My Launch experience began in the Fall of 2015. My daughter, Sydney, had a strong desire to become a fashion model. With no experience or knowledge about the industry, we searched places throughout Louisiana looking for one that was reputable, and one that would have her best interests at heart. Launch was hands down the Academy we were looking for!Sydney enrolled in both modeling and acting classes, drove 3.5 hrs from Alexandria to New Orleans once, sometimes twice a week . The instructors are all true professionals. They taught Sydney everything she needed to know in order to be successful. The staff at Launch know the entertainment business inside and out!! They also care about each and every student, and are always available when issues arise.We are so blessed to be a part of the Launch family.Sydney signed with Nomad Management, and has been in Asia since Jan 2017. Shes been in numerous magazines abroad and has had the opportunity to model in Singapore, Malaysia and is currently in Seoul. Next stop -- Bangkok! My daughter Bianca was scouted by Launch in the beginning of 2015 when she was 14. Of course I was very protective of my daughter. She wanted to be a Model and dreamt of walking the runways of NY, London, Milan and Paris. We knew no one or nothing about making this dream a reality.First person Bianca met with was Model coach Ms Jessica and she instantly felt a connection with her. From there we met with Craig Malgelby and Ashley Wilkinson who were patient, very knowledgeable and could offer Bianca the training and support she needed. She took modeling classes and acting classes which she loved!By June of 2015 Bianca was headed to Los Angeles where she signed with a Top Model Agency NEXT Model Management. She spent two summers in L.A. where she did Test Shoots with top photographers, casting and booked jobs.Now in 2017 Bianca is in New York where she is living her dream and its only the beginning.All of this happened because the training, dedication and support she received from the whole Staff at Launch Model and Talent!What a wonderful experience Bianca, myself and my family have had with Launch. We have met so many wonderful people along the way and can call Launch our family.

My daughter has been attending Launch for over a year now. We love the staff, the school is always clean, and the instructor are top notch. Allanahs dream is to live in LA and act and model. Thanks to Launch and the amazing teachers we will be making our second trip to LA this year next month!! Thanks to Launch and their guidance, she has the opportunity to pursue her ambitions. We drive 5 hrs to class because it is an amazing school and will continue to do so. They believe in every child they accept and work to make them successful.

Based off of what I have seen so far, I was really impressed with Launch Model and Talent as a whole. They really care about your education and family support. Mrs. Tadasay, the lady who interviewed me, really put a lot of emphasis on that. She was very helpful and friendly, and she was really impressed with who I am as a person and how I carried myself. The one thing I remember her telling me about agents is that they look for training. After talking to someone like her, you would be ready to jump on board immediately because you could tell that they are very legit. The only thing that may turn people away from doing the program would be the cost. However, I believe if you are passionate and really want to pursue a career in acting or modeling, then Launch Model and Talent is definitely the route you would want to take. There are four different packages, and I did the package called Silver Level. I get 6 months to do the training, and within those 6 months, I have 6 attempts at getting an agent. They get agents to come out every month so clients can audition. The review that I am writing is based off of my experience so far. In 6 months, I will write out another review to let you know my overall experience, whether it is good or bad. However, I doubt that any bad will come in play.

From what Im reading about the school it seems great. Last year I got the chance to do a shoot with Levis jeans and from there I felt that I wanted to do modeling. Im also a good actor and I was looking for school that I could goto and it seems like this is it. Im fairly new to all this so if I do plan on enrolling I hope I learn a lot. As for planning classes would I need to call or do I come to the building and setup classes there? I would really appreciate if you guys got back to me because this is something that I feel can take me places.

My kids started Launch Model and Talent in June 2015. Since then they have evolved in ways I could have never imagined! They have also received and experienced multiple opportunities that we would not have access to if they were not students! My family and I are truly grateful for our relationship with Launch!

Absolutely wonderful place! My son started with them around one year ago...he has gotten training from amazing working actors, an agent in the Southeast area, an agent in Los Angeles, and a manager! Even in the midst of a personal crisis within my family, my Launch family stepped up and offered assistance and that is worth more than anything to my family. Very good-hearted people and they do care about their clients.... not just on a business level, but personal as well. We cannot thank them enough and can never repay them for their kindness and their drive to help my son succeed!! Blessed to have them in our lives!

