Called yesterday for a quote on a large mirror that was broken in our rental property. Allen quoted over the phone a rough estimate without seeing it based on my imperfect measurements and he was very close, ended a bit more expensive but that is because I was slightly off. Allen and Diego came next day (today), took away the broken mirror and got precise measurements, came back within 40 minutes with the new mirror and installed it. Fast and great service! I never write reviews, but after seeing the negative comments on here I had to explain my experience. I was given their phone number from a friend who raved about the company and Alan. I just bought a new home that needed major renovations. I called to schedule an appointment to have him come out and give me an estimate. Alan called that morning to confirm the time and then again when he was about 20 minutes away. When he did arrive he was professional and honest. He did not try to over sell me and in fact told me I actually needed less than I thought. We scheduled the installation for later in the week. Once again, I received a call in the morning and when the crew was 20 minutes away. I have had work done in my home over the years, but never has any company been so meticulous. The job was perfect! Even better there was no clean up when they left. After drilling, hammering and screwing there was not one piece on my floors. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for perfection. I will definately be using them again. Thank you.

I called Alan the other day and he was so helpful and nice.I took him my measurements my glass was ready in less then 5 minutes. If I ever need to repair a window again Dallas Glass and mirror will be my only stop

Called for a quote based on the positive reviews and description of custom-cut glass. I communicated the rep the specifications of the mirror I needed, he said he didnt want to do it, and hung up. Typical subpar, rude service; Im sure theres a better way of communicating with prospective customers.

I needed it a shower door for my bathroom .They gave me a free estimated they gave me a great price and installed it in less than a week after .The installer, Michael n Diego came right on time ,n made sure everything was clean after they finish .
