High traffic. Quick pace car wash. Lord of space for cars to do their own interior vacuum and trash dumps. Vacuums have great suction (nothing worse that vacuums that don’t vacuum 🤦🏽‍♀️). Staff is polite. Quick in. Quick out. Even when they are busy!

They always do an amazing job at making sure my vehicle is sparkling clean both inside and out. I love coming here. I’m a regular and everyone is real friendly about what you need whether it’s quarters, or help with recommendations and even how you want the inside of your car cleaned. They’re attentive and best part is that they’re fast because they tend to have 2-3 people working on your car at once.

Nice that you can vacuum your car for free before going through automated service or pay extra to have them vacuum it and towel dry the car, dress the wheels n tires etc.Bonus is cust waiting area with high speed fans for those hot days!Very clean restrooms as well and good cust service.Have 30 mins avail during late afternoons if you get the full service like I did.Edit: try an hour. Was told 30 mins been an hour and still not done.

My car was not vacuumed out, not armored alled, my wheels were not shined. I paid for a 20.00 honey coat wash and and intensive interior. I go here all the time I was very dissatisfied. I normally get Teresa and Kenny, but they were off I got a different person. Didnt realize the carpet issue till got home and replaced my mats cause they werent put back in right.

Very good! Bought a monthly pass because it makes excellent financial sense! I have been using Busy Bee for a long time! Today had some type of sap that wasnt coming off even after the car wash and the guys detailing helped using spray and razor to get it off! The windshield was back to sparkling clean and clear!

I understand is hard to get stuff at this time if the year but you need to find a way to at least schedule more people to work on the weekend. I had to wait over 90 minutes to get my car cleaned. Such a bad experience

My wife and I love Busy Bee and have been coming here for years. The staff is always friendly and the quality of service is excellent. You can’t beat the convenience and pricing of the fast pass option. Best deal in town. The operation is well managed too.

I have a challenger with custom rims. I pay the $42 package. I has my car looking better than when I use my pressure washer. It even shines the tires somehow. I love this place.

For pros: is convinient and quick, staff is helpful.I would not suggest you go beyond their average cleaning service. I paid for the intensive, i am just a household of 2, so the back is never messy. When i got the car back i had to aske to please vacuum something from my drunk as they did not even open it and the car inside: they missed a coffe cup lid next to the drivers seat... so, only imagine everything else.

Zero Stars if possible due to zero attention to detail.I use this car wash all the time for external washes and they have been great. I came in first thing today for a wash and detailing which cost me just over $50. I waited an hour for my car, and nobody let me know it was ready so I finally went over to ask and they said I was all set. I looked inside and could not believe that this was ready. I called the manager over to look and he called over the guy who cleaned it originally, and after a few moments of pointing out more and more to him I realized that this guy simply doesnt understand what hes doing and I have already wasted enough time here. At least now I know never to waste my time and money here again. Nothing was cleaned, just armor all sprayed over dirt, and next to nothing besides the mats were vacuumed. Please have a look at these images and decide for yourself if this is what you expect your car to look like after being detailed. I would stay away.

I own a white car and this is a second and last time I give this car wash a try. Car does not come out clean. Rims dirty, back bumper dirty. Yes personnel is lovely but I come here for a clean car, so if you fail with that I’m sorry I will not come back.

This is our go-to car wash place. They offer free vacuuming, which you do yourself. Then you drive forward to the car wash itself. Easy peasy. It goes fast and you drive out nice n clean!!

Quick and efficient, and a reasonable price. Car comes out thoroughly cleaned and dried! The tape on the back windscreen wiper is a nice touch too. The free to use vacuum cleaners are an added benefit.

The staff and services provided are second to none no other car wash comes close.

I been going to busy bee for years I have an account my mom and my sisters also have a fast pass account But I feel like David one of the managers takes his job too seriously. Im really thinking about cancelling my account and my familys account and heading over to spin. Keep in mind that we moved from north Miami to plantation and we drive all the way to north Miami just to go to busy bae car wash. But David is seriously making us think about cancelling our account.

Their automated car was very good for the price and getting the car hand dried left my black car streak free. Highly recommend.

As much as I loved customer service I wasn’t impressed with the wash service at all. As I asked for Intensive interior (detail) wash i still got stains and dust everywhere. Instead of focusing on removing stains and actual cleaning, I got shine treatment all over the interior including the plastic surfaces,so they look all smudged and are sticky and oily including the steering wheel.Also gaps are not vacuumed.Overall not happy. Will keep looking for a better place.

Excellent place to wash your vehicle. You have different stations for diy or have the staff clean and detail. There is an air conditioned waiting room with vending machines with chips and sodas. Excellent service and friendly staff. Been coming to this facility for over 20 years. Friendly staff and great customer friendly manager. Highly recommend

Best drive through car wash. Never have to go through a 2nd time and the light effects are a nice unique touch to experience while youre going through. Having the hand detailing is nice although I never do it. I only wish the vacuums were setup after the drive though. It makes it kinda awkward when you just want to vacuum and leave because the setup of the lot.