Launch is my home, my friends, my family! I spend more hours at Launch than I spent on UNOs campus and I have a Bachelors in Science lol. They saw something in me, FIVE YEARS AGO, that I didnt even believe enough in myself to see... did I mention I came in at 27! They encouraged me to step outside of my comfort zone, modeling, and cross-train with Acting. What a blessing! I have been challenged, made great friends who love and support me and have been coached and developed by some of the best working actors in this region! It has all made me a better person. Im given the opportunity to see things from different perspectives through characters I play in class, roles that allow me to grow and develop as my career does the same. An amazing place to train and stay active as a working actor. I actually met my Agent when I auditioned for them live at my scheduled Agent Audition Appointment, they do these monthly, I got signed!! Now I have Agent Representation, SAG-Eligible and am working on TV/FILM/COMMERCIALS. Id say the program is for those who want to get out in industry and start to work professionally. Do the research, trust the process, be patient, theyre the best way to really get started professionally, Im sorry I didnt write this sooner.

My Daughter Cailey started Launch Model & Talent a little over 2 years ago. Our experience over the last 2 years has been a blast and we owe it all to our Launch family!!! From the receptionist to the scouts, the acting/modeling coaches, the director and the owner, the entire staff are always so helpful and want to see you be successful and they truly do everything they can to guide you down the road to success!!! In the last 2 years, Cailey has signed with an agent in the Southeast region, New York, and LA, as well as a manager in LA. She has booked 6 commercials, 7 films, and 2 TV series, as well as getting the opportunity to model in LA and for New Orleans Fashion Week!! I could go on and on about how Launch Model and Talent has been such a blessing to us!! We LOVE our Launch family and definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a great experience!!!

No such thing as getting you with a national agency.I am a SAG and AFTRA franchised agent and pro athlete agent, as well as a WGA Signatory.ANY legit agency CANNOT charge you for ANYTHING but booking fees period, no head shots, acting classes, end of story.If they arent listed on SAG WEBSITE under franchised talent and/or modeling agents you need to get one anywhere nationwide that is, as all legit agents get all nationwide notices through SAG.No such thing as getting you prepared to audition for agents. Agents dont audition, we rep models, actors, comedians, screenwriters, and pro soccer players in 30 states and 5 countries and NEVER had one audition.Your auditions are what we get you for print shoots, commercials, VO, TV and film.We successfully closed down 2 of these scammers in Florida illegally using our names as contacts.In fact a LEGIT agency CANNOT legally be affiliated with any of these scam artists, also they can refer you to numerous photographers with far better results than any photos on this site which most couldnt be used for any purpose at a average cost of $150-$300.As for acting my advice for best experience at ZERO costs to you or your child is community theater, church or school productions, student films for local universities or 48 hr films to get started.I hope this honesty helped, because you darn sure wont get it here.One final statement, since I was invited to call, I did, and had the unfortunate, but expected results from the extremely arrogant and unknowledgeable owner of Launch, as to the acting and talent industry, with a final statement before he very rudely hung up stating and that, he had more money than God.This business is tough enough without being taken advantage of, so please take the above advice from a former full time working actor, and current legit agent or a fast talking salesman.

I love the staff at Launch model and talent!!! They have molded my boys (Jansen and Kade Twiner) and my beautiful daughter Ragen Twiner into some entertainers!!!! And we have met some pretty awesome people along the way!!!! We wouldnt be where we are today if it wasnt for their fantastic acting and modeling coaches they have here!!!!! We drove from Mississippi to come here under the pertinence that the where a modeling agency. . after we got here we where informed that they are not a modeling agency. . they only wanted to. Not happy at all with how ive been treated !! Theyve got they wanted from me now im sittin here without what i paid for months ago !!!

Ive perused all the reviews and I can only SMH at the negative ones, but I guess what WC Fields said was true...:) I just started here two weeks ago; Ive been studying and working as much as possible in the local film business and am in my sixth year now. Ive worked enough gigs to be union eligible as an actor. I havent studied under EVERY acting teacher in this area, but certainly most....we get out what we put in, timing is everything, sometimes student and teacher might not jibe....all that to say this: Launch by far is the very best training Ive personally come across in this area, by far. Look up their instructors on imdb-- they are working actors with extensive training, decades of work and knowledge are here for you--and the instructors work one on one with you in class on your specific needs. As for the rates, considering you can get everything you need at one place with Launch, lessons--scene study, commercial acting, audition technique, improvisation, agent and manager auditions, headshots... I think its the best deal around. If youre not serious and committed about becoming a working actor, this place is probably notfor you. Do your research on everything you can before you commit to anything--believe me, Ive learned the hard way! Im really glad I researched Launch:)

Classes arent that great. Adults will be in classes with 7 and 8 year olds. One teacher talked about herself the whole time. They suck you in by telling you that you need their expensive classes just to audition for their agency. One of the workers asked my income and if I had kids to take care of since I couldnt afford the $2500 tuition. I dont even have kids. Stay away! This place is a scam and the only thing they are selling is a false dream.

