Owner Mario was super responsive & easy to work with! Driver Omar also gave great service! Me and my friends used this party bus service for my friend’s bachelorette party! I would definitely recommend and use again!

Miami Shuttle is the most unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with. We are on a family vacation and booked with them to pick us up from the airport. We told the driver multiple times that we didn’t think we had paid for the service. The driver said that we paid and even called the owner to confirm that we paid, which he said we did.Once we were dropped off, we did not have our phones (because we are on vacation in Miami). The owner called our cellphone multiple times, which were unanswered. When he did not get a response from us, this was the message that was sent to us.The driver was great and was tipped well. This is written without any negativity towards him.

Owner texted us very disrespectfully and just outright rudely. The driver was very nice and helpful but told us we had already paid when we asked about payment. We didn’t remember if they took a card when we made the plan. We missed some of his calls due to the fact of being on vacation and we did finally pay them once we got there message. Even though the owner was so outright disrespectful and mean.

I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to work with Miami Shuttle Van and Mario to plan a boy’s golf weekend. There were 12 guys on the trip and Mario made the transportation planning seamless. He was very responsive, accommodating, and professional. I would highly suggest using Miami Shuttle Van for any type of event transportation.

Miami Shuttle Van was responsible for transportation for our arrival and departure to/from the airport and providing us with a party bus! They were on time for both services and very professional. The party bus❤ The decorations and cleanliness of the party bus was breathe taking. Everything we needed for the party/my best friends 34th bday was provided. I decided to plan my best friend’s birthday party with our group, it was a surprise party and I contacted Mario a month before the event this was on December, 2020 and the event was on January, 2021. Along the way he was explaining everything in terms of COVID precautions, prices and recommended places where we were able to stop. He was very helpful, the Bus was amazing 🤩 and we had a blast. That is why I am giving a rate of 5 stars. I truly recommend their services and I can guarantee you will have the best time!!!!

We had our family visiting town a few weeks ago and these guys were great. we were all working so we couldnt go out and get them but we wanted to make sure they were treated right. we had Miami shuttle pick all of them up in their own private van and they said the driver was really nice.will definitely use again!

Spoke to Mario on the phone and he was very rude. He kept talking over me and cutting me off. He gave me a higher rate on my invoice then the quote he previously told me on the phone. I asked to speak to his manager Carlos and he said that hes only for important phone calls. I requested again to speak the manager and he repeatedly said that thats not necessary. Take price or leave it he said. Very rude and disrespectful. Dont do business with them. They dont know customer service.