In November I signed up for a for a monthly fast pass. And 3 weeks later canceled it because I was not using it. It’s been 5 months and they will not stop charging my account. I call and write emails to speak with someone but “due to COVID” they are understaffed. They look plenty staffed when I have driven by. Have had to open a claim with my bank but bank account get money back because nobody answers the phone at BUSY BEE. Poor customer service. Thieves. They owe me $100.

So, So at best... Sadly after paying to have the car cleaned in & out , I had to finish cleaning it up at home. Would not recommend.

Ill say it quick first :For the Light interior (which is 12 $ + ultimate honey coat - 14 $) that I paid,I could expect a little more basic cleaning. (Dusty car came out after being done)The exterior is the reason for the no less than 2 stars,because it did for the money .As my car got out with dust all over my dashboard and front panel... I can assure you they didnt wipe anything,just air streaming and windex. (Specially when I pointed at a dirty spot to the nice guy outside).And that all after they got a pretty clean and super neat car from me since I vacuumed inside first and took al my stuff out!!!!I always go places and hoping that they will prove me a better clean job,and then I end up wipe my car myself right after.Ill share some pics before (neat and vacuumed) and after .

I always have a great experience here! The car wash is a smooth and easy process. Also, the interior cleaning service is excellent! Though I wish they would offer a monthly package for interior & exterior cleanings, I dont have any complaints.

Went in today to have my car cleaned to have an employee be incredibly rude to me to the point that I used to love this car wash, now I dropped it from 5 stars to 1 and I am even thinking about never going back and ending my membership. The customer service here is horrible.

Great carwash for quick wash especially if you get the membership, which allows you to wash your car daily if you wish for a low cost.

Im enrolled in their 30a month membership, , on 04/03/21 i spoke to a manager regarding a missing car part that fell off in the machine car wash tunnel, he told me to come on sunday and ask a different manager. Went there today and spoke to 4 different employees who tried to get a hold of him and they all failed to so. The place is great for the quick machine wash i am willing to give them a second chance but they need to step up their customer service starting with their managers.

I go right before they close around 6:45pm-7:30pm for the car wash and theres absolutely no lines. I feel that I get quality around this time because the car wash crew is happy the day is almost over so they tend to be excited. Fresh soap, fresh wax, fresh rain-x because they prepare it all for the following day. Also, at night the lights inside the car wash seem to scintillate as your car is washed & moved in neutral. I personally enjoy listening to my favorite artist with the a.c. on high enjoying the car wash. I wish the experience was longer.

In general a good place with good prices! However, there is one thing to improve... The staff should pre-wash both side of the car instead of one, with tires included before driving into the tunnel.

I like Busy Bee car wash. They offer the free vacuums and the self service car wash areas as well from their car wash packages that are also a great way to keep your car looking tip top.

Paid to get my car interior cleaned, instead I have new scratches and a half done job.Before you start cleaning a car plz make sure your rag is clean so u dont scratch the car ur cleaning next. Would of put more pics up but cant see it very well on camera.If your not going to do something right dont do it at all.Never Again.

Managers are nice but, nobody there can clean a car. I paid 50$. For Scion FRS! A 2 door two-seater car. And they still managed not to clean the car correctly. And they made the whole car slippery with their products. Hair all over the seats. And they use dirty towels to clean the interior car. If it was a 15$ it would have been OK. I feel ripped off giving them 50$ for what they did. Three people cleaned the wheels including two managers. (pictures below)Update: : To Owner, I dont want to be bribed if you truly want to be helpful. Teach your managers and employes how to wash a car.

Ive gone to busy bee multiple times and Im generally unhappy with the service. The first time I paid $16 for the top wash and within a week the wax had disappeared. Now Ive tried the Basic package twice which is underneath the top package for $12 and both times my rims were still dirty, my hood had spots all over it and there were bird dropping spots on the windows still. This third and final time I took photos 5 minutes after the wash in a parking lot because I was amazed that my car was still dirty. I rated this 3 stars because I do like the free mat cleaning and air suction for the interior before the wash.

Full service to do it yourself. Best prices, get what you pay for.

I have been with this car wash for over 10 years now only because its convenient and close to me but when it come to customers service its a total failure. They have scratch for me 2 cars for and their excuses were unacceptable but now they just scratch my third car and I cant hold it anymore its a brand new car less than a month and first wash ever but their excuse was the machine go around the car if not my whole should have get that scratch base on a manager on duty at that time my question is how the car is moving and they machine to each side . Now i realized they here to make money not to give great service to loyal customers for past 10 years and all this time I had membership with them that they charged every month for. My advice to whom ever that want to get service there be very careful and check your car before you leave property or stay away hand car wash your car its safer

Meh. Price for detailing is ok, but taking waaaaaay too long. Miami time exaggerated. When they say 30 min be prepared for over an hour.Its a great value for vacuuming the inside.Just between you and I, make sure to check the work before you leave, sometimes they forget to clean sections of the car.

I went last Friday around 8.40pm to wash my car. When I put the Bills to get the quarters the only device available for customers was not working , so called for customer service and a nice guy came outside to tell me that the device is only operational from 9.00 am despite the fact that the advertisement clearly state it is effective from. 7.00 am????. I have to leave....very disappointed. Please management take a look into this. You are losing money for no reason!!!