I joined launch expecting to be scammed a little bit, but I wanted to be a model. All the top agencys get so many photos sent to them I knew theyd never see mine. I couldnt even stand or walk in heels without looking like a baby deer. Launch not only got me signed up with NEXT Worldwide, but they took me and helped me grow as a person. I learned how to show confidence to everyone who sees me, instead of just being confident with myself. I learned how to walk down a runway like a pro! I come from a very small town, where a lot of people have never even traveled outside of the state. And here I am at 23, I have gotten to live in Los Angeles, China, and Greece because of modeling. Im now planning my move to Greece where I will continue to model around Greece and the rest of Europe, and surrounding countries, and keep Greece as my home base where I have gotten the privilege to meet the man of my dreams! I would never be here living out my wildest dreams if I wouldnt of sent my photos to Launch! They are honest, there wasnt one thing they said they would do that they didnt do! Its a team at Launch, they pushed me when I didnt want to be pushed but I didnt give up because I knew with their help and my effort I could get closer to my dreams! And they were filled faster then I could process. I only wish I could of started going to classes at Launch earlier, what I have learned has been helpful for more then even just modeling, or acting. Its been life changing, and I couldnt of asked for more!!

They were horribly rude and sent out an envite to audition for National Agents then said only if you buy classes and yelled at me for ten min because I did not want them. Very mean to me.

This place is a joke. They want you to sign a contract but they dont follow through with what they promise you. I just read these reviews, and I can tell they didnt take kindly to anything less than a 5 star. These people are in the entertainment buisness, so when they say they take pride in their honesty?? PffftThey take pride in lying about being honest. The staff is friendly enough, except for Ashley(industry network director), she wants everyone to give 100% effort, yet they only give 50% here and there when it is convenient for them. They tell you to audition for a slot. Puhleez you or your child could look like shrek, and they would accept you as long as you have money, and that is a fact, not my opinion. These one-on-one evaluations are usually nothing more than the sales people aka talent scouts evaluating the parents for financial means. They look at the clothes the parents are wearing and other factors to decide which package to try to sell. They try to get you to make a decision on the spot by claiming that this opportunity will go to another kid if you do not do it NOW! Why the time constraint? Simple, Launch & model does not want you to go home and think about it, ask your friends or do your research.On the paperwork, They tell you certain instructors will be teaching you or your kid, but you wont get the top instructors/actors unless you actually do have talent. Then Ashley the bully will have an initial group meeting with the newcomers, but not everyone gets that meeting, and then Ashley sarcastically says, you have my number, you could have asked me any question you wanted. 🙄🙄🙄ummmm ya dont know what you dont know, and for the other obvious reasons such as, I AM A NEW CLIENT obviously new clients are not going to know the right questions to ask until much later when it is too late.These people are in the entertainment buisness! They get paid whether you succeed or not. They are quick to lead you to believe that they are an agency, they wont actually say they are, but they most certainly imply it. This is where the hard pitch begins. They tell you that your child has all the potential to be the next big star, but only if they take some very expensive acting classes from them, buy an expensive portfolio, or a number of other services they are trying to push. For example, They never come out and actually say they “are casting for PBS Kids , because that would be fraud. But they play on words to make you believe that they are somehow affiliated with certain PBS Kids( i am just using PBS kids as an example)They drop names of the famous stars. When they go to california, they will have the client audition for a slot, again they dont care if you have talent and embarass yourself in front of thousands of people, all they care is that you pay . please dont become a sucker like me. I hope launch & model doesnt get offended by my review, because it is not personal, it is just buisness. At least that is what i was told by them. 🙄Just keep your hard earned money. You dont need them to get into auditions. If they knew all the right people, then why arent they famous? just saying. Dont take my word for it, just do your research and you will see that what i am saying actually IS true.
