It will get packed for certain music events. The air ventilation could use some work. I went there for a Night Bass event as well as for Adam Beyer and it got quite toasty within the venue. Luckily you can step outside to take a breather but once step back it feels like an oven.
Not a bad establishment. Event we went to was run nice and had good food however it smells like pee outside and the entire outside of the building is lined with homeless people yelling to you while you walk to your car. I wouldn’t feel comfortable coming to this place alone.
The best place to host large scale events! Any size events! Caterer on site providing excellent food and beverage service as well!
Great sound, great drinks, and they have awesome restaurants in the area.POOR VENTILATION! Wear a T-shirt.I made the awful mistake of wearing a cashmere sweater. dont ask.
Good location to accommodate a large crowd. Bathrooms were good. A/C was pretty good despite entrance being wide open.
There are too many squatters sitting outside of this venue and it completely destroys the standards that Soho is promoting. Also, the only bathrooms here are 2 filthy porta potties without any sinks to wash your hands.
I called this place today around 4pm and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. Im a student doing a project on meetings and conventions and was just calling to find out some general information. When I called I explained this to her and began by asking her if Soho Studios was the same as the Wynwood Convention Center. She replied by saying that it was Soho Studios. I asked her again was the Wynwood Convention Center the same as Soho Studios and she again said that it was Soho Studios. I again said Maam what Im asking is if it is the same as the Wynwood Convention Center? Is it all in one or separate? She replied Maam what Im telling you is that its Soho Studios. I asked her if I could speak with someone else and she said that no one else was available in a passively aggressive rude way and I then asked her for her name, which she said was irrelevant. I asked her again and she proceeded to give her end of call speech and hang up in my face. I called right back and did not receive an answer. I honestly dont understand the reason for the extremely poor service when I was just calling to get general information.
Bathrooms were just a bunch of filthy porta potties, and the portable hand washing station ran out of water and paper towels half way through the event. The Soho Studios venue staff wouldnt let me fill my water pack at the water fountain, even though the event organizer explicitly stated empty hydration packs would be allowed in. Since there was no fresh running water I had access to, I had to spend $7.50 on a water bottle at the bar every time I needed water. Very disappointing. To be clear, it was the venue staff, not the event organizer, who refused to let people access the water fountains. This was a disgusting display of greed and poor organization.
10$ for a bottle of water what a pathetic place. It was warm and small bottle for 10$ when you have people sweating all over and heat exaustion and they charge 10$ for water really bad needs to be changed.
The RealDeal event every year is the best!
In the middle of the hood. The money you save in doing an event here you will spend in police and security. Dont think its worth it .
Awesome venue for events here in Miamis Wynwood district!!
Went for a Facebook for Business event. It was awesome.
Name squatting. Bad form. This is Soho studios not Art Basel Miami. Art Basel is a trademark of Messe Schweitz CH
Great venue in the heart of Wynwood
