I had a Brazilian Wax with Alex and I’m not happy at all.I designed to give Sugar Me Wax a try because they have good reviews. The names were mentioned in good reviews might be good but I have Alex and she is terrible.I have the service with Alex on 9/23 and my pelvic hair is already looking / feeling like porcupine on 9/26. She didn’t hold down on one end while she was pulling from other end which led to unclean wax result due to hair broke.My last wax with Ali Cat’s Spa was such a good experience and I didn’t go there this time because my relocation residency is farther. :(If you want to give Sugar Me Wax a chance, I suggest you not to go with Alex.

It was my first time ever getting a Brazilian and Sam was so incredibly nice and patient with me. She does a great job! Im very happy.

Sugar Me Wax was great!! I went for about 6 months (using the membership), now I’m moving out of state and devastated there aren’t locations in CA. It was so easy to book appointments, the girls were so nice during the appointments and overall it was a great experience!

Gabriella was amazing, it was my first time getting a Brazilian and I will definitely be going back. She was friendly and professional. She kept checking up on me to make sure I was doing okay. She did a little at a time as to try to minimize the discomfort in delicate areas. Go to her! Cant rave enough.

I made an appointment here through Groupon for today at 12:40. The website advised I show up 15 min early. I did so and was told to wait in a hallway because another client was late. 5 min before my appointment the other client shows up late and they proceed to take them before me, making my appointment not start until 1:05. I luckily didn’t have anywhere to be but why make appointments if they won’t stick with the time? She then proceeded to give me my first Brazilian. Didn’t tell me anything about the process, no information about after care. I left bleeding and in extreme pain and tons of hair left. My hair was no where close to short and should have been able to be waxed. The wax was not sugar wax and she did not pull the skin taut before waxing leaving me with broken blood vessels. There was also left over wax left all over me when I left the place. Overall a horrible experience for my first time and I still have a terrible rash and pain almost 12 hours later.

I had never gotten a bikini wax and was a little nervous. Gabriela was an amazingly gentle waxer! Her suite was clean and she was very professional. The wax was a perfect temperature and afterward she offered good suggestions for maintenance. I definitely recommend her for any first-timers or if youre just looking for a consistently good wax.

Went to get a Brazilian wax for the first time in a very long time. Sierra was the most professional, very patient and comforting! Got myself the membership and will be seeing her on a regular basis! If you had any doubts about any services, go see Sierra at the Highley and Southern location! The best!

I got a Brazilian. First of all, the wax was too hot. So it burned me a lot. The whole process left me bleeding and bruised and very irritated. I HAVE NEVER SEEN MY SKIN LIKE THIS BEFORE! Worst of all, I still had many hairs and they could have not been taken off. Never going to this place ever again. I will stick to European wax center.

I had the nicest Aesthetician ever! Elizabeth. She explained everything to me, in great detail and what order I should get the process/steps done. I had scheduled to get the wrong process done 1st ! Instead of just doing what I scheduled for she took the time to educate me in how the best way to get it taken care of, along w the aftercare and time frame. She did the 1st, correct step for me even though she would be making less money on the sale. She made me feel way comfortable and we talked like we had been good friends for awhile. 😊Same thing w the appointment setters, which are via txt message they were very helpful and kind even when I had to change and cancel a couple of times. I will forever come to them!

First time and last time. Went in for a brazilian wax, was told hair needed to be rice length. I literally walked out with the same amount of hair, was told by the esthetician she wasn’t able to get the hair out. When getting waxed I mentioned to her that I was under the impression I was getting sugar waxed fter I felt her apply hot wax on my skin. She said to me “oh I usually ask people but they seem to get confuse” not my case since my skin is more sensitive to hot wax. Totally unprofessional compared to my previous experiences, skin never got sterilized and Ive had powder put on my skin get rid of the hair easier and for the hair to stick to the wax,not the case here. Im seriously angry at myself for paying for something that im not satisfied with and that looks the same from when I left my house.

I have been going to Sugar Me Wax for almost two years for a brazilian and they are AMAZING. I had a bad experience with waxing previously and when I first started with them, they made me feel so comfortable and talked me off the ledge so to speak. folks, this is the place to go for your waxing needs.

I had a Brazilian and half leg at the Scottsdale or whatever location it was and she left hair behind and I still notice it when I got home also I have a 5 dollar tip they charge my card 10 bucks and she told me that my card would t be charged a month I’m advance and they charged my card and also just charged me a 10 dollar fee for canceling but I cancel hour before like that’s crazy I’m done with them and there services if I was you don’t book not worth it

I’ve been here several times before for my Brazilian and had a great experience with the previous esthetician I used to go to. I decided to book an appointment again and was scheduled with someone new. The experience was so painful that my body eventually went numb which never happens to me. Not only that but once I got home I noticed that I was sore and red. Now I’m rashing and I’m not sure what to do. Worst experience ever to have a rash in your feminine areas.

