you to the building just a little ways from the airport. Honestly by the end me and my girl decided that next time we are just going with Hertz or Enterprise because they are actually in the airport and never cause us this much hassle.

This place is terrible do not rent here. They only have one person attending customers. The most unprofessional employee in the world. The insurance policy here is really terrible if you don’t have 150,000 in liability get ready to pay for their insurance. I will never come here again. They made me wait over an hour at the airport. No shuttle. Had to rent an Uber to get to their location. Overall terrible experience negative 10 stars from me if I could rate that bad.

Absolutely terrible experience. Will never rent from them again. Terrible car and terrible service. Hit with so many ridiculous fees. $14 per day rental turned into $45 dollar per day rental at the counter. When asked if there was a cancellation fee, I was told that it was $50 (more than the contract) and the amount I had already paid ($65) would not be refunded. My only choice was to rent the car with the add-ons or lose $100.

10/10 would NEVER recommend this place. I paid everything for my rental online and once we went to pick it up they added so many fees. We understood the deposit even though at the time of booking it was never mentioned, but after that he gave us a total of $479 that we needed to pay at the spot beside the $500 deposit. We were confused and in shock because there was no logical explanation for that extra $479 charge and when we asked what our online payment of $200 covered they said “nothing that is just to reserve your spot and days.” I honestly cancelled everything and lost my $200 because I refuse to pay the extra money without them giving me a good explanation for it. Just save yourself a headache and find another place.

Honestly one star is high for this company. Terrible place to try and rent a car. Complete rip off company selling car insurance. If you book thru a third party it makes it even worst. Isn’t an American company they don’t even pay taxes so don’t waste your time. From rude service in person to very bad economy cars. Go to the bigger names this place charges $30 A day on top of the daily rate. Bunch of rude Latino men not trying to accommodate anyone. Place should be closed down. I had a rental car reservation as part of a flight/hotel/car package for our trip to Miami. Our plane was scheduled to land at 8pm, but was 30 minutes late due to bad weather. By the time we got off the plane and found our way to the rental car area it was around 915pm. We couldnt find this company on ANY sign in the airport. I checked my confirmation and there was no mention this place was off site. I called the company at 930pm asking where they were located. He gave me an address but then told me they were closed! I told him I had a reservation. He said my pickup was at 830pm, so since I was late, they CANCELLED my reservation! I explained the flight was late due to weather. He just said were closed. I asked how I was supposed to get my car and get to the hotel.. he told me to call an Uber! I asked if I was still going to be charged and he said he didnt know.He was ABSOLUTELY ZERO help and rude. He did not care at all that we were stranded .I will be complaining to Priceline tomorrow as well!

Horrible experience. They offer me something online and I ended up paying absurd extra amounts. They force me to take their insurance, bc they say they do not take USAA, what rental place dont. Omg! I was charged one price that I purchase online. When I got to the place I was supposed to spend $ 160 renting a car for 4 days (the offer they gave me) and ended up paying almost $ 400.Then the rental car they were trying to give me had been in a wreck. The right side of the bumper was coming off. Talking bout I had to take it. I tried to cancel, she said its too late, and I cant get my money back. So I had to pay an additional $50, to get another car. I was pist. The family that was behind me hurried up and cancel their trip online. The cars are not taken care of, dont run smoothly, have all kinds of scratches and dents on them.It was my first and last time. I will never ever rent from them again.By the way. They dont have a customer service rep, you can talk to. You have to email their support team. Very rude company over the phone. Pick up was supposed to be at 9, but they arrived almost 40 minutes late. Then when we arrived we learned there’s an additional $200 fee for insurance, which was NOT listed on their website. The driver that took us to the office was nice, and seemed as if he understood the problems within the business. Overall, horrible first experience in Miami.

Poor customer service to start with. I had to take a taxi from te airport to their place becasue they do not shuttle often and do not answer calls. LOTS OF HIDDEN CHARGES. The van i was provided with was dirty. Personel is very rude and unprofessional. Charges that were supossed to be only a hold in my credit card didnt get refunded, even after they told me they would be refunded within 3-5 business days. I had to make a dispute to get that money back from them becasue they would not talk to me. Employees would answer and hagn up the phone.The most horrible experience. NEVER WILL RENT A CAR FROM THEM AGAIN.