Customer service at this place was horrible. Their studios are tiny and not clean. Definitely will not go again or recommend anyone else to go there.

Absolutely awful. Went in for a full Brazilian (biggest mistake), eyebrow and lip. TERRIBLE wax quality, took multiple tries just to get my eyebrows done, don’t even get me started on how patchy my Brazilian turned out. Technician was extremely rough. Do NOT under any circumstance come here. Go to European Wax Center or buy a kit yourself. I had my appointment an hour ago and I’m still in pain.

I usually have the same person do my waxing every time but through scheduling issues with me on occasion I have had a couple others. I just went in for my upkeep and already knew ahead of time that I will no longer have my same girl, I just love that each wonderful lady that I have had made the whole process easier as we all just talked through the whole thing and they have all taken the same care to make sure the job was done correctly and that I was happy with my wax upkeep. They didnt notify me that their location is inside of someone elses building so I was 10 minutes late trying to figure out where I was going and when I got there they wouldnt let me in. They said I needed to reschedule. I had a date night and through covid-19 I lost my job and I just wanted to take advantage of their waxing special so I can feel good about myself. I cried in the parking lot and left. Definitely not going back to this company. European Wax center is worth paying full price for.

To start out, I have had easily over 50 Brazilian waxes. Also, I am not one that gets easily upset. I could not go to my regular place because they had to close down again due to COVID. I decided to try this place because I had heard about sugar wax and was intrigued. They do not take appointments by phone, only by text. Since I have done this before with other companies, I wasn’t surprised. When I sent the first message, I got a reply from one number. Then after replying to that message, got another new reply from another number and another receptionist. Confused, I replied to the new message. Then this reply came from the original number. I was getting frustrated because the replies seem to be coming from 3 different receptionists. Finally, after being told that the location I wanted was closed on Saturdays (the website says Queen Creek is open on Saturdays) and the person who does sugar wax is only available during the week, I decided to just do the first time Brazilian special. I was told my appointment was at 9:30 with Stephanie. I was told to come in ~2 minutes before my appointment time to avoid traffic in the waiting area. So, I arrive at the Mesa location at my appointment at 9:30 and walk in the building. I was confused because other places I have been have an actual receptionist and a waiting area. There was no waiting area or receptionist, just an office building lobby. I walk down the hallway and see Sugar Me Wax on a door with a hang tag that says “In Session-Do Not Disturb.” My initial thought was that the waiting area was beyond the door, but then why would there be a Do Not Disturb sign. I call the number on the door and select the option saying I’m lost. The lady over the phone says she will let the aesthetician know I’m there and she will come get me. She seemed to be running behind because she eventually opened the door and there was still another client in the room. She was extremely apologetic for running behind schedule, and I told her there was nothing to apologize for, things happen. I walk inside and the aesthetician does not introduce herself (this person does not look like the online photo of Stephanie, which I did not check until after the wax because I went back on the website). I laid down on the table and she applied the wax. The wax was significantly hotter than when I have had waxes at other places. Other places I have been asked if the wax is a good temperature, probably because wax burns are pretty serious. I realize I should have said something, but didn’t because I was trying to be accommodating and she was already so apologetic for being late, I didn’t want to make her feel worse than she already was feeling. She continues the wax and proceeds to wax everything off. Again, I have been asked in the past, at other places, if I would like to leave anything such as a triangle or a strip. When she originally started the wax, she started in an area that would not have affected leaving a design. But then, when she moved to the pubic mound, she applied wax right to the center before I could say anything. She finished, I paid HER and she asked if I wanted to leave tip. Feeling a little uncomfortable because I was dealing with her and not a receptionist, I left a small tip. After I left and got in my car, I had a proper check of the waxed area. There was still some hair, the entire area was glaring red, and my skin felt raw. My appointment was at 9:30am on Saturday morning and my skin is still red, raw, and bruised. Definitely not a professional or satisfying experience and desperately hope my normal place opens back up as soon as possible.

My esthetician Stacy was amazing. She took the time to answer my questions as I was nervous for the chemical used. I wouldnt have imagined it gone as easy as it had, for the first timer. I subscribed to their membership my first appointment, great value btw!

Theyre fast and friendly! Its a little bit of a drive for me , but worth it!
